Purchased this style for many years. They are great for everyday and suitable for hiking and rafting.

I wear these loose and they are feet armor. When i wear them tight my achilles gets sore. I can do anything in them from working in rocky terrain to sprinting through rivers to cleaning metal roofs. Last pair lasted five years of heavy wear. New pair is shaping up nicely.

I have several pairs of the Teva Hurricane 4 shoes. They are very comfortable. You can adjust the straps to fit your feet. I have an arthritic second toe on my left foot that affects the Morton's neroma. These sandals do not put pressure on that part of my foot, so they are comfortable for many hours.

Fits well and is perfect for walking

Good fit. Somewhat stiff and noisy to walk on. That may go away in time. I like that all the straps are adjustable and the sole is molded and made out of recycled materials. But I’ve had lots of Tevas. And the quality overall has been compromised over time.

How happy I was to find the comfort I remembered from so long ago! I wanted a shoe I could walk in all day comfortably and not be concerned with their getting wet, so I tried to remember which Teva I had many years ago. This must be it because it is perfect for every-day comfort. In a fitted dress shoe, I wear an 8 Narrow, so went down to a size 7 and with the velcroe, it's a great fit. My toes do not reach the end of the shoe, either, so perhaps this shoe runs a little large.

They fit perfectly, and love Tevas for my at home and run around sandals.

My daughter loves them, and so do I! They are a great active sandal, perfect for us to wear walking all over Walt Disney World! I love them as a recovery shoe for after runs too.

I love Teva Hurricane! Totally adjustable and good fit. My regular size is 9, in Teva 8 is always perfect.

They are comfortable and have a reasonable amount of support.

I LOVE the Teva Hurricane sandals. I buy a pair every few years. They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I even wear them with cushy socks - around the house only because I look like a dork - during cold weather. The support and cush is wonderful and you can size each strap to fit your foot. Great shoe!

These are really solid Teva sandals. These are one step above the classic Tevas with a little more arch support and a more rugged sole with the same comfort and versatility. I would strongly recommend these if you are looking for an upgrade that doesn't break the bank!

I have worn Teva sandals for probably about 20 years. I bought this pair to replace a pair I wore out. They fit well, are comfortable and stylish. Great sport sandal.

Wow do I love these. I have been hunting for several months for a good pair of beach/pool shoes for the summer. I was ready to compromise on cute-ness for some extra support and function, but I kept striking out...until these! They are just fantastic! I have feet that are slightly wider at the front pad/toe area than they are at the heel, so finding a good fit can be tricky and I rotate between ordering wide and normal sizing depending on the brand. These are definitely wider shoes overall, which worked out very well for me, but may be an issue for someone with narrow feet. I think someone with average sized feet might be well served to size down. For me, the sizing was absolutely perfect. There is a nice little bit of arch support, with a cushy (not hard) rubbery foot bed, which serves me perfectly for beach, and even regular walking - I can absolutely wear these all day. If you have super high arches and need a lot of support these might not be the best though. I did not get a chance to try them out in terms of getting them wet, but the rubber sole plus the woven straps suggest they would hold up beautifully for walking along the water. The bottom grips are great for wet areas and for sand, and I enjoyed having a bit of extra traction just walking around. The straps around the heel, around the ankle, and over the toes all adjust, which makes for a really ideal fit. They are definitely more sporty: not the cute sandals I’d wear with a sundress for and afternoon strolling around Brooklyn, and the wider base does make them just a touch clunky (though they are pretty light weight overall). But I got the classic black and the straps are pretty minimal - not so wide and beach specific looking. I did wear them to dinner one night on vacation with a plain black tank dress to a more casual place, and I thought they went pretty well. As I said, they’re sportier, but not so aggressively so that they make you look like you’re wearing giant hiking sandals or water specific shoes. They really filled the beach/pool niche perfectly for me, and I see them being my go-to for a long time to come.

I love these sandals. They are so easy to pair with just about anything. I got them for longer walking days as an alternative to my Birkenstock sandals for the summer. I've tried Chacos but cannot make them work for my feet- these however- are so easy to wear- no blistering, no hot feet (compared to the mushy style Teva footbed). It's like the sandal version of a running shoe.

Love, Love, Love. I live in florida so I wear these at least once a day, every day for 2 years. No problems to report! Velcro works just as good as the day I bought them. I don't know if its recommended but I throw them in in wash every 6 mos and they look and feel really good. They are worth the $$.
