In love with these Nano's for basic lifts and Crossfit. Don't recommend for running anything beyond 100m. Recommend going down 1/2 size as well.

I don't actually do Crossfit, but the workouts I do are very similar to Crossfit. This shoes helped with my squat, which I wasn't really expecting. The cushioning in the toe area has taken a little getting used to and overall the shoe fits more snugly then my previous gym shoes, but I really like the performance I'm getting from them. The sole is also very sturdy, which is a huge step up from my previous shoes. Overall, I'm very happy with this shoes!

I love these shoes! I like my athletic shoes to fit and not look bulky. I wear a 6 1/2, and got the 6 1/2. I have pretty square feet so I often have to get the wide option for does or go up in side. These are the perfect fit both in length and width. They are super light. Very little break in time. I get compliments on them every single time I wear them and it's not just "I like your shoes" it's "I LOVE your shoes, I need some of those, where'd you get them?" I've only work them for boot camp classes, crossfit, to work, and a little running. So unbelievably comfortable! I got the black and gold (which are siiick) and now I want them in every color! Next up-gum soles.

I've had several generations of Nano's. These are the best. Solid and sturdy. Comfortable. Hugs the foot. Good stability.

Nano 8s are so comfortable. The band around the ankle provides great cushion.

Very stable shoe, great for athletic performance- specifically lifting weight & moves like box jumps.

I bought this pair as a back up to my current shoes of the exact same product so when/ if they ever wear out I will have a pair ready to wear. I have a very narrow heel and low arch so when I find a shoe that fits well I try to grab a few pairs. I wear these every day at the gym - great for all types of CrossFit workouts.

These make the world of a difference with balance.

This is the first time I bought Nano and they are amazing! They are stable during lifting and smooth during wods. The only bad thing I have to say is that my size is 9.5 and these feel like a 9. If you like them a little bit loose in the tip of your toes I would go up. Despite that, everything is perfect, the perfect shoes for crossfit and lifting wods (if you have great mobility).
