This is my third pair of sandals like these. My first was at a store, second was in the sale department...luckily because I could not find them anywhere. Second was getting thin at the bottom and I could feel the support going. Looked online for my model and came across Zapos where I found these. Ordered them, they came promptly, put them on and they are terrific! Better than the last two as there's more support and the bottom is stronger.

I do seven to eight miles of urban walking every day and I found these to be the most comfortable alternative for me, and better for my feet than running shoes. Having some plantar fasciitis issues I rubber cement an additional supporting insole to the foot bed. These last 5-6 months before the sole loses resiliency.

I usually wear a 12 in most shoes, but the Katavi 2 in a 13 is a perfect fit. Extremely comfortable.
My initial order was for the Black Olive, but after a week of wearing, I ordered a second pair in Walnut.
The fast and free shipping by Zappos was just a bonus!!

Last week while backpacking in Kauai, my rental was broken into and my shoes were stolen. Realizing my big hiking boots weren't going to cut it for the rest of the activities I had planned while there, I picked these up at a local surf shop. Haven't taken them off since. Rafting tours, hiking, even socks and jeans for flight home. So happy with this purchase and will be taking them on all future backpacking adventures once I waterproof them

I have a very pronounced Supination{ walk on the outside of my foot } . I purchased these for a trip to Key West, I broke them in for 2 weeks , Then wore them every day while there, We walked over 6 miles daily for 7 days , Not one issue , zero, zilch , If the keep performing for me like this I will be a believer.

It looks wider than it is because the sole is wide, but the upper is anchored within the sole's edge. The uppers are very comfortable and fit my medium foot well. The midsole is well cushioned and is contoured for great support.

the fit wasn't that great, the top strap that goes over ur front foot, starts to hurt ur big toe after two hours of wearing, and after 4 months of lite use the top strap just broke or more like just came apart at the velcro , will not buy again, I wear a 9 1/2 but I always buy a size 10, I honestly own 40 pairs of flip flops and sandals, these were the first to just come apart. cheaply made for $65.00 dollars
