I am a big Dansko fan. Some of their new styles have not passed my shoe test. I am a physical therapist which makes me a tough critic. These passed with flying colors! Also more stylish than typical. The other two pair of danskos I ordered will be returned.

This is one of the most attractive Danskos I've ever worn! The block heel is very modern and looks very feminine for a closed toe. The black is hip and professional for the office. These are wood so there isn't any give in the sole. I'm a contemporary dancer and have worn flats for many years so now I need flat shoes without a lot of bend to give my feet extra support. The Malin fit the bill perfectly! I'm only giving 4 stars for comfort because there was a brief break in period with a couple blisters to my big toes but worth the trouble. I've worn them comfortably on my 8 hr daily work and have received a few compliments.

I love the Malin's style with the wide strap over the instep, much better than others like the Sam, and I knew I loved this footbed and heel height, but I debated tons about trying the red, and so glad I did. It is an odd color, but actually pairs well with reds, oranges, browns, and yellows. The Malin is a big step forward in comfort though, so much more so that I think I will update some of my other Danskos. I loved the Thea, but it was too high to be comfortable for a 10-12 hour day. I wore these out of the box first day for a busy 12 hours, and my feet and back still felt great, and the red color kept me cheerfully humming along!

Not quite as supportive as the Sam, but soooo cute and supportive enough. They do run loose around top of foot and ankle which is perfect for me, but not fit narrow feet (unless it comes in narrow)

Thank you Dansko for another awesome and comfy shoe. Any chance of getting this one in blue ? Definately a great supportive , pretty , functional and comfortable for work - nurse .

The footbed fits but the ankle straps are very loose, unfortunately. I'm going to try a smaller size and report back.

Gorgeous color. A bit too long though. Might try the next size down.

I was hesitant to order this shoe in the "Tomato" because of all the confusion about what color it is-- So, let me set the record straight-- This shoe is a summer red, which many of us know as lipstick red. A beautiful color on a nicely designed clog.

Really like the style of this shoe, and it approaches having a rigid enough sole (required for my hallux limitus, aka big toe arthritis), BUT I found that age and dexterity issues mean that I cannot reach around to fasten the side ankle buckle. Darn! Have to send them back. P.S. Thanks, Dansko, for making other sandals with velcro fastenings.

Super comfy! Right out of the box I thought the strap over the top of my foot would be a little too tight, but about 10 minutes of wearing loosened them up and they're now perfect. The arch support is excellent, and I love the low heel. They do make a little sticking sound when I walk, but it's very faint and is only noticeable when I'm in a totally quiet place. Hopefully this goes away as I break them in. Overall, if you like Dansko shoes, I think you'll love these (and the red color is fantastic).

My favorite new work shoe! These shoes are very comfortable and breathable, and the heel does not feel high which is great because I am tall already. The only gripe is that these shoes make a sound when your skin lifts from the heel. It's an airy, squishy sound, but still audible enough to notice when walking in a quite space. But hey, still love them! My toes must be short, but I have plenty of room in the toe-area and I am a true size 8, medium width and the 39 fits great.

Let me start off by saying that my left foot is a 9.5 and my right a 10.5! Yuk, right? Makes shoe shopping difficult to say the least. I also have a falling arch, a bunion, and am loosing the fat on the ball of my feet, so I need good support. So, I can wear anything from a 9.5-11, depending on the fit of the brand. I returned the Malin because it was more awkward to walk in than the SAM, probably from the block heel. I ended up with the BLACK Sam in a 41. I can fudge with open toe/heel for the size difference.

I love the style and blue color of these shoes. They're like the perfect ugly chic. If I cinch them too much the top strap cuts into the top of my foot, but I just remember to leave them loose and/or wear a bandaid and it's no big deal. They're a little clompier (is that a word? It should be) than my other danskos (the Sam & the Season) but in general I really like them.

I have these in black and live them. Comfortable and cute. This pair cut into the top of my foot like the top was shorter. Going back ?

Gorgeous colour (cobalt blue) and lovely style. Very stunning and elegant. Didn't suit my foot my foot unfortunately, the middle strap was too tight for my wide high volume foot.

I love this design! The color is exactly what’s shown in the photo. The quality of leather is pretty good. You can wear it with jeans or summer dress. It’s pretty versatile and work appropriate. I bought Dansko Sam in 37 and it fits perfectly so I bought 37 for this but felt a bit larger so I sized down. It s a bit heavier than Dansko Sam, but not overwhelmingly so. The return/exchange process was pretty quick and the customer service was excellent!

I loved these shoes and ended up keeping them in one size. But here's the problem: the back strap is way too big. I should've fit into the 39. Everything outside of the heel strap fit, so they ended up flopping around even on the tightest setting. So I ended up needing to go down to the 38 even though my feet is right on the edge and the 39 fit better.

Fit a little larger than traditional Dansko Professionals, but not so much that I would have gone down a size. Great shape and style, but unfortunately just didn't work with my bunion and foot problems. Too bad.

Love these shoes! Comfortable for the most part. After a long day because of the wood grained sole I felt how hard the base was, not too much cushion (wish there was more!). All in all not sorry I bought them, they are really cute and stylish!

Loved the style of this Dansko. I am a standard Dankso size 38, and a US7, with wide, high arched feet. I wanted this shoe to work, and it fit perfectly except the toe box was too long for my foot. There was a good inch of space between the tips of my toes and the end of the of toe box and my foot slid around. Sadly, returning these.

I love these! I get a new pair every other year for work (I am a teacher) and wear the pretty much each day from October-April or so. My last pair actually lasted 3 school years, so the Malin had big shoes to fill. :) So far, so good! I am not worried about comfort, never am with Dansko since it's a given. These are adorable and stylish.

This shoe is stylish but not very comfortable for walking... Probably because the wooden sole is completely inflexible. Depending on the size and shape of your foot, the front may be cutting into your foot... Still, I very much like the look and have kept the shoes for "special occasions."

Super cute but the strap is very wide. Maybe it would work for someone with a higher instep.

These shoes weren’t as beautiful as I’d thought they would be. And they make a weird squishy sound when I walked.

The red version of these fit perfectly; however, this color were too big. Also, I was hoping more for the same warm light tan of the higher (previous) version of these shoes, but this color is more of a dusky taupe, which was a bit of a disappointment. Still, if they had fit better I would have kept them--the ankle strap was too loose.
