Have been eyeing these up for a while and finally just bought them. I'm anywhere between 8 1/2-10 (running sneakers) in sizing. I went with the 40 and they were the perfect size. Got the silver and love the color. They'll be a great summer shoe...can't say how they will hold up compared to regular birks.

I have several pairs of these and love them. The arch support is good, not as sturdy as the cork footbeds. Sometimes my feet do sweat in them if it’s really hot and I’m just standing not moving, but usually it’s not a problem.

I love these! They are super comfortable. I ordered a size 39 (I am usually an 8.5-9 in sandals), and they fit perfectly. So squishy, and I love them!

These shoes are so comfortable and I don’t have to worry about them getting wet. I’m going to buy more colors .

It fit good. The material is plastic but easy to wear. I will be wearing these a lot this summer.

This is my fifth pair of these birks and I liove them! They work at the pool, in the garden, on the beach, and for casual wear, just anywhere during the day I need to go!

I love these Birks. I bought a pair 2 years ago ,and wear them everyday because I have Plantar Fasciitis and can't go around barefoot anymore. I am getting ready to buy a second pair because, being rubber, they have stretched with time. This time, I will order a size smaller. I am more concern that the arch fit correctly on my arch for the support I need. I love them , because I take a brush , and use soap and water to the whole sandal before I go into the house if I have stepped on mud. No problem. I walk on the river bottom, take a shower with them, and wear on the beach with the waves crashing over them. Great sandal !

I have a thin foot and normally wear a 9. in birkenstocks I wear a 7 in med width. If you order shoes and they don't fit, the box comes with a handy foot measuring lid so that you can get the size that fits both length and width wise. I use these "plastic" shoes for beach wear and watering around the house. I wear my "cork" soled birkies for walking distances.

Fit like a glove and I am guessing the material will be impervious to beach like conditions :)

I had a pink pair of these sandals last summer and they were consistently my “go to” shoe...and I have a lot of shoes! I wear a 40 in Gizeh sandals but wear a 39 in this version. This shoe stays on my foot and does require any toe gripping like typical flip flops or my other Gizehs. No foot farting sounds for me, either. They clean up beautifully and although last year’s pair looks pretty good, I still popped for a navy blue pair to wear in Europe next month. My daughter-in-law is on her second pair, as well. I love that they can get wet and muddy but then look like new. And, IMO, they are more comfy than the more expensive version!

Looking for a lightweight yet supportive sandal that is beyond comfortable? This is it. Great for the beach as they can be washed off easily. I’ve walked for miles in these and they’re terrific. This is my 2nd pair. The only drawback is they make some noise when you 1st get them, but once broken in, they’re fine. Unless you try to walk in them wet...they squeak a little but they are rubber after all!

Lost one on a hike....best in camp shoes ever!!! Ordered another pair as soon as I could! Love them!

These run big, I’m a 38 in regular Birkenstock’s and a 37 in these... once you get the right size, they are perfect ! Love the style and very comfortable so far, also the shoe buckle is adjustable for a snugger fit.

I love these! I am a huge Birkenstock fan and was happy to see this version. Perfect bumming around the house or going out to lunch or the beach. I will buy more colors! Great price.

This is my 5th pair of these sandals. I have had 4 surgeries on my left toes/foot and 2 on my right, these are the most comfortable shoes I have. I do have to put a pieces of mole skin at the toe divider and I put my good feet inserts in them as I do all of my shoes and it does take at least a day for me to "break" them in. So glad I discovered these, order what you want when you see them last year I got what I thought were not the colors I would have choose, white and scuba orange which by the way is a very cool color along with scuba blue. You can wear them with everything from your PJ's to a nice dress. Thank you Zappos!

I had a pair of these Birkenstock awhile back! Birks are the best!

I adore these Birks! Spring and summer these are all I wear ! Early fall also! I have 6 pairs now. Walk on beach -simply rinse off ! So light but supportive. Walked several miles in them with no issues! Arizona 2 strap is my other fav. Thank you Zappos!!!

These plastic, waterproof Birkenstocks are absolutely cute, super comfy, and believe it--offer excellent Arch support! They're exactly like the leather and cork heel version, but plastic. Well made and stylish at a fraction of the cost of leather (as it should be). I bought them for my upcoming 'deep' Carribean cruise where I'll be in and out of the water a lot. These will support my every water adventure and whimsy! I first tried them in black, but thought I'd try them in a lighter color so I bought the lavender with white buckles. Perfect!

I own at least 10 pair of Birkenstock’s, so no surprise on fit or comfort. Best surprise was that I ordered on a Friday afternoon and they were delivered on Monday. Great service!

Great pool shoes.

Love the colors and the footbed/arch support! The size was perfect, too (size 10m ordered a 41). I've worn around my house and never had the noise other people mentioned. My only complaint is the plastic part that goes in-between your toes is a little irritating to my feet. I have the leather Gizeh and have never had a problem, but I think because of the molding, it's just not smooth all the way around.

These shoes are very comfortable and I’m so excited to finally find them in my size in black!
