Has all of the features I was looking for: heavier weight for layering fleece etc in cold weather, longer in back, internal pocket.

This is the perfect coat. Waterproof, wind resistant and cozy!

The coat is very cute, it just didn't fit me. I am 5' 129 lbs and the petite medium was too small. This coat is VERY FITTED and so I couldn't even close it.

Somewhat utilitarian, but has some shape to it. I like the length on the jacket and sleeves..

I am 5’11” and the sleeves were long enough for me. I purchased a a large and glad a did as it was a tiny bit snug over chest. Great jacket that is long enough in the back as well.

Love this purchase, and am now looking forward to some rainy weather! Full disclosure - I have not yet worn this in the rain, so cannot attest to its true functionality. However, it has great features - good pockets, two-way zipper, great length, comfortable and adjustable hood. It is not built for warmth - it's exactly what it's supposed to be, a rain shell. One feature it lacks that might be nice is pit zips. I got it in orange, and the color is fantastic - even better than it looks online. The length is perfect - covers the butt, but not a trench. I usually wear a medium in Columbia gear (5'6", 148, big shoulders) but went with a large based on other reviews. I think the medium would have been fine, and would probably look more svelte, but I think I'll appreciate the room in the shoulders come fall to accommodate a fleece underneath. All in all, I'm super excited about this jacket...

This is a fantastic rain jacket! It's the perfect combination of stylish and practical. It's lightweight, making it ideal for spring and summer, and it really is totally waterproof. I've worn it in several very heavy rains with no problem at all. I love the zippered pockets--plenty of room for my phone, etc. I wish the hood was slightly bigger. It fits well around my face and doesn't blow off, but the very edge of my hair gets wet. (But to be fair, I have a big head.) I ordered the buttercup color, and it is a perfect cheery yellow! It is a smidge see through, but not bad. (I can't see words/patterns from the shirt underneath unless I specifically pull it tight.) As far as sizing goes, I'm 5'10" / 145 lbs / 32C/ pear shaped and a medium fits perfectly--nips in at the waist, skims my hips comfortably, plenty of length in the arms, and not too baggy through the chest. However, my 3 in 1 winter coat from Columbia is a small and fits perfectly, so consider sizing up.

I wear this jacket for my morning walks and the waterproof technology works amazing. It keeps the chill off but if I have to put it on in warm weather it breathes, and always feels comfortable. Great quality jacket in many differing weather conditions.

I wear a lot of Columbia cloths. I love their styles, materials, and quality. You can wash them countless times and it will always look like you just bought it.

Although the jacket was a little snug the jacket is of high quality. I purchased three of theses jackets. One for myself and one each for both of my daughters. We love that they are long enough to keep our longer cardigans dry up here in Alaska. Great quality,great service, pretty quick delivery. Bought this as a new rain coat that I could wear out for a hike or to work and it's great for both! It's a great, sleek style that hugs your form (ordered a M, 5'5'' and 148lbs). If you want to wear a lot of heavy layers under it, size up but I was able to wear a tshirt and light jacket underneath with no problem. It doesn't breathe all that well, after all, its a rain coat but it's light so its comfortable in the heat.
