This product is amazing!! I bought it for windy and stormy days. the design is flawless and the different color schemes are great. The kangaroo pouch is a new favorite of me and the fanny pack fold-up design is way cooler and much more useful than the standard fold-up of previous north face windbreakers. THANKS FOR THE COOL GEAR NORTH FACE!! Keep it coming!

Great jacket for someone that doesn't need anything heavy and can throw it on and keep moving

I was worried about the fit but it is true to size. I'm 6' 215 and the large fit perfect.

Bought this just for another lightweight "jacket" to throw on. And it's great. Fits great, look great, only con is the sleeves a slightly too short. I ordered the XL thinking that would fix the problem that I normal have with sleeves being to short but it was still the case. Overall still a great product.

Pretty good, definitely not something for winter but it's a great jacket for fall, rainy weather and exercise in cold weather. Yah

Excellent jacket for early spring showers. The conversion from fanny pack to jacket is easy and quick.

Everything about it is great, haven't used it in rain yet. -1 star because I I'd rather pay at most $50 bucks for a thin jacket.

We got this for my 16 yr old son- He loved how the front pouch came with a fanny pack! The buckles are nice for supporting the weight of his daily pocket rubbish. The look goes well with his skinny jeans and black beanie (makes him look a little less sketch). The feel of the material is a little plastic-y, somewhat cheap.

Love the color and ability to pack into itself. Ordered a small which fits like a Medium, so these run a bit large. Happy with the modern look.

I bought this as a jacket to wear in the rain, but it's very lightweight and thin. It's good as a shell to protect against wind, but it will not keep you warm. I returned it and opted for a heavie anorak.

Cons -Fit could be a little bit bigger for the size I bought. - Wish it could be a little more roomier to move around in. Pros -Stylish -Good for Casual wear

Packable nature of the coat is awesome. Just a bit small... and the larger size was a bit big. Maybe I just have a weird body, but I couldn't find the right size.

Very good looking, I've never seen a white like the vintage white before. It is very thin and probably only good for spring summer and a little of fall. Still one of my favorite jackets

Great product. Not only is it stylish, it seems like a functional piece of equipment to add to the gear arsenal. I have not tested it yet outdoors, but I'm confident it will hold up out in the back country. I say this because I recently purchased a different North Face windbreaker from REI, which features the same "Windwall" technology, and it does seem to work. (Even wore it in the car once with all the windows down.) Also it does repel light rain, NOT downpours. The only problems I have with this Fanorak is that the size runs a little big. I'm 6'1" 183 LBS medium athletic build, and this item was a little too long (torso/sleeves) in a size medium. I could probably get away with wearing a small. NF probably does this though to allow for layering, especially if you're out hiking or whatever. The other thing that would make this piece totally rad, would be to add a synch/drawcord around the waste area to really dial it in and get a nice snug fit. The hood has this, so to me it would make sense to add it to the bottom as well. Lastly, what would make it even MORE radder, would be to make it sustainably keeping the environment in mind. I'm not sure what The North Face's practices are like. Overall though, I would recommend this piece.

I bought this item for a trip out to Colorado that ended up also included an excursion out to Moab, Utah. It's great for cold hikes that will make you sweat due to physical exertion since it's not too heavy. It did a decent job blocking the wind. I never felt a chill. What put me over the top with this items was it folding into a "kangaroo pocket" or as anybody else calls it, a fanny pack. I could drop my phone/wallet in there and know that they're snug pressed up against the folded up pullover. It was great when we were in 90+ degree heat and my shorts didn't have any pockets. I'd recommend this product to anyone.
