These are the perfect sneakers for me. I have been wearing this style for many, many years. I have a wide foot, flat footed and arthritis in my feet and with these sneakers I have comfort and wear them all day. I recommend them Highly!!!

The 847V3 womens is good for arch support. I use this sneaker for exercise at my local YMCA. And it is a great walking sneaker. Many podiatrists recommend this sneaker brand New Balance for support and arch support. I would like to see more color combinations available. Like some gold or silver accent. Sneaker looks good with street clothes as well. & for Travel.

Over time I've replaced every brand and style shoe in my closet with New Balance. This newest pair, the gray & peach 847, provides great support and protection for those long dog walks on foot-pounding pavement, a short hike on a Montana trail, or a round of golf. The sole is stiff and doesn't have the flex I prefer for biking, but heck, there are other styles perfect for that! These are now my go-to shoes for any kind of endurance walking or standing.

Have been wearing New Balance for over 10 years now. Wouldn't buy anything else. And they've never disappointed me. This shoe is a great walking shoe and last for quite awhile. I walk 3-5 miles a day (and then some) and buy a new pair every year. Sometimes 2.

I wear these for just about everything I do. I wear them for daily leisure wear, as well as for work as a library courier which involves handling boxes up to 50 pounds. With this range of activities, I need good footwear, especially since I have a very narrow foot (13AAA/AA dress shoe) that's hard to fit. These shoes provide the support I need, while at the same time providing cushioning to my step. These shoes also breathe quite well, so my feet don't get uncomfortable from heat and sweat, even in the summer. If there's a downside it's the fact that the mesh areas that provide the great ventilation can let water in if I get caught in heavy rain or step in a deep puddle.

I need a secure comfortable sneaker for work. I am on my feet for 8 hours a day. First day feet felt sore because it is a new sneaker. After second day my feet felt fine. I do recommend this sneaker if you are on your feet all day.

This is my fourth pair of shoes in this series and I am always impressed with their comfort. Great for my daily walks with my chocolate lab!

This is a great shoe! Received the day before our trip to Europe. Took they with me on the trip, pulled them out of my suitcase and started wearing almost every day of our 2 week trip!

These are for walking -- which I do a lot of. The support, especially at the arch is excellent, and the sneaker provides a lot of stability. PLUS, it is so incredibly comfortable, lightweight and cool -- no sweating even on hot pavement.

I have arthritis in my feet and usually buy 928's but wanted something with more color and mesh for the summer. Another reviewer said these have a good size toe box, good support as well as excellent cushioning so I thought I'd give them a try. They are working out quite well for me!

I have worn New Balance shoes for many years. This is the first time I have ordered the 847 model. I have only owned for a few weeks but so far I am happy with them. I walk every day & my feet are not hurting which is great! I like the look of the color combo I ordered which is white/gray.

I stand a lot and have been quite pleased with this shoe straight out of the box. Ordered wide-lots of room and feels like entire foot is wrapped in comfort!

I have 3 pairs of NB 928`s in black. Your designers have duplicated the comfort of the model 928 in a lighter and more stylish shoe in the 847v3 model. The design includes ventilation so your feet do not sweat. Great Job!
