I am a 7.5 wide and these were definitely not wide width! I can’t even imagine how narrow the medium width is. I never have a problem ordering my size in wide width with shoes. Also wasn’t too of how low the heel cup is and no arch support. Unfortunately going to have to return.

These shoes are cute, and super squishy and soft, but they have ZERO support for your foot. I put my own insoles into them to make them work, but I wouldn't buy them again. If I hadn't torn off the tags and worn them once I'd be returning them.

I read an article that said the FuelCore Nergize were great lightweight walking shoes. I felt like I didn't even have a shoe on...no support. They are also hard to get on with socks seeing that they are just a stretch shoe.

I need a lot of support & these felt like they had no support. I am just not a fan of memory soles. They also were quite snug for the size. I did love the look of them though.

New Balance has made a truly ill fitting shoe. Looks very stylish but is very uncomfortable.

I purchased these same shoes in my size at Dick's, and loved them so much I came to you to purchase 2 more pairs. But these are not the same fit at all, so much smaller. I never wear a 10, but always a 9 or 9 1/2.

I ordered the D width (aka Wide Width) and yet these shoes felt even narrower than a regular width. I TRIPLE checked the size and width on the label inside the shoe because I couldn't believe how tightly they fit, nowhere near the right size. I usually do just fine with a 6.5W in any brand but these were a joke. They're super cute, but they're going straight back to Zappos.

Disappointed in quality and sizing for New Balance shoe. Felt cheap, poorly constructed, no arch support and made for very small feet. I wear an 8W and this fit like a 9 narrow. Unfortunately, sending it back for another style.

I have worn New Balance cross trainers for 30 years , This is the first pair which fit horribly . The shoes are at least a 1/2 size too small, the arch support was poor. I have not seen as many cross trainers lately ... what is going on.

Returning these items, already hurting feet after a week not worth the price and couldn’t get a hold of any customer service to return them. Would not purchase these ever again. Will shop else where.
