I purchased this to use on construction sites to perform 4-hour inspections. Although comfortable to stand in, they are not appropriate for active motion (bending down, kneeling, walking often). I assume that they will break in, but I need something much more comfortable with the protection of a construction boot.

seams need to be stronger especially were front meets the back takes away from durability seams wear out before the soles water proofing would make a big difference i am an electrician and yet the seams seams gave out on my 1st pair so im trying a second

My husband uses the shoe for work. His job requires lots of walking. He absolutely hates the shoe.

I used them for work and a little disappointed on life of boot.

These shoes are not for me. They are super heavy and stiff. My feet hurt so bad she wearing them for a few short hours. Sorry for the bad review. I still love sketchers.

Need for work i am a mechanic felt to heavy and not so well it might work for others but not mine am stick ing to my old style shoes for work

The outer sole is too hard also the upper portion digs into the ankle when you walk. It need to be a higher or lower top. Wider and a softer outer sole. The best work shoe thus far has been crankton St wide fit. The only issue with crankton is that they are heavy and weigh down your feet.

I received the shoes 5 days before the expected delivery date. Fantastic! The shoes fit and are very comfortable. I was totally going to give a 5 star review. Until I noticed that the pleather outer layer, around the ankles is flaking off. I received the shoes 8 days ago, and only wore them inside and around the house to break them in. I was going to use these shoes for work in the kitchen, but if this is the quality that is expected, they won't last long, as appearances are very important, and the chemicals that are used in our industry *will* disintegrate them very quickly. I was very excited to get these shoes to replace my very old, hot and heavy steel toe construction boots. To finish on a positive, the laces clip on these boots are the best I have ever used. They are only big enough to hold one shoelace, so the loop on the opposite shoe doesn't get caught and trip me up. No more falling downstairs!

the boots were good but the composite toe is to close to the foot and rubs my toes..

I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes, expecting the usual comfort and durability. However, after wearing them just 3 or 4 times, the inside of the shoes tore apart! The quality is shockingly poor for the price I paid. Attaching a picture to show the damage. Total waste of moneydefinitely not what I expected from such a well-known brand.

The bottom traction treads are more of cookie cut-outs. Bought them in June and didn't even make it to October. Can't wear them when it's wet outside.

not wide enough, fits like a regular width boot

After 10 days of wear on a construction site they are still uncomfortable. The edge of the safety toe digs at my big toe, there's little to no support in the sole and going up ladders hurts my feet really bad. There's no way that these will hold up as after only 10 days the leather is worn right through to the composite toe. At the end of an 8 hour day I can't wait to get my feet out of these things. I just bought another pair of redwings tonight cause my feet can't take another day of these
