Nothing like my other croc band clogs Way too wide at size 11 The base of the shoe is very lite But the width is not ankle supportive and a size down is too tight

I wear Crocs every day. Thought this new style looked comfortable and stylish. I have wide feet and usually have to by mens sized crocs. I was disappointed when I put these on to find them quite narrow. I haven't really worn them much.

Bought in summer of 2019. Comfortable and nice-looking. More narrow width, but this worked well for me. The left upper perforated material split lengthwise, about 1.5 inches, which was very disappointing given I just bought them several months ago. I wear them only inside the house as slippers.

I feel real bad feeling when my socks get wet by this

My husband tried these on in a local store but they didn't have the color he wanted. I ordered them off line for his birthday. 2 1/2 weeks later they arrived, 3 days past his birthday and they're a size too big. I can't understand how he tried the exact pair on in store and found the right size but when ordering them from the website they ended up being bigger??

Painful to wear

I wanted to like these, so much. They are cute, I love the footbed....BUT....they are way too wide for my foot. I will be returning them.

They are supposed to be lite, but they are not. They are not soft and not comfortable. I wore them inside the house for a day, I didn't like them. They are heavy, hard, wide, horrible-looking. I decided to give them a chance because they were easy to put on and quickly run out with the child for a walk. But from a half-hour walk I now have painful blisters. Absolutely disappointed. And they are very expensive. I could buy very good hiking sandals for this price.

Slow shipping, runs at least a whole size small, then having to pay for return shipping.... NOT a great experience

Love the shoes strap too big, can't be adjusted, and is useless.

I wish I could have kept these! These are an innovative design and would have been so comfortable - IF they had cut them right inside. On both sides, they scraped too close to my toes/toenails on each foot - the third and fourth toes, mainly. Plenty of room at the big toe, but the sides are too narrow at those toes. I have normal feet - my second and third toes are not longer than my big toe, and I had a co-worker try them as well with the same result. Please change the cut inside! I was so disappointed...

I thought these were so nice at first paired with black skinny jeans. After a while, the shoes got huge and started flopping around, slip sliding everywhere. I hate these shoes and wish I could return them. I am a huge fan of regular Croc's. I am a walking advertisement and everyone seems to ask me about my Croc's and I rave about them. These are really terrible and do not seem to be even similar to regular Croc's . I wore Birkenstock's for a long time until I discovered Croc's. The footbed on both is the same as far as I can tell. I love my Croc's now and have abandon'ed the Birk's. But this new version needs to go away!!

I thought this would be lighter than the classic crocs

These shoes are HUGE. I was not aware that Crocs uses "unisex" (obviously male) sizing even for women's shoes. This is extremely annoying and will cost me $7.50 for the return. Don't order from Crocs

These have a sharp angle front which makes the shoe not fit properly. My big toe is good but all of the other toes are cramped and pushing on the top of the shoe. I returned these and was very disappointed that I was charged for the return shipping 7.95 or something similar. Because of this I will not buy from Crocs.com anymore.

Dealing with Crocs has been a nightmare. Their size guide told me to order up for half sizes...when the shoes arrived they were a 1/2 size too large.Crocs fault. I wanted to exchange the shoes for the correct size...The on line site won't let me do that. They want $8 to send their mistake back to them. I wrote to customer service 4 times over the past two weeks...no reply. Called customer service..took almost 40 minutes to get through...found I was speaking with someone in Bulgaria. She told me there are no phone numbers in the U.S. for me to call. She said the only option I have is to drive an hour from my house to exchange a $35 dollar pair of clogs...I've worn Crocs for about 25 years...no more...One of THE WORST companies I have ever had to deal with

Had to return the fit was horrific , Returns should be free I will never buy unless I tried them on again.

I can't wear these. The length is right but they are too tight across the top of my foot and they are not wide enough. I was very disappointed.

I was expecting the sole to be very cushioned but it's not very disappointed

For some reason the heel stuck out way behind my foot. The strap was correct and held the shoe on, but so much stuck out behind my heel I did not like them and almost question their safety. I'd like to see this style with a corrected heel and a smaller profile, more like the maryjanes.

Its heavier than I expected. I bought it because crocs are super light. Kinda disappointed. I can't wear them.

Husband hated them. Run too big. Returned them to store for size one size down... still too big. Hated them!

The page says "Shopping for a size? Order up to the next largest whole size.". I did and they are huge. I'll have to return and be out of $8 because it's not free returns. Wish they wouldn't recommend to size up.

These ran really big for me, I had to return them bc I couldnt wear them. Could be the fact that they are unisex. Not sure.
