These are great pants when new. The fit was good and felt great. I wear them almost every day for work because they are comfortable. Now just over one year, the crotch has worn out and a got a hole on both pairs I bought. I'm not buying pants that only last 1 year.

I used these for manual labor and they lasted for more than a year before finally ripping right beneath the buttocks. I've had other pairs that ripped just from me bending down. Unlike the Ultimate Roc II's that are more rugged and great for work, you can feel the material on the flex roc's is a little more fragile. So I recommend for wear but not necessarily for manual labor.

The pants are great, the issue is that the color in the picture is not the same as what you get. What you get has more of a sage/green tint to it. I had bought these exact same pants (and color) a year couple of years ago and somehow the color is no longer the same.

Been wearing these pants for years. They work well for me (female who wants real pockets). Sadly the fabric has gotten progressively lower in quality and weight. They used to be heavy enough to work in fall/winter, now they're basically summer weight. Shrinkflation strikes again.

I used to love these pants. They fit slim throughout but very flexible. Now the fabric is overly stiff and they are way too baggie. Really sucks.

I love the Flex ROC pants. They're comfortable, they fit well, they're durable and the zipper pocket is great for riding a motorcycle or driving an suv with the doors off. But, the colors that are available this year are off. The tan khakis are either way too light or have a green tint when compared to other years.

Way too big. These fit at least a full size larger than the other pair I ordered. Both were the same size, but these were way bigger.

I really like these pants, light and stretchy. But the sizing is very random. I see some people comment that the size is too small, that is only because they didn't buy enough pairs. I have bought 3 pairs, supposedly 32 inseam, and they measure anywhere from 30 to 32. The leg diameter is also very inconsistent, with nice trim legs on one pair and wide and baggy on another. If you want to buy these pants, be prepared to buy several and measure them, so you can send back the bad ones.

The fabric is stiff and rough. Perhaps my size is off, it's too long in the crotch.

Disappointed with fit. Previous purchases of same pant was a slimmer fit. These. Were baggy in seat with wider legs.

I bought two pair of these pants and they fit perfectly (five stars). Bought a third pair and the cut and fit are way off. This third pair fits but not as comfortable as the other two (two stars). Obviously a Quality Control/Process issue.

It is very difficult to find moderately rugged pantswith actual pockets for women and rarely do I find men's pants that fit. These fit pretty well on my curvier lower half. But they do not last. I've had 2 pair rip (a pocket and at the knee) with light wear. These do not stand up to their price tag.

Wore 100% cotton, regular old original ROC almost exclusively for 12 or so years. The flex fabric feels unpleasant against the skin and also feels less durable. The cut seems tighter, presumably due to the flex feature which makes the pockets feel too small. Like the button replacing the snap, but otherwise they're a no-go for me. Looking for something to replace my dwindling supply of original ROC's.
38x32 (usual size) thighs too tight, 40x32 too loose at waist.

I have owned the Flex ROC before and always order the same size. With a 32 in. inseam the cuff is usually just a tiny bit off the floor. This pant had the bottom of the cuff above the malleolus bone (floods). When I measured the cuff they were 30 1/2 inch inseam. Returned for credit.

and I dont wear hip huggers! Why do you folks continue to make pants cut for twenty somethings with no butt and a slender waist in a 40" waist and think they're shaped the same? Love your roc pants originally.

Says it's Black but seemed more like a dark navy. Threading was very bad, there was rips near the pocket and left over thread on edges. The under thread was also white which made the imperfections very obvious.

Bring back the original ROC pants. The Flex fabric is awful and takes about 100 washings to feel comfortable.

Sizing is unpredictable. 32" waist is larger but not to a consistent size for every pair. Ordered 3 different colors and they each were a different waist size but all larger than 32". This was after I had returned 3 pair of waist size 34" that ranged in size from 36"-37.75"
