I ordered a wide based on the reviews. They are comfortable and elegant. I’m very pleased with them.

I love these shoes, unbelievably comfortable!

Shoes were more of a royal blue than navy. They were beautiful but just not the correct color for what I was wanting. I felt they were a little narrow on the ball of the foot than most other shoes I have purchased. Very stylish but just not want I needed.

Lovely, comfortable shoe, unfortunately it is much more a sparkly, shiny medium blue, not navy. I loved them and would have kept them if they matched my dress, which sadly they do not.

Lovely shoe, fits well, but it really not navy blue, its a sparkly/shiny blue. If my dress weren't a dark navy, I'd keep them in a minute .

Cute, comfortable and classic-just the wrong color yellow. These are patent leather and I think they would be more versatile if they were kid. Still they were pretty and I would have kept them if they matched the outfit. I love Zappos and since I wear a 9.5 or 9 depending on the shoe, being able to try on and return what doesn't work is a consumer plus. I am a loyal customer.

Not exactly Taupe, more like a Gold color. So I'm keeping them, they're nice, but not the color I need.

I wanted to love this shoe as it is very stylish. Even ordering the shoe in an 8WW, I could not even get put my foot in the shoe comfortably and I knew it was an instant return for me. My small toe rubbed and was instantly irritated. The material the shoe is made from feels cheap and stiff which does not aid in comfort.

These shoes almost fit, but the pointy toe made them just too tight across my toes to be comfortable

A beautiful shoe! But it did not fit my foot. My normal size is an 8.0 W. I ordered an 8.0 C. Length-wise, the size 8 fit. Width-wise, I've had medium width shoes that are wider than these. The outsole was too narrow. Maybe the volume of the vamp is part of the "wide" equation because there was a lot of space between my toes and the vamp. If you have a high instep, this may be a good shoe for you. Also, there isn't much cushioning in the footbed for someone my age (69). The shoe is a bit stiff, but that may improve with wear. I ordered the taupe color. I would say it leans more to a warm taupe (going toward a gold color) rather than a cool taupe (toward a gray color).

A beautiful shoe! But it did not fit me. My normal size is an 8.0 W. I ordered an 8.0 W(C) but it was very narrow. I needed a wider outsole in the toe box. The vamp is quite high, so if you need the volume in the toe box, this shoe should be considered. It is a bit stiff, but I think it would soften with wear. Also, if you are older like me, you will probably need more padding in the insole. I ordered the taupe; the color was a warm taupe - going more toward gold rather than gray - but still a taupe.

Shoe was a bit too big. I felt they would cause further foot injury.

I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable they felt. I have only walked around the house with them, so far feels good. The true test will be the wedding I'll wear them to.

gorgeous shoe but I found it runs 1/2 small and pinches my narrow feet at the toe bed. Love the heel though.

I ordered wide, but the toe box was tight. Otherwise they were pretty shoes

The shoes were beautiful but I had broken my big toe a couple month ago and so the pointy toes bothered me. I’m so bummed because I love the shoes. I had to return them.

The shoe was described as navy, but it is a royal blue and not suitable to wear with a navy dress.

While there’s not a lot of support, I really like the low heal and the way they look.

These are beautiful shoes! I originally ordered my regular size 5. They were too narrow and a half size too small. So I thought I would try a half size larger hoping the width would be better too. It wasn't. I unfortunately had to return them. I usually wear anywhere from a size 4 1/2 to 5. I am having a very hard time finding a pair of pumps for my daughter's wedding. I am finding out that if the shoe companies would offer the smaller sizes in a wide size, most of the shoes I have already tried with Zappos, that I have had to return, would have worked for me.

Fit like any J Renee. I generally wear a 7 to 7.5 so I ordered both the 7 and 7.5 and the 7 fit. I returned both. I was looking for an eggplant color; this was too purple. It is almost a fluorescent patent. Loved the styling and the heel. Wish the color had been what I needed.

Nice fit, but the strap slipped a little and couldn't really tighten much more. I have narrower heels.

Cute, comfortable shoes. I bought them in 3 colors and they look great on. The only drawback is that they squeak when you walk. I am hoping this is a "new shoe" issue and will eventually go away.

The shoes are very cute and are extremely comfortable.
