I have really enjoyed wearing these boots to work on a daily basis. The boots are very durable and comfortable.

I've been wearing these for about a month now and so far so good. Very easy to break in and comfortable from the get go. Best patrol boots I've had so far, especially for the price. They are light and I feel quick on my feet. Very solid so far I hope they hold up.

Great work boots for all types of terrain. A little rough on the cushion sole but but still good.

Comfortable like a running shoe and very light. Good for running in bushes, terrains, sands, going downhill and climbing up steep hills. Have not tried it yet crossing water, so not sure if shoe is good as advertised of being waterproof.

These are probably the best boots I have ever used on patrol. They are lightweight, comfortable, extremely durable. And have provided plenty of ankle support. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Overall very comfortable boot. I did think it took a while to get used to but, other than that it has been fine

I wear orthotic inserts these shoe are the most comfortable & painless I have found. About to order a second pair

I've been buying Merrell boots for many years, they have always been great. The Only problem I have with this particular pair is the shoe laces. They won't stay tied!! I am tempted to send them back because of the laces and that's ashame because I really like the boots.

I'm a huge fan of merrell so when it was time to pick a new work boot it was an easy choice. Very comfortable for long hours on your feet. The shoe itself is well made and rugged and takes a beating. The only downfall are the laces that come with the boot are garbage the hard plastic comes off easily and since I double tie my laces the laces will always snap leaving only the inner lace.

A little tight in comparison to the regular Moab2 mid boots, not as flexible and much harder to lace.

This the only foot ware that is comfortable and last. I don't buy anything else

I love these boots. They are waterproof and very comfortable. I only have one huge problem with them they have developed an annoying squeak in both heels. I have only had them about 3 weeks but if the squeak does not go away I may have to stop wearing them. The squeaking is driving me crazy!

I wear 12w in everything, but these were a little big. Comfortable. Warm which makes them s good winter boot for me. Waterproofing has held up good in rain and puddles.

I decided to give Merrell boots a try for the first time, choosing the wide fit. I'm a retired Infantryman and have worn many military boots in the past, all in size 9 wide. So I went with the same size for these Moab Tactical boots. Upon arrival, I put them on with my usual mid-weight socks, and noticed these Merrill's were just a little longer and wider than my typical military spec boots. In other words, I had a bit extra room all the way around. None the less, I stuck with the extra room, anticipating normal foot swelling while hiking with a weighted rucksack. Also, if you're expecting to wear heavy-weight socks like merino wool, then the extra room in this boot is what you want to avoid experiencing discomfort or toe numbness. If you've never worn or thought you may need a wide fit, dont start with these. They are wider than any other wide boot I've worn. They feel right though, if you have a wide feet and wear the right socks. As far as true waterproofness, I haven't worn them long enough to find out how long they stay waterproof. But yes, they are truly waterproof right out of box. I puts these Moabs on for the first time, one hour before moderate hiking with gear on our backs. We forded several creeks with water coming over the boot's toe bed, yet no water felt inside. If these boots were going to fail the waterproof test out of the box, fording these rocky creeks should have done the trick. But they made it through dry. Then there's fire... once we got to our campsite, we started a campfire. As we were all standing close to the newly lit fire, a piece of cold wood pops and shoots out a few tiny sparks. I watch in slow motion, one of the sparks land right on top of my newly purchased Moabs, right on the mesh top, above the toe bed. It went from a tiny spark, to a nice little flash as it fueled on the boot mesh and burned down to the foam underneath the mesh, all within a few seconds. A little bit of a freak accident? I'm not sure, but it was rather upsetting to lose the waterproofing ability the same day I put them on.

I'm a parole officer in Philly and these boots are awesome. If you have wide feet definitely get the wide size. They are very light and comfortable. I take a lot of training and these boots have took a beating in the all weather and have held up

Size is a bit larger than expected but that's fine. It's difficult to find wide sizes that are actually wide. Boot is as claimed waterproof. Very light & comfortable. The only thing I would change is having lace hooks at the top instead of eyelets. Very pleased with the quality.

Great boot that has held up to some serious abuse. Actual fit on foot is good, but my only complaint is the ankle is loose, even for a wide. Make sure you tie it tightly.

Have gone thru a few brands and think Merrell may be my standard go to from now on!!!
