Fit well overall but slightly loose in the heels for me.

Sassy shoes!!! Love the style and fit. The back is a little stiff, but expected with patent leather. I worked on them a bit to reshape and the feel great. Looks great with jeans, Jeggings or dress pants. The color is unique and stylish. ?

Fit and size both excellent - very nice looking, stylish and super comfortable. I'm tempted to by another pair so I will have them when this pair gets old!

I added an orthotic for more arch support and had plenty of room in my regular size. These were very comfortable and didn’t require any “breaking in”. The color and style look nice with jeans and dress pants, as well as skirts and tights.

I got these last spring in pewter. I love them! I wanted something similar in black patent leather. I looked and looked and couldn’t find anything I liked as well, so I ordered the same shoe. I swear I never wear either pair without getting at least one compliment. They’re cute and COMFORTABLE! Love.

Well, I went with the recommendation to order a smaller size than my usual 7 but the 6.5 was too small but the 7 fits perfectly. I am one of those people with a high arch and thin heels so the left shoe is a little wonky but will work with it. These are such cute loafers. Very now.

So cute, unfortunately just not completely comfortable for my foot. A tiny bit squeezy in front (of course, style and comfort are a hard combo to find). Bought the smaller size and it still had a bit of a tendency to slip off my heel. I'm sure I could have lived w it, but was looking for something to travel and walk a lot in, and decided not to chance these.

I'm ordering a few more colors because I LOVE THEM! They are my favorite & I just bought 7 new pairs of shoes??

They seem true to size to me. If anything, maybe a little large but I don’t expect they’ll give much in time. Really attractive too. My family thought they were so much better in person. I’m pleased with them.

Great shoes! I was looking for a loafer I could wear to work or a presentation and these were perfect. I always find that Franco Sarto shoes are comfortable and don’t need to be broken in and it was true for these too! Immediate comfort and my feet felt good after wearing them for 10+ hours. No blisters! I normally wear a 7 and I purchased a 7. They fit great, however, I would suggest going a half size down. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

The shoes fit well and they are comfortable. I get complimented about them every day. Every day!

Very classy shoe with a modern twist. Pretty comfortable overall, although it will require a little breaking in. Unfortunately, when I was buying them, I didn't realize that the patent leather upper is actually synthetic and not real leather (the description is not very clear about this). Not sure if I will be keeping them, as synthetic leather shoes don't last long for me.

As usual, Franco Sarto shoes are very comfortable for me. I wear these All.The.Time. The sole may not keep pace in lasting with the upper, but with the wear I'm giving them, it's no surprise. I would buy them again!

These shoes run long, I suggest buying half a size down from your normal size. They’re also narrow, so y’all with the bunions better watch out for that.

I love these shoes! They are perfect and classy for my job. Since I am on my feet all day they are comfortable and have actually impressive grips on the bottom. Only cons is that they do seem to have stretched just a little (wearing everyday though) and definitely wear socks or tights with them. The first day wearing them my feet killed me but that is usually what happens breaking in a new pair and now they are fine....I will likely buy another pair haha

numnutz me, i didn't go back more pages to see lots of people did think they run big....... in a medium, i'll always order an 8.5 just cause my feet are a bit wider and that extra length seems to negate the tightness........... such a snazzy shoe!!! so can't wait for the smaller size to arrive......i shall be my stylish crazy with panache self in these, prolly shoulda bought another pair, i'll wear these everyday and everywhere but not to worry, I have TONS OF GREAT SHOES I'VE bought over the past 10 years with Zappos!!!!!!!!!!!love love love you guys!!!!!!!!!

Oh. My. God. I haven't been this excited about a pair of shoes in a very long time--I give them all the stars! They are super slick and look great dressed up or down, with everything from jeans to skirts, and work with a myriad of colors. The high gloss inky blue color is so rich and delicious. I get compliments like crazy every time I wear them. My normal size 6.5 wasn't available so I got the 6. They are a little snug but I expect them to stretch as I continue to wear them. I had a pair of kelly green patent leather mules from Franco Sarto about ten years ago and they definitely softened up with wear. If you're on the fence, please allow me to push you over: buy these shoes! They're killer.

These are gorgeous shoes with a luxe, expensive look. The styling is updated and just right. Love the contrasting ridge at the top of the shoe's base. So many shoes in this style for women are either too clunky/big or too slight. These are Goldilocks-level just right with enough substance to have presence, but with a very light feeling on the foot and a streamlined look. These are true loafers versus loafer-like flats. I'm an 8.5 and the fit was absolutely perfect. Comfort and style = holy grail of shoe!

Love theses shoes. Classic loafer looks and feels great. Did not hurt my feet at all.

These shoes are very attractive. I haven’t worn them so I don’t know about comfort but around the house they seem to be comfortable. I normally wear a 7M (to the narrow side) but in the Carolynn the 6.5 M fit better but a little tight. Hope they stretch a little and then will be perfect.
