I've always struggled to find a shoe that'd stand up to long explorations around the city, as well as on trails/hiking. He bought himself that male version, and insisted that I try these for myself. They are very comfortable, light weight, and can definitely hold up to the elements.

I finally talked my wife into getting goretex shoes. She loves them. They are just everyday shoes but they are comfortable and waterproof which was why we bought them.

I bought these shoes for an upcoming hiking trip. The trip is only for 5 days so I didn't want to buy boots that I'd probably never wear again until my next hiking trip. So I opted for hiking shoes instead. These are super stylish, comfortable, durable, and worth it. I am from Florida but go to college in Pennsylvania so I am not used to inclines and hills so I figured I can get these shoes to use during hiking and for these smaller "hikes" around campus. I've been breaking them in and they're doing great and really doing justice to my feet. Only "problem" that isn't TNF's fault was that I am a size 6 but for some reason decided to get a size 5.5 so they are a tad bit small (can't return them right now because the new pair wouldn't get here on time) but other than my mistake, they fit well.

Bought these fronmy hiking trip in Scotland. Wanted something with a durable and comfortable sole but not too heavy on my feet. These are perfect, and they shoild keep my feet dry. Not too bulky looking to wear with shorts either.

Took these on a trip to Kauai recently and they did amazing. I ordered them at the last minute so it was great that they were comfortable right out of the box and didn't require a lot of break in time. They were light weight, breathable and held up in the tons of mud and rain. Traction was great and I felt confident tackling the terrain. Doesn't hurt that they are also stylish as far as they look a little sleeker than a regular ol' hiking boot.

I plan to use these for street, trail hiking, light snow. The tread is great for walking on streets, light snow or pea gravel trails. They'll be great for running errands as well! If I could give some advice, I'd suggest a higher quality insole for this type of shoe.

If you're like me who wears 7 or 7.5 depending on brand. It's so hard to determine which size fits better. These shoes are great don't get me wrong. Comfortable, kept my feet dry, & looks awesome! Wearing it the first time I can feel that it's a bit loose in the toe area. I like to wear thin socks while I hike. Just this one got to have some toe cushion socks. Overall, will recommend & will buy again when the one I have dies on me.

It's a great product. Feels comfortable, and looks good as well. However, it's a little hard to select a size. When we tried at the store, 6.5 is too small, but 7 is a little big. We went with 7 eventually. I suggest trying them on before making an order.

The shoes were bought for daily walking exercise. The shoes look and feel great, only one weeks use.
Price is expensive, anxious to find out how long they can be worn.

Super-comfortable shoes! Seems to run a half size larger than similar ones I've bought from here, but I'm afraid to size-down and get ones too small, so I'll stay with this pair. Other than that, they're great!

I ordered this because the prior model "Womens Ultra Vertical Gortex" (that I love) was no longer available.
This is night and day different from the UltraVertical which was flexible, felt perfect and was true to size 8.5. I returned these Ultra Fastpack III shoes immediately.

I wear these on a daily basis to work. They are a great looking shoe, waterproof and has great traction. However, they do not have any kind of cushion in the shoe. It's like walking on a hard surface barefoot. My feet hurt everyday now. For the price these should feel like clouds on your feet.

I'm new to North Face but have heard good things so was excited to try out my new shoes. I need them for mountain hiking buy tried them out in the Peak District today. At first they were ok and look great but they gradually became so painful - as if there was no cushioning for the balls of my feet . This impacted on my toes and fert arches so I was hobbling by the end of the walk (22km). Needless to say it ruined it as I was in so much painful. I'm so surprised & disapppointed plus they cost so much :(
