Simple words this is exactly what I was looking for a duffel bag that can also be used as a backpack because I find that a duffel bag I'm able to fit more stuff to go on a 3-day trip for 5 day trip it's allowed me to fit some Vibrams or Converse sneakers

I have the older version in a larger size, so I was familiar with the design and quality. Glad I finally got this in a smaller size. Perfect size for weekend getaway. You can fit a pair of sneakers, a couple outfits, a sweater, and toiletries. Excellent quality, couldn't be happier with the purchase. Product arrived in perfect condition, it feels so sturdy they probably could have put the shipping label straight on the bag without a box.

Great for a personal item on flights as well as any quick weekend trip. I fly and travel quite often and this fits my needs perfectly

There's a Russian saying, "Everything Simple is useful, everything complex is not." This simple design is the former. I use it as the perfect overnighter, not too many pockets or zippers to remember where you stashed your stuff. The main compartment and one small pouch are enough. This thing functions just fine.

Purchased this product to replace my previous checked luggage. Wow is this product so much larger than my last bag. It can hold a weeks worth of clothing, plus. camera equipment, and a backpack. The straps are a little bit odd at first to figure out, but once they are dialed in, the work well.

I used this product as a carry on when traveling by plane and it was perfect! It fit everything I needed and was easy to carry and very stylish.

This is the 3rd Base Camp duffel purchase I've made, and again... I'm ecstatic. The bag exceeds my needs, and the weatherproof material is durable enough for New York's crazy up and down climate. I own a large, medium, and now a small. Working on the whole collection, all in different shades. I love them... Especially for travel. Fits perfectly in the overhead compartment so it also saves me from having baggage check fees. The North Face has done it Again, and Again, and Again!!!

This bag has been been carrying soccer coaching gear in it forever and when it got stolen I was heartbroken. It had to be replaced asap! Thank god it's a classic!

I originally bought this for my son who participates 3 day over night camp twice a year. Before his camp, we just used this for our vacation. I can tell it is durable and well designed. Very easy to grab and carry because of handles. We are already considering to get another one in different size.

The size is perfect for small trips. Also the backpack straps are really comfortable.

I love how durable this bag is and that i can take it on a flight as carry on but it's also sturdy enough to be checked in! Love the English green print, it's a nice take on camouflage.

I use this product as a duffel bag for my school and it has worked beautifully. I know it will last a very long time.

I love this bag! I took it all the way to Kenya and back and it performed flawlessly. The only thing I would like to see added is a shoulder strap like the ones featured on the Osprey 65L Transporter duffle. I paired this with the Router Transit for carry on baggage to and from Kenya and caring them both as backpacks is impractical. Would love to see the addition of a nice heavy duty shoulder strap for those situations.

I initially bought the medium size thinking it'll be ok with various airlines as a carry on but after reading some of the comments it seemed as size M might be a bit too big. I returned the M and bought Small worrying it might be to small for my stuff but it works just fine. Right carry on size and more than enough space for all my stuff.

I travel a lot for both business and personal reasons. This bag is great because I can fit nearly a months worth of clothes, an overnight case, and a couple pairs of shoes no problem. I also don't have to worry about the bag busting at its seams due to the rigid construction and high quality materials. I have used this bag on many commercial flights and dozens of road trips and it has yet to fail me. The water resistance of this bag is also a great feature and comes in handy when I need to put more expensive gear in the cab and let this bag ride in the back of the truck. Overall a great buy with only a few complaints. The first being with the edition I bought there are no carry straps only the backpack straps so it is quite awkward to carry horizontally. My last con would be the inside of the bag, I wish there was another mesh pocket on the other side to allow for more organization. Other than those minor flaws, this is a great bag.

I use this product for traveling. It's large enough that i can fit everything i need in one bag. very convenient. very sturdy!

Stylish and high quality fits a lot and I only got the small size

Everyday use / Gym bag . Only wished it had a separate waterproof compartment or flap to separate wet gym clothes from the other dry items in my bag . Over all it's a great durable , stylish and comfortable bag . Would recommend to others .
