Long time Zappos shopper, first time reviewer. I feel compelled to share that this is the best pair of Vans I’ve ever owned. So comfortable. Very stylish. I love the extra cushion and am very much looking forward to being able to wear these for extended walking.

I bought these for my son and he loves it. He said it’s very comfortable and it’s his everyday shoe now.

I love these, they are so cute. I am not sure if it is just me but I always have to half size up in vans so just a heads up if you have never bought the brand before.

Love is only a small start to describing my feelings toward these sneaks. I would wear them everywhere if I could. They are incredibly comfortably and insanely light. Style-wise, the color is unique, and they are the perfect blend of vans and sneakers. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, casual pair of sneakers that also provide some style.

This is basically my first pair of Vans, they're super comfy! Definitely true to size, minimal break-in time needed in my opinion. I've only been wearing them to work where I'm on my feet all day. I know they're not strictly running shoes but I will test them out for that as well. So far I'm very happy. They'll probably be great for travelling too.

I LOVE these shoes! bought them for work, and i've worn them everyday since. They look good, and are super comfortable. I want to buy a few more pairs because im pretty sure people are going to start catching on, and it'll be hard to get your hands on a pair! I bought the burgundy colored pair, and i get compliments on them everyday!

My husband wears ONLY vans. He upgraded to this more comfy shoe and loves it.

I've only had these for about a month, but I'm very happy so far. I had a pair of Old Skool Vans about 20 years ago that I loved, but these are quite different -- in a good way. The fit is extremely comfortable and I love the sock-fit construction. The knit uppers keep things light and the synthetic suede areas offer durability in key areas. I'm a little skeptical about the shoe's long-term durability, but I don't wear these every day either. The midsoles are nice and squishy and the traction on the soles is a nice touch to make you feel like you can go light off-roading versus the usual Vans streets-only style. Best of all, I think they are rather stylish and I don't care that I'm over 40 and wearing Vans. I sometimes wear them without socks. I add a Superfeet insert and socks when going to be on my feet all day with them. If these hold up well, I'll definitely look to buy a different color. I have the Grape Leaf ones which I like for flexibility with khakis or black pants. I noticed somebody asked if these have a removable sole -- they do not. That's usually important for me since I often wear inserts, but these work well for me, with or without the inserts.

Having bought both the "Knit" and "Reptile" versions, I can say I prefer the overall feel of the Knit version more. Both shoes feel great and ultimately fit the same (I order 1/2 size up from my usual Vans size) but the upper on the Reptile version feels a little thinner and fits slightly more loosly. However, the Reptile version does have a thicker toe cap which is a nice addition. I can't recommend either version enough, the AC is one of my favorite Vans styles made.

I think Vans is improving with each iteration of their UltraRange. I last had the UltraRange Rapidweld, and the shoe was a little too narrow in the toe box. The arch and heel felt great, in fact I loved the support and cushion! With UltraRange AC, the toe box is still a little tight, but with the breathable knit-textile, the shoe seems to expand a bit more. I just wore them all day at work, on my feet and they did not feel like a new pair of shoes. If you have a wide foot, I'd skip these, but if you have a normal width, you're going to love them! The LuxLiner sock-fit, is also a really nice plus. No tongue slipping around under your laces. Vans is also looking after the environment by using water-based inks and glues!!

Like all the Ultrarange line, I found these more comfortable a half size up from my "normal" vans size. Great, lightweight shoes for travelling or running around town. the grey/black is awesome

I've only worn these at work for a day and they are as comfortable as advertised. I wish i hadn't listened to the other reviews saying to order a half size larger but I'm pretty close to the next half-size and it won't be an issue with socks. The dark grey with black soles Is just classy enough for work.

This is an awesome shoe. However, I am returning it because the color is a much lighter grey than pictured in the photo on Zappo's website. It's too bad it doesn't come in black!

These shoes are stylish and beyond comfortable. If you’re in need of dark color shoes...let these be your choice.

Always have to buy 11s in Vans. 10.5 in everything else. Very, very comfortable and a cool hipster/retro vibe.

These shoes are super cute and they fit very well. I have very wide feet and very high arches, and I wear a size 10.5 in vans when I’m not wearing socks (size 11 when I do). I got these in a size 10.5 and they fit like I expect them too. My feet did get pretty hot wearing them all day without shoes, but they were quite cute without socks. You can’t really tell in the picture but the shoes have a bit of a brown accent, they aren’t just that mustard yellow color all around. But, the colors are incredibly unique and beautiful together. I have had ankle surgery and have had trouble with shoes that aren’t shock absorbing since the surgery. I will say that my ankle definitely let me know at the end of the day that these shoes don’t fit the bill for long-term use. However, I’ve already worn them outside and can’t return them, so I will be keeping them. They are cute and comfortable enough for shorter durations.

I like these. They have the Vans look but feel more like running shoes, closer to my New Balances than other Vans. Not sure they'd make great skate shoes, so if you're looking for Vans in that context, pick a different pair. Sizing is a bit on the small side, I bought these in an 11 and the fit is about the same as my others (Skate Hi, Old School) which are 10.5s. Solid kicks overall though.

Better support than other vans. Very comfy. Only thing I didn’t like is you can’t remove the insole.

Great lightweight materials and super soft insoles. So far so good.

I bought these for my son. He says they are a nice step up from his classic Vans in terms of comfort, but he still wants to wear an inner sole to make them extra comfy. Love the understated reptile peat/black, which is a very dark moss green.
