Teva quality is gone and also customer service by phone and email
Wore these sandals less than 1 hour and the stitches on the back give you a blister above the heel
Contacted customer service and they sent it to a different department that is only available by email that takes weeks to get back to you and they say it's outside the return time and you can use the warranty policy site
Going to warranty policy site they provided in there email and all it says is WE'ER SORRY
Think it means WE'ER SORRY you bought these and nothing we are going to do to help you

Teva products quality on there products is gone and trying to get warranty here is no help by phone or email. When they do get back to you after weeks they say there is nothing they can do and the return time has passed then the tell you to go to the warranty policy site
After you click on the site all that comes up is
WE'RE SORRY
Guess they are sorry that you bought there cheap quality sandals and there is nothing they are going to do to help you.

It immediately started causing blisters on my achilles heel and I was forced to endure this torture for 8 hours. Would highly recommend to people you hate passionately.

I'm not sure what it was about the design of these sandals, but they rubbed straight through the back of my heel within about 500 feet of walking. I cannot possibly recommend anything less than I can recommend these. I had to walk back to the car with the heels folded down under my feet.

I know that shoes need to be broken in, but from the first few minutes my son had these shoes on, they were bothering him. The back part of the shoe angles in just enough to rub over his Achilles in a way that caused almost immediate chafing. He will try them with socks because he has to wear them (we are on vacation with no other options), but we will be figuring out another shoe option for the future.

Purchased several pair over the past three years. The quality of the shoe and support were extremely poor with this last pair!!!

I have always been really satisfied with my Teva purchases except for this one. These sandals were purchased to replace a pair of Tevas that I had for 16 years. I wear a size 8, and I was not hesitant about buying online since I other Tevas I have are the same size.
The top velcro strap is apparently not designed for those who have small feet (though I am a size 8). For my feet, I have to pull over the top strap all the way to fit snugly. However, there's not enough velcro on the strap to catch on the bottom part. One more inch of velcro on the top strap would allow the strap to catch snugly on the bottom part.
To me, this is a design flaw, and I am disappointed in that because the sandal, as well as all other Tevas I have purchases, are very high quality and well made. But I cannot wear these comfortably, so they are relegated to sandals that I wear for back yard duty. They do not work for me, but may be ideal for others with wider feet.

I loved the fit and feel of these sandals but within 6 months, the stitching above the toe section came undone. I called customer service and was told the one-year warranty should cover the problem, so I sent back the sandals with my notes of the problem. Some weeks later, my defective sandals were returned to me with a note saying I was not within the one year warranty (hmm, last time I checked, 6 months was less than a year) and that they don't cover normal wear and teat. Since when was defective stitching normal wear and tear! (Being in my 7th decade, I'm not exactly a high intensity walker.). So not only were the sandals defective, so is customer service policy.

Wear every day, all day. These would have been my third pair of these sandals. First two were wonderful and were worn completely out. This pair was supposedly EXACTLY THE SAME SIZE AND COLOUR. The new left one is a bit snugger than the old left one. The right one is so tight it is actually painful. I've already recycled the box and worn them outside so I guess I'm stuck with a pair of Tevas that cannot be worn. Back to the second pair

I always wear sandals barefoot, that's the point in wearing them in my opinion. These sandals are both good looking and well made in general, but they really goofed up with the hard-rough material that wraps around the back of the heel. It's a hard as tent canvas and worse yet, it's very rough, causing a one inch wide blood stain where it rubbed. I only bought these, because I really liked the hurricane sandals with a quilted nylon top, but they don't sell those anymore (a stupid decision by Teva).

For the soft under part of the upper, the stitching stuck out farther than the soft padding and was very abrasive. I've had the open toe Teva Sandals (3 pair) over the years and absolutely love them. But these close toed sandals they need to take a close look at their workmanship. I ended up returning.

While new footwear can cause callouses, these ripped my heels, despite trying them with bandaids, moleskin, etc. I ended up with blisters and pain on my heel, and they were not comfortable throughout the rest of the shoe. After three attempts to wear them over the course of three weeks, I am hobbled by tendonitis in my achilles. Enough!

These sandals were fine until they got wet. Then, they scraped the skin from the back of my foot and were unwearable by me.

As a happy Teva wearer, I ordered with confidence that these would fit the bill for an upcoming trip involving warm, wet weather, trail hiking. The fit is as expected except for the rear strap that goes around the back of the achilles tendon. Basically, its hard without enough padding to protect the skin around the back of the ankle. My prior Tevas have more of a neoprene backing. These do not. I tried a few short walks in them barefoot and just can't do it. Had to return them. Cmon Teva, you have much better in the past.

size and fit ok. BUT, unless some incompetent reason for design changes by TEVA or Zappos, I don't believe these are actually TEVA made, but are some brand knock-offs. I have used several pair of TEVA Omniums over 12 years. With my neuropathy and myelopathy issues, I found they were stable, secure, comfortable and wearable and attractive footwear that I could depend on. These Omnium 2 versions are another thing altogether. The TEVA logo (the hand outline with the swirl pattern in palm) is missing altogether, that used to be on the Omniums on a strap and on the footbed. What manufacturer decides to omit their recognized and trusted logo?! The original Omniums had the Spider rubber soles, indicated by their Spider logo on heel. There is no Spider logo on Omnium 2 soles. In fact, when I wore these new versions in my apartment with it's hardwood laminate floors, I found my feet would slide; NOT a safe or secure situation for me, or anyone really. When i put my old TEVA Omniums with their worn out tread back on, I was again secure with no slipping or sliding. There is no doubt that the TEVA Omnium 2 footwear does NOT have the Spider rubber as on the previous Omnium design. And speaking of design, comparing these two again, the mold and lines of the lower and upper parts on profile do not seem to flow smoothly and complement each other as the Omnium's do. The Omnium 2's apperar to have been assembled with available parts rather than those designed to be together. Either the buyer for Zappos decided to "look the other way" when these were acquired for sale, or TEVA decided to issue a much inferior product as the successor to the original style of Omnium footwear. Also, just testing these new versions in my small apartment created a raw spot on my left heel. The neuropathy prevented my feeling it until the tissue damage was done. I have NEVER had that happen before with the original Omniums I wore over the years. Yes, I cannot and will not wear these. I am very disappointed.

If I apparently have to bale on TEVA, I don't know what I am going to do.

We left these in Hawaii. They were slippery on trails and dug into my husbands heel, creating a blister.

My original pair, 5 years old were padded, flexible and comfortable that I wore for walking and hiking in the US, throughout Europe, Australia and New Zealand. They finally gave up the ghost and I bought this new pair. They are stiff, lacking padding and I am left with abrasions on my ankle, toes, and heel if I don't wear them with socks to protect my feet.

I wear my 25 yr old Tevas every day because I have foot problems and they help. It was time to get new ones. I ordered the SAME item, but when they arrived, I, and noo one, even a 9 year old could squish into the tiny opening! I had to return them. They had a great product and ruined it by making a change. Do not buy!

I bought the Omnium 2 for a canoe trip because I wanted a closed-toe sandal that I could wear in the boat and also on short hikes. I returned these sandals right after trying them on because they did not feel at all comfortable. The main problem was that the fastenings for the back strap protruded from the back of the shoe and dug into my heels. I ordered a pair of Teva Flintwoods instead and found them to be much more comfortable because the insides of the shoes are smoother, including the heel strap. The Flintwoods were chafing the bottoms of my ankle bones by the third day of the canoe trip, but worked pretty well overall.

Fell apart. Wear them to water exercise class only 2x a week for about a year and the sole has separated from the rest of the shoe

I have purchased 3 pairs of Omnium before. The newest ones have changes that made them uncomfortable for me. Not sure why most manufacturers have to make changes. New ones rubbed me hard on top of big toe main joint and the gaps in material over the top of the foot are uncomfortable.

This shoe is great except for one thing, which earns this product a failing grade. Everything on this shoe is soft as it should be except for the heal. The heel is so rigid that it feels like steel plate. These shoes gave terrible blisters within minutes of walking. It's been a month and these blisters are still healing. It appears no one at Teva bothered to test this shoe. I work in product design and someone or multiple people at Teva aren't doing their job. I wore them once.

Great fit and like the look of the shoes. My son (11 year old) has been wearing these for 1.5 months. He wears them to the pool and outside play. The problem with the shoes is the smell. It is atrocious. We tried the TEVA brand over our usual Keen's and that is the main difference. We have never had a "smell" issue with the Keen's.
