No tracking info sent. One week later it was 9$ cheaper and they don't price match. They said there system won't allow. The purse is very nice just poor customer service

I initially received a bag that had damages. By the time I received the replacement, I realized this bag was not the best...The dark fabric on the inside makes it hard to find items and it is a little too puffy for my preference. Additionally, the straps on this bag are a little too short. I would have returned it, however, I was one day within the return policy. It's too bad...I have a Vera Bradley bag from which I will get no usage!

I like the bag it's unfortunate that the leather portion of the zipper portion broke after 3 days. I didn't expect that from a back that cost nearly 100 bucks. Given the fact that returning it is a bit of a hassle for me and the nearest store is not close enough I am stuck with a bag. I clipped something to it so I can open easier but again for a bag I paid nearly 100 bucks, it shouldn't be this way.

I like the appearance of the bag, but the interior lining makes it difficult to use. Bag contents are always tangled up in the excessive amount of lining. I'm going to have to return this.

The first Vera Bradley purse, I'll be returning to a Vera Bradley dealer.

The straps were too short and awkward to stay on the shoulder at all! Even without a coat on. They just felt awkward right out of the bag, so I returned it. I don't mind some of the changes Vera Bradley has made, but I prefer the original Glenna style.

The draw string added to the Glenna is not pretty but instead makes it look fussy I much prefer the sleek look of the original Glenna. Please think about it before you make a change for change sake.

I typically love Vera Bradley bags not so much his time. Straps are thin and flimsy, so is the lining. No trim on the pockets? Disappointed.

I had purchased the same style bag beginning of summer and found the connection hole for my charger very useful. Didn't read the details close enough and this one did not have that feature. Will keep it but was very disappointed that this feature is gone.

I love the bag. I I don't like the color. I would return it if I could exchange it. I don't like to return and purchase the new items because I used my birthday discount with the specials for a lesser price. I wouldn't get the same price again.

I do not like the new drawstring design of the Glenna bag. I currently own five Glenna bags and decided to buy another since the shoulder strap on three of them are getting worn out. I am very disappointed that they changed the design since I think it now looks like a diaper bag. I loved the old design because it was large enough to hold everything and anything I needed to bring with me for the day but did not look like a tote bag. I also love how the Glenna bag has a zippered top. I use it as my personal item on airplanes, and nothing ever spills out of it like I have seen other women's purses do. I love all of the new prints and am disappointed in the drawstring added to the bag.

Wanted a bag smaller and with a more sophicated pattern.

I'm disappointed with the company. I guess quality control is a thing of the past. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them online, 2 different bags. The first time I ordered from them the bag had the Vera Bradley tag sewed on it extremely crooked so I sent it back. This bag came and the drawstrings on the side...the leather looking pieces that you push up toward the bag are on there upside down. Guess I won't be ordering any more online. Love the bag itself though!

I was very disappointed when I received this purse. It is much smaller that previous versions of the Glenna Satchel. I returned it. The pattern is beautiful. Perfect for summer. I have many different purses from Vera Bradley. There really isn't any purses of a decent size to buy like there was in the past.

Very sad about this purchase - it was not a cheap stachel - the zipper will not close and there is fraying along the edges of it. No response from Vera Bradley Company regarding this problem.

I LOVE the old style Glenna Satchel. I do NOT like the new shape. I returned this one. Please go back to the previous Glenna Satchel shape which was more roomy. The picture is the old shape.

This purse is a lot smaller than all my other Glenna purses. Very disappointed

I took this purse back. It looked nothing like the picture and you couldn't even stick your hand down into the front pockets. It was a nice good quality purse but wasn't what I was expecting

Vera Bradley is NOT what it used to be I've purchased Vera for many years and let me tell you this is a hard pass! I buy alot of brand names but this is disappointing.

I wanted to really love the bag. But, the handles were too short with my coat on. I had to send it back.

This satchel looks nothing like the one the model is holding. Much smaller than pictured . Not happy with it at all!
