Teva has always been my go to shoe and sandal.
However I'm so disappointed the arch support in the base is not there.

These were kind of small. The straps on the Tevas are so stiff and uncomfortable, it digs into the top of my foot next to my arch. I had to return them.

Not a fan. The size was good, but the sole too firm and inflexible for comfort. The fit doesn't feel secure enough on my foot to want to test them on a trail. I'll stick to a light hiker.

Straps stiff & initially uncomfortable. Will need to break in some more. This is the first pair that have had that issue.

Uncomfortable compared to my old tevas. The material of the back heel strap pad is irritating and the placement is too low for my heel. I also wish they would up the arch support on these. Not going to risk wearing these outside of the house because I feel certain I will end up with some nasty blisters from these.

I bought 2 pair for me and my daughter for our trip. They were perfect for hikes and the beach - so comfortable

While I loved this sandal, its clear that the women's sandal was just a relabeling of a smaller men's size. Therefore, I'm returning them.

Oh no my 'go to' sandal is no longer comfortable. The arch hits at my plantar fasciitis.

Comfortable. Wore for 15 miles walking through water. Stable and supportive. Grip really well. I did get some pretty nasty blisters from the top straps on the inside of my foot. I'm not sure if that was from the shoe itself or if walking in the water aggravated it. Either way, comfy. Would love the straps to be a softer smoother material.

The shoe is ok. Not a lot of arch support and the ankle pieces don't hit in a comfortable spot for my anatomy. I prefer Chaco's.

Got these for a camping vacation after good experience with tevas basic flat sandal and having plantar fasciitis. We hiked probably 3 miles over the vacation and it ended up hurting my heel so much I cant put weight on that foot, still 2 weeks later. Very disappointing.

I've had the hurricane sandal for 15-20 years and loved them. The sole is separating from the sandal so I wanted to purchase new ones. The new ones are no comparison and are not an upgrade or better sandal. I wish this site would accept photos so you can see the staggering difference. My old hurricane sandals have a grippy rubber sole showing many small rubber bumps and softer comfortable contoured foot bed. The new ones have a hard plastic feeling sole that's more of a geometric design and is slippery on my hardwood floors and not at all grippy or non-slide and the foot bed is flat harder plastic, not contoured and not as comfortable. Teva? Why the change? The old ones were soooo much better. The new model seems made with cheap materials. New design flaws for an expensive hiking/water proof sandal.

I took these shoes with me while backpacking around Europe for a month. I wore them almost everyday and by the end there was fraying all over the straps. Overall very comfortable and only issue was a blister on the outside of my pinky toes where the strap cut in.

Super cute and fits true to size, but...if you have kind of wide feet or bunyons or anything these might not be for you. Stick to the traditional Tevas without the molded footbed. I gave these to my narrow footed son.

I do really like them, though I cannot attest to overall quality as I've not had them long, I will say that I have paid a lot less for a lot more shoe/sandal. Even getting these on sale I do not feel that the value is there. They seem to be well made and they feel ok on my feet.

I use these shoes as an everyday sandal or to work in I want something casual. The straps aren't ever adjusted right i dont like that its velcro and i bruised the top of my food from getting things stuck between my sandal and my foot

When the water shoes get wet they cause horrible blisters. Tried two different styles and it happened with both to my entire family.

Super comfy and definitely grips the ground on hikes but it's really wide at the front footbed. That said my feet are narrow. This meant they looked a little like clown shoes. They'll be good for walking the dog and hikes at the beach etc I wouldn't buy again though at the price point.

As the straps come out on the footbed , instead of beside it, It can make for a bit of a rub during long-distance walks. Easily improved upon in my opinion.

Would have loved them if the sole was a light color. I bought them for comfort and looks!

The Hurricane is very well made. Love the colors; lt blue, dk blue and teal. It is very comfortable when standing on hard flooring. Just not made for my feet. When I walk, my feet always want to slide forward - no matter the tweaking done with the straps. The toe strap also makes my metatarsal joint ache. My foot fits fine in the footbed. Don't know why my feet won't stay put. Sure wish they worked for me. I also purchased the Original Universal sandal which fits perfectly, with no foot sliding. Perhaps because it has a flat footbed?

Colors are fun and look exactly the same as on the screen. Strap placement is not the best over my little toe and some rubbing does occur. Especially when wet. Foot bed is comfortable and secure dry and wet, had great traction on wet rocks at the beach.

I have been wearing this type of Teva for decades. The footbed of this particular shoe was too wide for me. I chatted with a Teva customer service person and she said this is a unisex style that runs wider and recommended I try the Hurricane Drift, which I will do.
