I have been purchasing NB Walking shoe for years now, they are the most comfortable shoe I have. "I feel like I am bouncing down the road on air!!!

The most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I have a pair that are on there way out but I still wear over other (newer) shoes! Too bad there is no velcro version. My only complaint is the price but they are so comfortable

This shoe gives me comfort by providing my flat feet comfort and support all day.

I love New Balance shoes and this pair gives me stability and a little bit of color because some of my other shoes only come in black and white.

Very comfortable, I always have a hard time finding wide width sneakers that I like..

my narrow flat foot needs all the support and cushion it can get. this everyday shoe gives me that. I will buy it again.

Fit is true to size. Always but wide which fit perfectly. Nice roomy toebox

Bought two pairs, both fit well and are very comfortable. The Rollbar is amazing!!!

Our family owns a business that requires a good deal of walking. My husband wears the black version for work because of back problems and he loves this shoe. He wears the white version for casual and golf. He will not even try a different shoe. This shoe has everything he loves. When he opens the box in his closet and puts on a new pair, I order a new pair of both the black and the white. The people at New Balance are so helpful. Thank you New Balance!

OK I get some of the bad reviews. Some people remember a different shoe and they liked it better. But please keep in mind those of us who have severe bunions and hammertoes. We NEED a deep toe box for hammertoes and mesh on thee sides for the bunions. So keep up the good work and continue this stiyle exactly like it is. I have owned and discarded just about every shoe I've bought from many companies. I have truly been desperate. But these are keepers. Please add more jazzy colors.

Bought my grandma these fresh kicks and now shes flexing on her bingo friends. Definitely recommend if you wanna flex on these grandmas.

I have never had a shoe fit so well! I had the previous version and was glad to finally get a narrow fit, but the toe box and heel were still not quite narrow enough. NB, you have reached nearly sheer perfection! After a disastrous slip on the ice and a shattered femur requiring 2 surgeries, I will have a 1 1/4" lift added to the right shoe. It has never been more important for me to have a great fitting shoe and the description of the new version's improvements were spot on! I am and will continue to be a loyal NB customer!

I have long term plantar fasciitis and these shoes provide the best support for my feet.

I've worn 847s since they first came out. Two bouts of plantar fasciitis made me give up all other brands/styles. Fit is perfect. Deep toebox for my wiggly toes. Support and cushioning in equal balance.

I was nervous trying on because I wasn't sure of the fit( size 12 W width) the most comfortable sneaker I've ever worn! Im on my feet 12 hours at work, so I need comfort! The design of NB emblem on the inset of sneaker was different than website description.

I have four pair and would not want any other brand. I like the cushion in the sole. Feels comfortable from the first wearing.

These shoes feel like heaven to my bunioned and second-toe-too-long feet. They have ample width and a generous toe box. I have these shoes in the gray-with-salmon colors too, and I wear them nearly every day. I wish wish wish you would make them in less uninteresting colors--like how about turquoise or plum trim with --if you must--gray or black? Old ladies with tired out feet like pretty shoes too!

As with all my New Balance purchases this item fully meets my high expectations for fit, looks and comfort.

This is my second pair of these shoes--I also have the gray with pink trim. Which brings me to my biggest complaint--the ugly colors these very wonderful shoes come in. Even those of us with bunions and second toes that are so long they require a large toe box can like pretty colors, and would swoon over something colored a little more appealingly. Mulberry, turquoise, sea foam?...But for the dowdy colors they are, these are wonderful shoes.

My wife needed an all black shoe that would offer the best support while on your feet all day. I had bragged about the 1540v2s that I wear and she decide to try these and loves them. It's amazing what a properly made and supportive shoe does for you!
