This bag as all the things I need for the many trips I take throughout the year.... lots of pockets, very good quality (durable), and stylish (BEAUTIFUL vibrant colors)!!!

I purchased one for my mom as a gift and liked it so much that I purchased one for myself. The outer pocket fits my tablet perfectly, and the interior pockets hold my chargers, hairbrush, socks and other small items I need to access easily. Enough pockets to be able to find everything easily but not so many that you can't remember where you put things. I used it in tandem with the hanging organizer, and between the two I was able to fit everything I needed for a short getaway. Everyone needs to get this bag!

I bought this bag to use as a carry-on for a plane trip. The 'strap' on the one side made it stay on my luggage handle very safely and securely as I went through airports. It is a good size for lesser amounts of stuff on the way to a destination and I was able to add purchases for the trip home. Great bag for a few days trip in my car too.

This bag is roomy and has great pockets for my cosmetic bag, brush, jewelry bag, etc. I am using it for weekend car trips and not only is it holding up wonderfully but it looks great too!

This is a great bag. Filled with useful pockets and lots of extra space. You will love this bag it's perfect.

Have had a weekender for several years and my granddaughter finally talked me out of it!! So I bought another. I can go on a 4 day trip with only this bag. Love all the pockets. Easy to carry or put on a suitcase.

This is a perfect weekend bag. It expands a lot if you tend to be like me...an overpacker.

I can't wait to go on a trip to use this bag. I particularly like that it has the ability to slip over the rolling carry-on handle for safe and easy walking through the terminals! Beautiful pattern and excellent workmanship.

My first weekender was purchased before VB included a sleeve for slipping the weekender over the handle of rollabout luggage. I loved my 1st weekender for its organizing pockets and spaciousness, but bought my second one to get the added sleeve and now find this second weekender perfect for airline travel. The DEEP outside pockets are perfect for keeping my phone, wallet, and all travel documents secure & readily available, as well as the outside zippered pocket for my iPad. The sleeve keeps the weekender sitting securely on my roll-around and the weekender then fits easily under a seat on the plane. My first weekender is still my go to bag for shorter car trips, as I can get everything I need for 3-4 days in just that one bag. Ribbons is my favorite VB pattern, and I hope VB will continue to make bags in this pattern in support of breast cancer research.

As many reviews say, this bag and a rolling carry on hold all you would need for long tips. For a weekend trip I had my clothes in my rolling carry on, and this with my purse, laptop, laptop accessories, headphones, sleep pillow, small lap blanket in a compression bag, bag of snacks, etc, etc and still it had plenty of room left over. For a longer trip I could see this working great. I'd love to see a smaller version like this with the trolley sleeve for just the items I mentioned above. This bag hangs off either end of your rolling bag, and for short trips it's bigger than necessary. Make a smaller one for carrying on the travel necessities, and not be so bulky please! I love this bag, but would also want a smaller version.

Let me just say.... I am absolutely in love with this VB product (I have in in Tutti Frutti)!! I am one for travel, and this bag holds ALL that I need for the weekend. I am a bit of an over packer, but I carry a large personal item so I keep all my entertainment items and such, in there. All my clothes and toiletries fit in there perfectly with a little extra room left for accessories like a purse for when your plane lands, or a VB ditty bag for your swimsuit. I think I could fit 4 days travel in there. On international flights, the Weekender makes a perfect carry-on or personal item. If the weekender might be too pricey, I HIGHLY recommend the Miller Bag. That bag is PERFECT for on the road. Things about this bag that I don't like.. When you attach the strap with the lobster claw clasp to the bag, it makes this squeaking noise when you move it and it sounds cheap. If you are considering buying this bag this feature is something to overlook.

Looking for an easy to carry on bag, I originally bought the Grand Traveler, but found that bag too large and unwieldy for me. Then, I discovered the Weekender and love it! It can accommodate a week of summer clothes or a couple of days worth of bulkier winter outfits. Since I fly a lot, I usually check a rolling bag and carry this on with a change of clothes and all the extras I don't want to check (and possibly lose), like cameras, jewelry, cosmetics kit, etc. It is large enough to add all my in-flight comfort items for long flights--pillow, blanket, reading material, snack, water bottle, iPad, headphones, slippers, etc-- as well as a purse and travel documents. All the padded interior pockets keep everything easy to find and the huge outer zip pocket keeps travel documents, my phone and 911 liquid baggie accessible, but secure as I go through security. It rides easily on my rolling bags, but when changing flights without rolling bags, I usually use the shoulder strap and manage without difficulty. On many planes, but not all, it fits under the seat. (Some planes have the seats so close together that only the slimmest bags will fit.). It fits in the overhead spaces easily on even small planes. It is durable, practical, versatile, attractive, and perfect for most any mode of travel. Buy one, you won't regret it!

I received my new Weekender a few weeks ago, and it has been a great purchase. I travel at least 2-3 nights/weekly for work - both car and air travel. This bag is a perfect carry-on: it fits easily under the seat, while easily accommodating my purse, Kindle, neck roll, wrap, and cosmetics. Thanks for the amazing trolley sleeve - it works perfectly with my suitcase! HIGHLY recommend for the work and leisure traveler!

This is my go to VB item, I have always loved Vera they quality and the coloring but, this bag is over the top. I got this bag a year ago and it has been through the ringer and back, and its so versatile. My main use was a dance bag and after going through countless reviews I picked a weekender in Midnight Blues my favorite pattern, I soon found out it could be used for so much more! I can fit all my stuff and have extra room. I also use this as a travel bag weather I am on a plane or on a road trip this bag is always with me, I also love the opening on the back that will make it fit onto a suitcase ( very helpful when having to run through airports!) Anyway I love this bag so much, my mom saw how amazing it was and had to treat herself to one too, sorry for the ramble but overall AMAZING bag by an AMAZING company! You have gone above and beyond VB!!! Love, Love, Love!!!

This is my go-to for overnight trips and for an airline carry-on. The bag is durable yet flexible so it can easily fit into overhead /under the seat storage on even small planes. The hard wear on the carry strap is reinforced with metal clasps -- perfect for the last minute dash between gates when trying to make your connector flight. The shoulder strap is wide enough to be comfortable and stay in place without slipping. I have washed my bag (according to manufacturer instructions) several times, and it still looks great. Colors are still true and bag holds it's shape. Bottom line: This is a great bag --one that I have recommended to friends many times.

I bought this bag for a trip to Europe, used it for a weekend trip before Europe. Perfect bag. Packed all that I needed for the 3 day weekend with room to spare. Took it to Europe for two weeks, I was able to use a much smaller checked bag as the weekender held so much, also allowed for purchases bought to bring home. The trolley sleeve fit perfectly over my rolling checked bag.which made rolling through several airports a breeze. Would definately recomemd this bag.

I have used this bag on almost every trip since buying it -- including a month long excursion with my family across the States. I kept all of my essentials in it, fitting: Three filled large Vera Cosmetic bags , one filled medium Vera Cosmetic bag, one filled small Vera cosmetic bag, my Kindle, 3 books, various snacks, one Vera jewelry bag, a light jacket, and an empty Vera hipster (to use on day trips.) Toting the Weekender on my rolling luggage via the trolley sleeve made it easy to move it around from hotel to car or running through airports! This bag is a must have!

I bought the Weekender bag in Flower Shower as a birthday present to myself and man do I know how to pick awesome gifts for myself! The pattern is even more beautiful in person and the interior of the bag is so spacious. That was a concern of mine b/c I tend to overpack for everything, but I fit all my essentials inside without even using the extra pocket on the outside and still had plenty of room left over! I'm so glad I opted to purchase this bag, it's absolutely perfect.

I ordered this to use as a carry-on. I have the grand traveler but it's too big to take through the airport. The weekender is still a good size bag, and probably too big for a carry-on for the average person, but I have a toddler and need to bring a lot of stuff. I love the suitcase trolly sleeve - it was a snug fit, and worked great. Ordered it in the Pink Swirls pattern and thought it was even better than pictured. 5 Stars all around!

I used this for the first time for a quick 2-day trip with a toddler. I was able to get all of our clothes, shoes, toiletries, electronics and some books for baby into the bag w/o it getting heavy. It was the perfect size for the overhead racks on the train, and fit across the handle of my stroller w/o tipping it over. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a weekend bag.

I have 2 Grand Travelers that I use when traveling by car and I love them! However, I will be taking a trip overseas and the new airline regulations require a slightly smaller bag so I bought the Weekender. Wow! It us really roomy. I haven't actually flown with it yet but I did a trial run and packed it with what I would need in a carryon and I had room to spare. (Will be also checking a bag). I read a lot of comments on other sites where they used this size carryon for 1 to 2 weeks of clothes and other needs and while I could not do that, I think I could come close! I am just really pleased with the room and the cute look.

I bought this to replace my Convertible Baby Bag (which I loved!) because I needed a bigger bag for all of my toddler's stuff and have another baby coming soon. This bag is big and has lots internal of pockets. I can hold and organize everything that I need with plenty of room to spare. I highly recommend using this as a diaper bag!

I have one of these and would like to get another one. So convenient for overnight trips.

I've used this Weekender for 2 trips now. For a car trip to the beach for a long weekend I was able to pack all my clothes, toiletries and shoes. For a week long plane trip I used it for an under seat carryon. I packed everything I would need for one night, snacks and Kindle with room to spare. The front pocket unzips completely for easy access to passport and boarding passes. I flew a large plane and small plane and the Weekender fit well under the seat in front of me, the height, width and length was just right with room left for my feet. I love the simple quilted pattern and the 5 interior pockets keep toiletries organized. There were a few negatives; the trolley sleeve didn't fit over my Tumi handle and it got heavy and awkward carrying it through the airport. It's a bit long to bring it up onto your lap from under an airplane seat. The positives far outweigh the negatives for me.

The weekender is the perfect size for almost any occasion. I have used it for a weekend trip, a carryon, and a gym bag. I was worried that the trolley sleeve would not fit my LUCAS luggage, but it fit perfectly. I would definitely suggest this bag if you are interested in the following: -A good size carryon -A bag for a short trip -A gym bag -A diaper bag - Any other circumstance that you want a sturdy, fashionable, and lightweight bag
