I bought a pair last week. I work outside all day and needed a warm and dry pair of boots.
These are comfortable from the start. I thought they ran a little big but fit perfectly with thick winter socks. Wore them all day in the snow last week with no issue. So far so good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a warm dry all day boot.

On my feet on concreted floors. And must say so far so good. Hope you keep the same quality through out the years. Not like certain brands keep upping the price and have lost quality.

These boots are great. Exactly as expected comfort and quality-wise. Boot size seems slightly larger than expected possibly due to the comp toe. Still love them though!

A little bulkier than I imagined but can be expected from a winter shoe.
Took them out of the box and worked in them for 3 days of 12 hour shifts and no discomfort or break in needed.

I work in a position were I'm on my feet for most of my shift. My job also entails working with alot of water and cold conditions. These boots are very comfortable and they keep my feet dry and warm. I am very pleased with the quality of these boots and I would purchase them again.

I was skeptical at first.but after wearing this week im a pleased customer. Temps this week didn't get above 15 degrees and my feet never got cold..or wet after tromping through several inches of snow..and to top it off?my feet back and legs never hurt after long shifts outside in the cold and snow! Buy these!..

These boots are awesome! Surprising how a lightweight boot can also be so warm.

Runs a little large. I replaced the minimal insole with gel insoles and with thick socks they fit pretty well. If you aren't going to wear thick socks maybe order a half size smaller.

I rig cranes in wisconsin so far with the ice and snow and cold the boots work well. Spend alot of time on ice 14 plus feet in the air. Putting alot of trust in the boots so far. Boots last 3 months at my job hope this boot holds up.

--> I've had two pairs of these Merrell boots in the past and the place I bought them quit carrying them, sadly(Woodville Surplus, Oregon, Ohio). The first pair I bought two years ago, they had in WIDE widths. Last year they didn't have WIDE widths, so I bought a longer shoe so it would fit width-wise. The WIDE width shoe was perfect, but it looks as though, sadly again, they are not offered anymore.
--> Common to what I've read with other reviews, they are very comfortable work boots, probably the most comfortable I've owned(I've owned every work boot brand imaginable, BELIEVE ME), but they don't hold up as well as one would like. The rubber sole on the side seperates and also on the heel. I just figured I'd wear them for one year at work and then replace, but now I have to order online and take my chances.

Over all I'm very happy with this boot I'm a die hard Merrell shoe and boot user, I own 5 pairs currently in action and I've come to expect a certain amount of quality and performance when comes to Merrell and this boot did not disappoint! I've used them hard for around 2 NE Pennsylvania winters and they are just now starting to fail (right boot has a rip by the toe cap at the sole) I wear them everyday for 12 hours at a time in mud, snow and rain and they take a beating! Nothing last forever and I'm happy with the performance, the treads have worn to the nubs so it's time to retire them and break out the spring summer Merrell shoe! Your feet will stay dry and warm, the sizing is good but keep in mind this is a big boot so I wouldn't do half a size bigger it's got plenty of room for heavy winter socks!

They keep my feet warm, dry, and they are comfortable. They are the type of boot, that if you scuff them, they still look the same, and they still keep your feet warm, and dry.

If you work with these the plastic front will get ruined really easily and fast. That's it's only fault. Other than that they are great given they don't smell because of the plastic tip. Honestly It ruined it for me. Notice it has a composite toe. I didn't.

Being a professional courier, my job demands the most from my footwear. Whether stomping through puddles or snow drifts I know my boots won't let me down. Experience incthe past with other, more traditional winter boots lead to a few nasty falls. That means time off work.
The fit of these boots allows me to climb stairs and be on my feet all day with ease. Since they aren't big and clumsy driving is also a snap.
I recommend these boots to anyone serious about their footwear

Boot feels great and I've owned mine since 2021. Butttttt I can't wear them often or for a full 12 to 16 hour day. The toe cap is designed to pinch your last 2 toes. So maybe order a half or whole size up. If Merrill could fix this I'd definitely recommend this boot. Now boot is warm and I've not had any issues with waterproofing. In my line of work I think I've put this boot through it all. Just fix that outer toe cap

Good boot, but does not fit as well as their mesh boots. The mesh boots rip on the side of the small toe. So comfortable mesh boot last a few months and then are no longer water proof because of the rips on the sides. I will see how long these boots last. I like the fit of Merrell boots, but the uppers don't last even one season for me. I have had a dozen Merrell boots over the years.

These boots were great the first season. Stayed warm, had amazing grip on ice and comfortable. But, mid-way through the second season and the seems are splitting and they are no longer water-proof, which became quite apparent today as I walked through some slush. Disappointed that I'm already looking for a replacement.
