Because I live in Florida, I wear sandals all the time. These Tevas are not nearly as comfortable as my old Tevas (which I've had for at least 15 years). I'll admit, I had to use Shoe Goo to reattach one of the soles, but I still wear them. I've had a hard time getting the new ones to fit cmfortably. I believe I have them adjusted now, but the leather on the end of the middle strap still cuts into my foot. I'm not able to wear them over half a day, where I can wear the old ones as long as I wish.

Comfortable as all Teva’s seem to be. Color fades quickly after being in sunlight, and if you try to wash them to get the restore the color, it doesn’t work. Makes it look worse. I got a couple different pairs and like them more.

These were supposed to be the next model of the previous Katavi's which I loved. They are not the same. The strap lengths and positions are different and don't allow me to wear them as loosely and comfortably as I did my Katavi originals. Sole is the same cushioned material, so that's a plus, but so far I'm not highly pleased. And the sizing was way off from original to version 2, a full size too small/tight.

My previous Teva sandals had a microfiber footbed which I loved. These have a molded plastic-like rubber footbed which may be better at the beach and in wet conditions. Color is more gray with orangish trim. More informal & sporty looking than their older classier look. It's a lower rating because it's not as good as the older Teva sandals. I'll keep these and may like them more as I get used to them.

The fit ans size were true for a men's 11. However, the velcro straps are too short and the inside material stitching rubs on the skin uncomfortably. I have a pair of these bought several years ago that I was hoping replace and this new version of the Katavi is worse than the old one.

I have an old pair of these and love them. The new pair was great looking and fit well but after walking in them for a bit my feet got sore. Maybe they need longer to break in than my old ones did or maybe I just got a stiff pair. They fit well, it's just that it felt like I was walking on a concrete floor when wearing them as if there was no cushioning.

3rd pair of Texas in 5 years, all have had straps pull out. I do not do any significant hiking in these. I never had these problems twenty or even ten years ago

Mounded insole kind of scratching and uncomfortable. Not as much support as my old Texas. I returned them.

VERY unhappy about color, not as pictured. Walnut should be brown. These are light grey, no brown at all.

Not even two years old and front strap has already pulled out the base. Pretty disappointing.

I wanted to love these and do love the soles, look, and weight. But the straps are so sort they make an otherwise perfectly comfortable sandal feel small, pinchy and lacking in support.
My current Tevas have been so great it is a shame that they have this design flaw. About half the velcro area is left uncovered because of the tiny straps on a size 10 wide foot sandal. A total fail on what would otherwise be an excellent sandal.

I was hoping these were pretty much the same as the Katavi originals, but they are not. Size smaller, straps are not nearly the same proportions, sole still comfy, but not good enough, disappointed that the old ones are not still available on Zappos.

Occasional walking in damp grass caused the front straps to detach after 8 months of wear. Web site does say these are not water shoes, but it is deplorable to think that any moisture at all with cause these shoes to fall apart. Shoes were 1 month out of warranty because I purchased them last year and do not wear them over the winter. Teva's used to be high quality; I have had many pairs that lasted for years and years. I won't ever buy them again.

These fell apart after 2 months of light wear. Completely shocked- Tevas have always been disable and everlasting.

I bought this model after having years of trouble-free experience with similar TEVA sandal. When I began wearing it regularly, two problems arose. First, fabric tabs (below the front inner plastic loop stay) regularly curl under toward the foot. This makes for an uncomfortable walking experience. Secondly, the rear strap where it meets the footbed rubs against the inner arch of my foot. After walking a mile or two, the result is painful irritation. I had no such difficulties with the discontinued sandals that I am still wearing.

I saved these for my recent trip to Greece. While there, on day 3, one of the straps either broke or the stitching gave out. I have a picture taken before I tossed them. Will you replace or reimburse me?

I loved these sandals, comfy and fit well, good arch support, I wore them a few weeks fall of 2020 and then they sat in the closet all winter. Now sandal season is upon us and back to wearing them........but they only lasted 3 months! See photo of leather strap loop just rupturing for no reason while walking around the house. Of course they are not still in warranty, just tossing your money down the drain here! Going back to Chacos! :(

Blister city coming up. Underside of straps is rough and will certainly cause blisters. Not at all like my other Tevas, which are smooth and soft underneath the straps.

While I loved the comfort of these, I've had two pairs die in the last 6 months. The first pair died after 4 months of use, and my last pair died after only 2 months. These were super cozy, looked good. The quality of the shoes that I got were crap. Both pairs, the strap died -- one on the top strap, and the second on the bottom strap.
