It had everything I was looking for but the sizing was off. Seemed smaller through the chest and hips even though I ordered an extra large. I often wear something underneath but if I wanted to wear anything, it would be uncomfortable. Maybe a manufacturer error in making. Disappointed but will look again.

Beautiful color and well made. Like all the other reviews say, this jacket runs small. Definitely size up!

Got this for my fiance about a year ago, and she loves it. She was complaining that her raincoat doesn't cover her butt so her pants end up getting wet when it rains. This does the trick perfectly going just the right length for her. FYI she is 5' and getting her a small was perfect! The one thing she notes is that it isn't the most breathable so it can get pretty hot if your out on a warmer day in the summer and the rains start.

I'm not a big woman (5'6", 130 lbs), and usually wear a small across the board. But I've got some boobage up front (36D), and Columbia products are notorious for favoring less endowed women. And being much too generous in sleeve lengths, but that wasn't much of a problem with this one, since it had velcro to mitigate the overhang.
The Small in this jacket did not even zip up much farther than my navel, because it wanted a flat chest. It was also a little slim through the hips, but that may have just been it pulling from back to front, where I was trying to stuff my boobs in. I would order a Medium to see if that works, but it is no longer available in the sunny yellow I wanted. :( Returning it and looking for other brands with more generous styling.

Bought this jacket (and storm surge pants) for my daughter. She is an Athletic Trainer and needed a rain suit for her outside sports - she has not worn it during the infamous NC rain events so not sure if it is water proof at this point - will update as soon as the suit is tested. The fit is great on both jacket and pants - pants do not need to be hemmed - enough room in the jacket for clothing underneath - as long as it withstands the rain this will be an excellent buy!

This Jacket is great for keeping you dry on a hike, but looks nice enough to wear about town!

I've been looking for white or cream rain/spring jacket for awhile. I bought this jacket in both a L and XL and the Arcadia Casual Jacket from Columbia in XL in Chalk. I am 5'9" and 175 lbs. I couldn't close the Splash in the Large and even though the XL feels a little bit in the arms/shoulders, I still think it's a good fit.
I like both jackets but decided to keep the Splash II for the following reasons: I prefer that it has both a hidden snap and zipper closure (the Arcadia has an exposed zipper) because I like the option of keeping the zipper open and just close a few snaps when I'm running quickly into a store. I liked the overall length of the Arcadia better altho the Splash covers the butt too. The sleeves on both are long, extremely long on the Splash but I can roll them up once and they still look ok. With the Arcadia, the lining shows so they look rolled up. I would have preferred no pattern but the very slight gray graphic on the Splash actually looks good. I experienced the fabric of the Arcadia as noisy and cheaper feeling whereas the Splash quieter and richer feeling. (Still, they both have that slicker-not fabric- type feel. They both have zippers that unzip from top and bottom, nice pockets (altho the side pockets on the Splash are more comfortable than the front pockets of the Arcadia.
I think the Splash was a few dollars more but they are both nice values I kept the Splash. The Arcadia is nice too so give it a try.

This is a great lightweight rain jacket. It does run small, so I would recommend sizing up. It's worth the money!

This is a very nice jacket. I love the shape of it. I’m 5’, 105lb and size Xs fit perfectly except for the sleeves. They are too too long, too bad. I sent it back.

Purchased this for a pending spring trip to England, where it is often rainy and drizzly. Haven't yet worn, but love the style and cut of the coat. The longer length is great for covering longer length shirts and sweaters, and will protect from the rain.

If you want the look to fit like the model, size up. I am a standard Large in Columbia jackets and this was snug, esp for an outer layer. I am busty (38DDD) but I think it has to do with the more fitted style, so be aware when ordering if that's an issue for you. That said, I do like the jacket because it covers my bottom and has a generous hood.

Loved the length. Shoulders fit fine, but the fit through the body (waist, hip/bottom) was far too slim for me. And I was not bowled over by the color.

I purchased 2 of these raincoats, one in red coral for a friend and one in pond for myself. The coral is very pretty. Pond color is very versatile. I ordered both in an XL in hopes of having more room to wear something bulkier underneath, however these definitely run smaller than any other XL I have purchased. Same for my friend. Disappointed. Other than that, I love the style.

Looks like great quality, my wife did not wear due to incorrect fit.
Sz XL did not fit over hips (wears sz 16 pants and usually wears L or XL clothing). The greenish color is neutral, really like it.

Nice, light raincoat. Good for warm weather. Sometimes it feels like the water soaks through on the arms a little bit, but only in really heavy rain.

Super cute! I’m 5’2” and 110# for reference and got the XS. This is a very straight long jacket and I am curvy and short so it didn’t do much for me. I’d say for gals at least 5’5” and more of a straight build. It fit my 32DD bust and hips fine but excess in the waist area both because I have a smaller waist and it being just too long. Definitely a great color (peach?) and fabric pattern just not for my shape.

The green is really nice. Kept me dry in the rain. Zipper was a little funky the first couple times, but it relaxed after a few wears

I have a handful of Columbia jackets all size XL (thanks to a large bust and rear end). They all fit great with room to spare. This jacket in an XL is incredibly small compared to my other jackets. And it leaves about a two inch gap around my rear end that no matter how much I suck in ... it's not going to zip. Definitely sad and I'm hoping to venture into the plus size version and hope they're still fitted (as I have a pretty severe hourglass figure) and not a big box fit like a lot of plus size versions of clothing are. Definitely size up ... maybe two times. But the coat looks and feels wonderful. I'm just sad it's not remotely true to size.

This jacket runs a tad bit small with nice long back & adjustable sleeves. Love the soft waterproof material & mesh lining. I'm 5'7 slender, so this cut in Medium looks flattering & feels great on me. However, even on my 140-pound frame it allows no room for layering. Thin base layer under this jacket is what I wear. So in cold weather it doesn't work. With this in mind, I still keep it because it will come in handy for travel; so light & pack-able.

I bought the Splash A Little II in Red and get many compliments on the color. I ordered this in Large, I do wear a Large and I am happy with the fit. Love the velcro on the sleeves because I can control it not going over my hands. I like the length and how it covers, not too tight. Because of my shape, the bust area is a little snug but it works for me. I do not wear button down blouses because of this problem. If I wear a sweat shirt under this coat, it will be too tight in the stomach and bust which is because of my weight. Ordering an XL would be too big in other areas that fit just right. I love the coat and it's a keeper for me. Keeping in mind that every women has a different shape, some Larges work for me and some don't.
