These fit ok. Material is like a hard plastic so no give, am returning because they look too cheap

Loved the shoes, really nice looking especially the cork. Sadly they had to be returned. Very uncomfortable. It is very frustrating for people with wide feet the options are so very limited.

Loved the look of this shoe. It is stylish and classy. Had to send back due to the strap being stiff and scratchy. There was no padding on the inside of the leather and was so uncomfortable. Every step I took, it rubbed my heel.

These shoes are beautiful! However, they are not that comfortable to walk in. It didn’t have any cushion.

Toe was pointy enough that it squished my toes. I returned them because I couldn't see wearing them all day at work. They were very nicely made and loved how they looked though.

I loved the style and look of this shoe but it was so stiff I couldn't wear it.

I bought these in light blue and navy (agree with some reviewers that they are not true navy and have more purple in them). Both colors were EXACTLY what I wanted to go with 2 different dresses I had for upcoming weddings. However, the toes are very pointed and the front of my foot did not fit property in the toe box, pushing my foot back and make the shoe gape on the sides. I really wanted them to work, but alas has to send them back. As always ZAPPOS has wonderful customer service!!

This is the second pair of J. Renee shoes that had a problem. The first pair (also low heeled, different style) fell apart in the toe, and I thought I'd stepped in dirt or grit. When I took them off I saw that it was the inside of the shoe coming apart. I threw those out. This time I put them on, and the inside started to disintegrate on the strap. Immediately took them off and am returning them for a refund.

Based on other reviews, I ordered my usual size. They were far too small. It is probably because of the extremely pointed toes, which are awful for women's feet anyway. Love the heel and color. Wish they had a decent toe box. Back they go.

Not wide enough. In fact, very narrow.

I had to go to a wedding, and needed some updated dress shoes. Because of COVID there were not a lot of choices locally. Thank goodness for Zappos. I tried so many shoes. I have a bad back, and do not wear heels often. However, I wanted to look dressy and updated. I saw the good reviews for these shoes, and was excited to try them. I have a high instep, and medium width foot. My foot slipped out of the shoe every time I stepped. I always order two sizes, and they both did this, no matter how tight I buckled the back. I thought they looked realy cheap-o depot as well. Very plastic-y feel to the material - even the heels are plastic. These did not work for me at all.

Super cute shoe. Unfortunately the material is synthetic and one of the shoes squeaks audibly when you walk. I might want to turn heads at a party, but not because my shoes make noise! Sadly, I will be returning these adorable shoes.

I have high arches and I felt like my foot was coming out of the shoe with every step I took. I also found the shoe to look very plasticy and cheap. The heels are really cheap looking in person. I thought the shoe looked much better online than in person.

Loved the shoe. It looked great! But, the heel strap would not stay put above my heel and kept slipping down; it would not stay in place for more than 6 steps. Had to return it.

Beautiful shoes but a poor fit. I tend to have the same problem with J. Renee - if it’s a closed toe shoe like this one, the shoe is too tight over the tips of my toes & pushes down on my toes (which is miserably uncomfortable). But the shoe gapes over the ball of my foot - the opening too large. And dang, I love the styles of J. Renee, but I can rarely, rarely wear them. (I did buy one pair once that I thought would work, I loved them SO much - I ended up taking them off at the wedding & carrying them they were so painful, & then gave them away). So these had to go back.

A beautiful shoe that just doesn’t fit me. I tried both medium & narrow width, & neither worked. The shoes are VERY pointy & both pairs crunched down on my big toes while at the same time gaping up - if that makes sense. Tight over the toe tips, gaping over the ball of the foot - maybe that makes more sense. Just a poor fit & a bit too pointy for me.

Very pretty! But not even wearable to 5 minutes. Felt like hard plastic, stiff, no give at all. Painful just for try on. Im willing to suffer a little but not this much. I wear a size 11, so there is no getting a size larger.

This is a cute dress shoe but runs small. The shoe itself is very stiff, I couldn’t even get my foot into it.

These are cute, and I LOVE the heel, but what I didn't reaize is the red is a metallic red. I thought they were more of a red patent leather. These would be great for an elegant night out, but not so much for the office. I am sending them back.

This shoe is very plasticy looking, which is a shame because it has such a beautiful heal! It pinched my poor toes terribly.

These shoes are so cute, and they come in so many shiny colors, but they are SO uncomfortable. I'm typically a 12 sneaker, and between a 10.5-11 heel, so I ordered both sizes in the black and in the platinum, but the sole is so stiff and the toe box is so narrow, that my feet were not happy. I have very thin feet too. Love the style, but can't wear them so I returned them.

These shoes are lovely; but, they run a half, possibly even a full size to small. Sadly, I will be returning them.
