The flat bottom is great in the gym. The way the interior cradles your foot helps me keep my heel on the ground.

Gives you good stability while lifting, The Shoe provides just enough flexibility for jumping and running. All around great crossfit shoe for any level.

I purchased the Nano 8's as a Christmas present for my mum. She has been really happy with the fit and the support the 8's give her in comparison to the earlier models. Plus she loves the red colourway!

Very comfortable yet sturdy shoe. I use them for crossFit but honestly, i could use them as a daily shoe as well.

100% best shoe I've ever owned. I now have 2 pair. I recommend this shoe to all. Great support, super flexible, and still feels like sweatpants for me feet.

This is my second pair of nanos. After reading some of the reviews I was worried about getting another pair but I am so glad I did!! They look great. Not ducklike as some have said. They give great support lifting but also perform well with plyo and sprints. I always order one size bigger in a trainer. My leisure sneaker size is a 9 and I ordered a 10 in these. Perfect fit.

Super comfortable. Love the separate liner towards the heel side of the shoe and the look of the weave fabric upper! The heel is also super stable for squatting movements. Bonus!

I think they fit perfectly. Great for WODs. I think they are comfortable and make me feel stable while lifting. Good for short distance running.
