This is a really cute shoe and looks good on the foot. I think I just have to give in and realize I can't wear thong shoes anymore. Sad, but true, one foot injury and they aren't for me anymore. But, for those who can, this is cute and you should buy them!

This pair fit just fine, but I'm returning them because I don't like the shiny white patent strap. I prefer a softer nubuck-type leather.

I’m a regular degular size 11 (regular with) so I ordered a size 12 but those were too small. Then I exchanged and got a 13 and they were also to small. They run vey small and narrow. However, they are super cute and well made! Wish I could have kept them.

I wear a size 8. The 38 was too narrow and just a bit short. The 39 was also very narrow and just too big. Unfortunately I had to send them back. Neither side would work.

Surprised that footbed was too narrow and tight in the front. I am always a size 38 or 8 medium.

I loved the look of these sandals - so cute - blue denim with the blue "snakeskin" so so cute. But they really were not comforable. The solid blue strap was actually soft - but the "snakeskin" strap felt really rigid and was abrasive on my foot from the second I put it on. Unfortunately, I had to send them back even though I really really wanted to keep them. Patty

This is a gorgeous sandal. Two issues for me with comfort: the toe strap is uncomfortable between the toes. The cross strap hit my bunion in an awkward way, causing pain. For the perfect foot, this sandal is very stylish.

Very cute, but the leather was hard and cut into my toe. I have another pair in suede that is very soft, so I was hoping these would be the same, but I'm not sure they would soften up.

I love Mephistos...but this pair does not feel good between the toes. The leather is hard and rubs against my big toe with just a few steps around the house. It's not the type of leather that would break in easily. I would never be able to teach in them all day, so I am returning them. I'm not done with Mephistos, just this pair.

I purchase Mephisto sandals alot however these sandals are truly uncomfortable and caused blisters due to the patent leather. I would not suggest these.

I have six pairs of these Mephisto sandals, which I love. This pair left a cut on my big toe after 1 hour.

I own 3 other pair of Mephisto Helen sandals and wear them daily so I was excited to add this pair to my collection at an amazing price. The straps immediately felt as though they were cutting into the skin on my toes. I never experienced this with my other sandals so I don’t think it’s a matter of wearing them in. Sadly, I’m returning them.

The fit and size were perfect, as always! Love the look and feel of the material. This is my 3rd pair of these! They cost a little more than some other shoes, but my feet have a few problem areas and these ARE perfect!! I love shopping Zappos as well!

These shoes are amazing. I wore them for 4 seasons, including daily use, multiple vacations, and 2 pregnancies. They held up so well, are comfortable and cute, and I always got complements. I wanted a comfort sandal with a bit more style and these fit the bill perfectly. One of my best shoe purchases ever - getting ready to buy another pair!

The sandal is very comfortable. I didn't realize it was shiny which is why it is going back.

Fits like a glove, so comfortable right out of the box, helps with my heel pain and they're cute!

This is a beautiful product and it looks very comfortable. Unfortunately, due to the sizing, I'm unable to keep it. My feet are difficult to fit comfortably due to a past surgery.

This is my sixth pair of Helen sandals!!! They are tremendously supportive, much more so than Birkenstocks. Highly recommend.

BEAUTIFUL SANDAL! The gold and black was worn on a cruise and received compliments as it is a sandal that can be worn semi-dressy and casual. So very comfortable and love the arch support. I wear these Mephisto’s and Birkenstock sandals and have found these are more comfortable than Birkenstock’s. I have several pair of these in different colors with the Birkenstock Mayari and Arizona but find I am choosing more to wear the Mephisto for comfort. Highly recommend.

The Gold Condor/Black Waxy is even prettier than shown in picture. So glad I ordered. I am a size 7 1/2 to 8 and both Mephisto and Birkenstocks fit at 39/8 size that keeps my toes from bumping insole risen edge. It is like other leather sandals that are stiff and a little harsh on my skin so I rub oil on the underside to soften so they are ready to wear anywhere without blisters or irritated skin. I am not one who will wear to break in while being tortured by hard leather. I have tried Taos with disappointments and Mephisto and Birkenstock are my go tos for sandal comfort. These particular sandals will get worn on a cruise to dinner in evenings. I get many compliments when wearing Mephisto less casual colors and Birkenstock big buckle sandals on cruises. I would buy these Mephisto sandals again.

I have several pairs of the Helen style sandals and wear them out in warm weather. I’ve never liked between the toe sandals until I discovered these. Super comfortable and great arch support.
