I bought these boots on Friday because my current hiking boots had the sole come off during a practice run with my full back country load out. So I did the big no no of buying new boots the day before a trip I was a bit worried so I wore them all day Friday and even on the drive to the mountians. Super impressed our group did 24km over 2 days gained over 800 meters of elevation and not a single blister or hot spot and my feet stayed dry slogging through the soupy mess of citadel pass. Would definitely recommend these to anyone

I bought them to replace a discontinued model. Was a little apprehensive about the changes. Different sole material and pattern two speed hooks as opposed to one. However I was pleasantly surprised. The sole material is as tacky as the old model but doesn't appear to wear as quickly. I used to wear the rear outside edges quickly. Good product!

Light weight and comfortable boot for hiking. I am a firefighter and I purchased mine for use in the mountains when we have rescue incidents where people are injured while hiking and we have to go in and get them

I used these boots for a hike along the South Downs Way, and in the end had to use them straight out of the box. I'd never normally do so without breaking them in, but they were BRILLIANT. I have really wide fit but they were so comfortable - and I never experienced any discomfort in that respect. I had absolutely no fit issues, no blisters, and they were just as comfortable after 20 miles as they were at the beginning! They were also so stable over very very uneven terrain, and rock solid when walking on uneven camber. Can't recommend highly enough!

I got pair of these mainly hiking in mind, but it turned out they are great for every day use too. I tested them on daily walks before going hiking, to make sure they are comfortable. I have quite flat feet size 11 and I normally wear shoes with a bit wider sole, but these fitted great for me, though I had to go for size 12. For new buyers I would recommend to test the boots first and don't be afraid to go for the bigger size. I have sometimes issues with mid-height boots causing rubbing in my ankles and in this case I had to leave the lacing tightened till mid way for best result.

Le plus souvent j'utilise des tiges basses ou des hybride trail / rando. Mais pour des grosses sorties ou des terrains trs compliqus, la tige haute est trs agrable et plus sure. Tout ce que j'aime dans la version basse mais avec encore plus de maintient et de rigidit. Il en manque un peu pour de la trs haute montagne mais a suffit presque tout le temps.

Put many miles on them already in the month plus time I've had them. No complaints at all.

Great fit and comfortable right out of the box. These boots are very lightweight and I can easily run in them. Great all around boot.

This is my second pair of the same kind. I love them I have one pair for hiking and working at home and another for slipping on to go out

This is my third pair of X Ultra 3 Mid's and I love them. My chocolate labrador takes me for two hikes a day in Sedona, Arizona and these "shoes" are the best for all-terraine. Since my feet have high arches, I use SupperFeet insoles and the combination is perfect.

I bought these to fill in for a different boot. I have heard good things about them from several friends and can say I am not disappointed. I used them in March in Leavenworth Washington and my feet stayed warm and dry. Since the original purchase I have worn them for a number of activities, from hiking to light work related tasks. Keep up the great work. Next on the bill is a pair of Speedcross and XA Forces

By far the most comfortable shoe I have ever bought. I spend 10 hours on my feet at work. I could do another 10 with them. When I went to work for the first time, I was worried about the "break in time", so I brought an old pair of shoes with me. I never needed to switch shoes.
