These shoes are for my 5 yr old with sensory issues. He would complain about shoes not being comfortable enough and also slipping off his heel. So having both Velcro straps made a huge difference. He loves them!!! BUT... We’ve only had them about 2 weeks and the sole is hanging off??!! So... what the heck?? The shoes still look brand new. How does that happen? Going to contact customer support. So very disappointed! : (

It seems Puma runs just slightly smaller than other brands. This is my very active son’s 3rd pair like this and they’ve held up great! We passed them on to friends as he just outgrew previous pair. Puma does a great job on boys tennis shoes!

Got this shoes for my 6years old son.He is been wearing Puma shoes since he was baby.I love these one and sizing is perfect!So light for summer!

My 4 year old grandson has worn Pumas most of his life so I knew what to expect. They are the best (only)shoe for a child with a narrow foot. Very happy with purchase.

After experimenting with all kinds of sneakers for my now 8-year-old son -- Stride Rite, See kai Run, Adidas, Skechers, multiple types of Pumas -- I have finally gotten wise and decided I will just buy the Racers in every single half size that exists! Every other shoe disappoints compared to these (and they ALL get worn and frayed, even the leather -- or imitation leather ? - ones). These are comfortable for him, work for both school and sports, and look good with uniforms. I prefer the ones with laces but have had trouble finding them in a navy blue lately. That makes me worried they might be discontinuing them but I hope not!!! I am buying them while I can!

These shoes are great! My seven year old loves them. Easy to take on and off and he says they are comfy and light. In my opinion, they run small, so we size up a full size.

We've bought a few of these shoes over the years for our kids. They are a great price, are lightweight, and hold up pretty well to wear and tear. Pluz kiddos can get them on and off by themselves. Sizing seems to run small. My son easily fits into size 2 shoes, but these we ordered in a size 3.

This is our 4th pair of Puma sneakers in this model. I do find that quality is not as good as the first pair we purchased few years ago. Also not thrilled with the suede now being replaced with synthetic suede like material. Other than that, these are good sneakers - lightweight, good looking, and last a few months despite heavy daily use. I will be purchasing these again

Lightweight sneaker, perfect as summer approaches. I am not sure how much support they have but my son took off running in them and hasn’t complained since.

These shoes run really small! My son is just growing out of 12's, and in a size 13, his toes were right up against the front of the shoe.

The shoe was just as pictured. They run small so I would suggest a half or whole size up. I exchanged both mesh and leather pair with the next 2 sizes up in order to choose the best fit. They will be in today so I will know better if they run a half or whole size smaller. Not a deal breaker having to exchange them, because the Customer Service Rep that I spoke with was AWESOME.

These are very cool looking shoes. The velcro seems like it will not last the test of time, but we will see how that goes.

My son really liked these shoes but they just don't last. I have had to reglue the sole twice and he has only had them for a couple months.

EXTREMELY tight and narrow. The length was completely fine and appropriate to the size (in our case 12 1/2), but they were so narrow we could barely squeeze them on. This is not normal for us, my son doesn't have a wide foot. They're cute but we have to return them, they were actually painful for him.

Bought these for my active 5 year- old. The sole didn't even last a month! Cute shoes, but if you have a "ball kid," (as opposed to a book kid), there's no way these are durable enough.

Ok, but would not buy it again.

I bought this shoes for my son. They where a little big for him so he just started recently to wear them. After 1 month of use (not even everyday) the sole came off. The shoe is almost new but he cant wear them anymore because of the loose sole. Very disappointed about this product, a pair of crocs would last longer.

This shoe is terrible. My son wore it for 3 weeks before the sole came off. I would not recommend.
