I was hoping these would be summer shoes and replace my flip flops with a more stylish look. However, these shoes immediately created a sore on my left foot, on the toe adjacent to my big toe. The rubber of the toe strap rubbed uncomfortably in just the short while I wore them walking around the house. I'm so grateful for Zappos return policy as these will be going back. Very cute but painful.

Why are 38s so long in Birkenstock? And this shoe was very hard and uncomfortable. The plastic was very stiff. Sending back for the regular kind and getting a 37.
