Best boots I have worn for working in Corrections. Long lasting sole and totally waterproof.

I use these as work boots because they are so comfortable and keep my feet dry in the Florida rain. I also thank these to our mountain home in NC. I feel I could do anything with these boots. From Auto body shop in the city to Mountain retreats!

I'll start by saying Merrell has great customer service. I bought and returned several pairs of boots until I finally got the right size. Now that I got them I couldn't be happier. I wish 24 hour shifts, and need a comfortable boot. These are exactly what I needed.

Great boot. Comfortable. Last pair lasted 3 years with 6 miles a day on 12 hour shifts. Could still wear them but tread was gone and became slippery on wet floors.

Moab 2 8" Tactical Waterproof Boot Wide Width are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned. Most shoe companies that make wide width boots are really not wide enough for my bunion. Merrell makes really comfortable boots!

Great product, I use to buy Bates military boots which are great, these are better.

I bought this boot to wear while performing my job as a officer. One of the most comfortable boots I've worn, my other pair was rubbing my ankles raw, but not theses. You could run a mile in comfort in these, definitely recommend for any law enforcement or anyone wanting a light weight hiking boot.

I have read some good reviews and not so good. I am a paramedic I wear these boots for 12 hour shifts. I have worn atacs , Swatt , 511 boots. The Moab is by far the most comfortable I have ever worn. Do not hesitate in purchasing these boots.

Waterproof and comfortable I use these boots as a K9 handler and as my day to day boots. Minus 30C here and I am comfortable

These boots are lightweight and super comfortable. Those other, trendy "Beer City" Moto boots are so heavy and bulky, I would not wanna get close to a deep river while wearing those. I love my Moab 2 Tactical Boots for riding comfort on my Big Twin!

I've been wearing these boots for about a month now. I am a Corrections Officer and spend 8-12 hrs a day on my feet. About a year ago I started having problems with planters fasciitis. I've worn several different other brands of boots in hopes for comfort. So far so good, the Moab's feel amazing. my feet don't hurt at the end of my shift. But, other boots did me well first couple months and then failed me. Only time will tell if these are the best yet. Maybe

I bought these shoes almost 2yrs ago,outstanding and i'm getting ready to buy a new pair...I won't buy any other shoe anymore...

At sixty-three years old, an EMT-B and Fire Fighter, Volunteer and paid Full Time, I wear my Moab boots for eighty+ hours a week, walking a large part of my days the Moab gives me the support I need and the comfort I'm looking for. Regardless of being in a hospital, nursing home, rehabilitation facility, patient's home, on Fire Scene, or wherever I'm sent I depend on my Moab Boots. They would be the last piece of equipment in my arsenal of professional tools that I would take out to make room for a different set of tools. Where I go my Merrell Moab Boots go, it is NOT an option!

Comfortable, waterproof, and the soles are outstanding. I had concerns with the side zip leaking, but so far I've had no issues.
