shoe is too wide

The first couple of days I wore them they were so comfortable! Then I wore them for a full day working around my house inside and out. Oh my! That evening my legs and feet and heels and back we're killing me. Now every time I put them on my legs and back and heels hurt. I changed back to my old worn out crocs and no pain!

They told me to order a size down if I wear half size not sure why. And the shipping took forever but I do like the literide. So I had to order a new pair which I still have not got or my money back yet. You should not say next day if it's going to take to two days to ship. That what the lady told me it was nothing they could do when I paid for fast shipping. I needed them before I went on my trip. Poor service on her part

These were a unisex size, which I didn't realize, and were way too big. I sent them back.

The fit was terrible. I wear an 8 1/2 and the recommendation on the website was to order the next whole size down, which was way too small. Also, I ordered the shoes on 7/22/18 for a foot injury and I received a notification that they would be delivered on 7/24/18, which was great! But then on the 24th I received a notification that the delivery was changed to 8/2, then 7 days later it was changed to 8/3. 5-8 days is the promised delivery time on the website, and mine took 12 days. And then they didn't even fit. So much for having them during the injury. And then they charge you for shipping for returns! How can you say "Risk Free Shopping" when you have to pay the shipping cost to return the items? Wouldn't "risk free" imply that you aren't losing money? "Change your mind? No problem. Our return process makes it easy." Easy, maybe, but not free. Let's see how long it takes to get my refund (less shipping)--it's already been almost a week. This whole experience was a huge waste of time and money. I will never order from here again.

This shoe does not have any support in the footbed. The material that the shoe is made of is very very cheap. No, I would not purchase this shoe again and it is very over priced.

Had to send them back as so uncomfortable. The insole squeezes the skin on my feet making these really uncomfortable. Have 2 pairs of regular clogs which have been super comfortable. Shane this new design is a step backwards in terms of comfort.

I was looking forward to wearing these shoes on vacation this summer. I was SO disappointed when they arrived. While they were incredibly, amazingly comfortable, the shoes were way too large on my feet. My feet felt like they were sloshing around, like when I would walk around in my dad's loafers for fun as a little girl. There was no way I was going to be able to walk around in them, and had to send them back. Unfortunately, I wear a woman's size 6, which is the smallest size available. I was, and still am, unreasonably upset about having to send these shoes back.

I ordered these and was so excited to receive them. I ordered a size 6 my usual size in crocs and OMG they looked like I was wearing at size 7. I went online to see if I can order these in size 5 and they don't come in size 5. Please crocs make them size 5, they are so comfortable. had to return.

fit is completely different than the bogota clogs i've been wearing for years. disappointing.

When I received them they look used...I didn't like how they were pack... it seem like they just threw them inside the box.... but besides that I would purchase them again... they feel comfortable... this was the third pair that I had purchase

Not sure they have managed to ruin a perfectly good design. I have 2 x pairs of regular clogs when U saw these come out I though, thankfully they are not as ugly and they claim to be even more comfortable? Could this be true? Turns out no this new design puts my feet in agony, the inside squeezes my skin and I cannot wear them as they hurt so much, very disappointed. Its also takes customers services days to respond if at all, still waiting for a refund and I am getting bored of dealing with customer service at crocs

To wide.Size 10 feels way to roomy for me.

Very loose on my feet, seem to be too large for my feet, very rubbery feeling. Not impressed!

Does not fit like the traditional clog. The toe box slants down and my third toe rubbed against the inside of the crocs. Very disappointed because they did feel very comfortable everywhere else on my foot. I returned these cute crocs.

Shoe is to large for a medium weigh.

Nice looking shoes but they could not accomodate my high instep. Disappointed again.

Too wide for a woman's foot. Do not fit. How can I return?

I picked a size 6 and instead, the shoe seemed to be much bigger and super wide. Had to return it.

I could have given 5 stars because I love these clogs and wanted them badly. But when it arrived and I tried size 6 W, it was way too big for my feet. I have a narrow foot. Though I wear crocs in sizes less that W6 but this starts with size 6. :( I want the Crocs people to make this clog in smaller sizes too. I so wanna buy it.

Way too big

I was very exited when i saw this on the market for the first time. Being a first time buyer i was left disappointed. I first bought the navy white and black and white in a mens size 10. After a couple of days of wearing them for 30 mins i felt pain around the toe area. I decided to go a size up and was able to change the shoes to a size 11. The change is worse now than before, there is no stability whatsoever and my foot feels like it is swimming inside the shoe. I was told i could not exchange either pair due do the shoes being worn. Now im stuck with two pricey shoes that are two big. Would not buy again until size inconsistency is changed.

Sizing is not consistent with numerous other ones I have purchased. Ordered usual size 7 - was too large. Returned and ordered size 6 and it was too small. Returning that one now. Love the style, but so disappointed.
