The seam along the heel is too painful for me to wear them. I might be overly sensitive as I don't see anyone else reporting this. It's too bad because otherwise the are cute and comfortable

I usually wear a US8 in my other Docs, but these were too narrow; I couldn't even wear regular socks with them. Returned.

Unfortunately I am returning these shoes that I really wanted to like. They are just not comfortable, first of all. It feels like all of the weight of the shoe pushes down on the top of my foot strangely. They are just so heavy and clunky, and they are not flexible at all. They have no arch support AND run big so it just feels like I'm carrying around this boat of a shoe that doesn't even allow my foot to move. I like a Chelsea boot style so was hoping to like this but I think the whole structure of the boot just doesn't offer the right support to my foot, so even sizing down, I just don't think this would be comfortable at all. The foot bed itself is nicely padded and the style of the boot is nice enough, but not enough good to make up for the bad in these boots for me.

Snugg felt very heavy on feet left feet and legs sore after 19 hours of wear.

These boots look really good and the insole feels comfortable. However I am returning them because any bend in my foot causes the steel toe to press into my foot. It's very uncomfortable and impossible to manage a metal plate digging into the top of your feet with every step.

I wanted to love these boots, because they were super easy to get on and the footbed was nicely padded for a boot. However, when I tried walking in them they made it almost impossible to push off with the ball of my foot, instead causing my feet to roll outward. No good.
