Love these sandals! My 1st pair of Teva shoes and from the second I put them on they were perfect. I am going to Disney with these

Great shoe. Comfortable with light socks for walking. Fits my wide feet and is adjustable.

I usually wear size 8 but ordered 7 following some of the reviews saying that it runs large. I have worn it at home for two hours so far. It feels comfortable.

So, I've worn Tevas for 20-odd years, going back to the Terradactyls. Both pairs of my old sandals finally delaminated and the sole was flapping. So I thought I'd try something a bit prettier. I wear an 11 wide and the footbed on these fits me perfectly and the length is good, but I'm disappointed in how short the straps are, especially the toe strap. The overlap of velcro to hold the strap closed is only about an inch long for me. I wish Teva would go back to making longer straps and letting people trim off the black end themselves. I'm keeping these because I don't think I'll find anything I like better but I'm going to add an o-ring around each toe strap to help keep them locked down once I get the fit right.

I knew within a very short time of putting this sandals on, that they needed to be returned. There was no arch support with these sandals, and because of this, my feet were soon aching. Usually, I do not have problems with my left foot becoming sore, however, there was a spot on each foot where the strap was rubbing a sore spot within a few short minutes. So regrettably, these sandals are being returned, and I am once again in search of comfortable sandals with good arch support. This has been a many year search so far. Part of this is there are not many sandals with the arch support that I need within my price range. Part of the problem, also is that I seem to have very picky and sensitive feet. I have back and knee problems, so I need footwear with excellent arch support.

These sandals would be perfect if they came in half sizes. I normally wear a 7.5 but had to order an 8. There is a lot of shoe in front of my toes which has caused me to trip and fall more than once. They are a great shoe for hiking around with my dogs but sadly, I will not reorder these until I can buy my true size.

I had this similar style for close to 16-17 years. They finally fell apart. I ordered 3 different styles of tevas but decided to keep a different style with more support. They are nice but needed something that covered my foot more at my older age. They fit good. I wear a size 11.

This is the third time I've bought the Teva Hurricane, love them!! They did last a very long time. The only reason I bought it so frequently was because the second pair were worn all over Europe in a hiking vacation for 3 weeks. Very durable, supportive, and still cute with long skirts in the summer. The only drawback is if it was a just a little bit longer in toes, but that's just a personal preference. A larger shoe size wasn't necessary nor helped the fit.

Out of box and on my feet. Perfect. I liked my black leather ones also, but after 6 years they were a bit flat.. I like this fabric and the black plastic triangles that holds everything together. The metal ones sometimes hit in the wrong places. I hope the plastic holds up as well as the metal. Will you ever have women's black leather again? I used them for dressier occasions.

I had this same sandal years ago and they were my very favorite Teva. These are comfortable, love the look, have very secure velcro closures making them easy to adjust for narrow feet. My only disappointment is that after wearing only a short period of time, the right sandal has developed a squeaky sound when I take a step. Am hoping this will disappear with time. They are great for wet conditions, walking on beach, in the lake and maybe they just need time to dry out for squeaky sound to be gone.

I wear 7.5 - Teva apparently no longer does half sizes. These 8s are a bit big but I think the7s would be too small. Also my last Tevas had a guard between strap and skin at all three contact points. That being said, I think I will quickly adapt to these.

Runs a little big... I am a solid 8.5 but the 8 is plenty big. Very comfortable and sturdy but looks somewhat clunky. I guess for what I need it for looks don’t really matter!

This is a great, classic sandal - but the ankle strap barely reaches across my instep, leaving a long stretch of scratchy velcro exposed. Ouch! Despite the comfort and style, I'm sending it back.

I needed to replace my existing pair that I love, found these so I ordered. They are great, not as comfortable and supportive as my other pair, but they are a bit of a different style, so they are fine for what they are, just wish there was a little extra cushioning where the straps meet the foot for some added comfort. That said, I wore them for a full day around the house and neighborhood, took the dogs for a walk and I had no issues breaking them in.

I was really hopeful these would work for me. They don't have the shock pad which always seems to blow out after one summer on the Tirra. Unfortunately, in order to keep my foot from sliding forward, I have to tighten the toe strap which makes it rub uncomfortably on my little toe. So they are going back. I did like the look and the arch support was good.

I have owned many pairs of Teva Hurricanes, but this one is sized very small. Hopefully, one size up isn't too big.

They run sooooooo big, I usually wear a 9.5w-10w. So I ordered a 10. Way too big...like swim flippers. Okay, so I return for a 9. Still way too big and wide. Back they go!

The shoe was nothing like my old Tevas. The foot bed is so wide it seems like a man's shoe. I took one walk with them and I will be returning them because of this.

Went from not being able to walk for long distances to walking all over Barcelona! I am back for my 4th pair.

Very comfortable. Love the support. I could wear these for long periods of time. Straps stay once secured. Highly recommend.

These are great walking sandals. I have moderate foot pain and these are my go to sandals for going to the Disney parks when the grandkids come to town. The sole is comfortable without being squishy or soft. The straps are soft on the skin, but not loose and they’re adjustable at 3 points with Velcro without looking like Velcro shoes

Heavy but a perfect alternate replacement for my Hoka One One Bondi-7 pair for when I need to alternate shoes on my Camino Pilgrimage. Soooo comfortable for me.

I wear a narrow size so always buy smaller when ordering a medium width, which only works with a velcro style. My narrow size is 8N but the 7M in this one fit great. I LOVE these sandals, wearing them a lot for a year and a half (we live in a warm climate). Then I gave them over to being my "swim-exercise" shoes--I ONLY wear them in the pool so would not wear them overwise to get them dirty. They are still good. I now plan to order a new pair to wear this summer and probably next!

Good on all fronts.

The fit is spot on. The wider straps give much better support for hiking and water sport. Great sandal.
