I think this is the ugliest purse that I have ever received as a gift and I would like to return it or exchange it for something else!!!

Gave it for Christmas but receiver did not like the color. It will be returned.

I had planned on using as a shoulder bag. I was so disappointed when I received this item. I have been carrying a earlier version of the Glenna bag, which I dearly love, however the quality of this new version is akin to a bargain basement misfit store. The material is thin and flimsy, the straps are more narrow and stiff with poor stitching, less room in all areas, it just plan looks and feels like a poor hack of the older Vera Bradley Glenna Bag. The one and only good thing I can say is the Bramble pattern is pretty, however not pretty enough to keep. I returned the purse and matching wallet. I will not be purchasing Vera Bradley until the quality returns.

You changed the lining of the purse to lower quality Not the cotton material always a special feature ..treat very disappointed

I did not like that the zipper did not go all the way to the end. It seems like a flaw and I want my bag to open up all the way as I search for the many items I carry in my bag.

Like the look of the new straps, but they are really too short. Top zipper is not adequate. This style is not up to the Glenna image. I have also given a low rating because the fabric patterns for the last year have not been pretty. I have found more attractive patterns at the outlet stores and tend to shop there.

Would not purchase this bag because of how huge the flowers are incorporated on the print. It is TOO large and makes a huge statement.

Although this bag is a nice design, I am having the same problem as I do with all of the newer shoulder strap bags. The straps are too stiff, preventing them from sitting nicely on the shoulder. They can't mold to the shoulder and the bag constantly slides down the arm. What has happened to the soft straps you used to put on bags that stayed put on the shoulder? I can't stand having to yank the bag back to my shoulder only to have it slide back down 2 seconds later. It's going back. The only bag style that stays in place is a cross body. You need to go back to the old designs. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!!
