A great rain jacket. It's great when used as intended. It's not meant to be insulated. A photo of the interior might be helpful to those wanting more information on it. It does have pockets contrary to some other reviews. Two exterior pockets and one interior security pocket. It works well. Durable and I love the style.

Really cute coat in the burgundy color. I am very broad shoulders and through the rib cage and the large was perfect except was too tight across the bust area. Again.....I'm very small busted but broad thru the rib cage. I ordered up a size the the XL and overall it was too big....fit across the bust line but too big everywhere else. I am a diamond shape, unfortunately, and I have this issue alot. I highly recommend this burgundy jacket.....so pretty, very stylish and the length is perfect. Unfortunately, I had to return this coat and am very disappointed that it didn't work out :-(

Love this jacket! Haven’t had a chance to test it out in the rain yet though. But the style fits really well and it seems to be quality material. Not quite as loud and plasticky as a lot of other rain jackets. I ended up exchanging the XS I ordered for a size S to have a little more room to layer.

I just ordered this jacket a month ago and it has already served me well. I ordered the nori stars print and I think the color looks even better in person. It is very form-flattering. It seems to also keep me warm from the cool wintery rain, though I'm not sure if it will also keep me cool in the summer months but it seems like it does have proper ventilation. We'll see! I always order a size up in jackets to account for layers of clothes, so I got a medium. I think that a small would have worked better.

Stylish and comfy, can dress up or down. Flattering cut. I'm normally a small (size 4-6) but went with a medium to accommodate sweaters and such. Highly recommended.

I normally wear a small so I ordered a medium because other reviews said to go up a size. The medium was WAY too big for me so I returned it and got an extra small which fits perfectly. I like the red color. The jacket is lightweight which is what I wanted and has roomy pockets. I also like the hood because I hate carrying an umbrella if I don't have to.

Definitely size up. Technically I'd be a small but I ordered medium, then had to return for a large. The sleeves are long but it's fitted well and flattering. Really like it.

I like this raincoat. I usually like all my outerwear to be kind of extra roomy and this raincoat did not disappoint. I usually wear a jacket underneath. There's plenty of room for layers.

I finally had my chance to road test this jacket, so to speak, what with all the heavy rain we have been having this past weekend from the remainder of the hurricane, and it has performed admirably. My clothes remained dry despite the drenching rain all weekend and into Monday. I was able to fit a light jacket under it for warmth. Thanks, Columbia!

I am 5'10" and slight of build so I purchased the Medium (I usually buy Small) per other reviewer's suggestions. It has a stylish look, fits well and is longer than a jacket so will be much more functional in damp weather. The blue is a lighter blue than the picture but I love the color. Great purchase for the price.

Love the India Ink Geo Light color/print which goes with everything - casual & more formal! The jacket is well made, excellent fitting and is long enough to cover tunic style tops. Has a generous size hood (a must for me!). Love the zipper pockets to insure my phone stays dry! Lightweight enough for summer wear. Breathable fabric insures you will stay dry inside and out! Totally packable for trips- rolls up to minimize space needed to carry, comes out wrinkle free!

This raincoat appears very well made and is beautiful and very stylish. I'm looking forward to wearing it on my upcoming trip to Panama!

Bought this as a gift a female friend. It was perfect fit. Very sleek looking and great protection from the elements. I recommend this for women if you want a good sleek and feminine look when it comes to a rain jacket.

100% Waterproof but definitely order 1 size larger than you usually would. I bought this for my 15 year old daughter who is 5'1" and weighs around 110 lbs. She usually wears a small but we couldn't even get the small zipped up the front and had to go with a medium. So it fit her body well, sleeves were a little bit long but they have good velcro closure so no rain gets in. Same for me. I am 5'4" and around 135 lbs with 36C bust. Had to get a large.

I recently purchased this jacket for a trip to Maine. I absolutely love that it's a little longer, perfect for taller gals like me or if you just want more coverage from the elements. I wanted something that would be waterproof and windproof. This jackets 's both! I typically wear a size Large in Columbia clothing, but purchased the X-Large. There was a little extra room for layering in a sweatshirt which I ended up needing while touring around the coast via boat. Then on our way back, it began to pour buckets on us with high winds. Happy to report that this jacket was able to protect me against the elements as well as help keep me warm. The sleeves and hood are adjustable which was key in keeping out the wind.

This jacket is great. I am tall and usually have trouble finding jackets that are long enough on my body and long enough for my arms. I am 5'9 about 155 pounds and purchased a medium. It fits great and I still have a little room to move around and wear something else under it in case it's cold. I definitely recommend this jacket.

I ordered this jacket because I wanted a longer rain jacket. I'm on the shorter side and ordered the small and medium. As others have stated if you want to wear a warmer layer underneath it is fitted in the middle so size up. I usually wear a small but kept the medium. It is a nice, long rain jacket/coat and very warm on its own. I'm happy with my purchase.

Simple, classic, black raincoat. It is just what I wanted. It has a slim fit - I am 5' 4" and 100 lbs and ordered an XS. It fits perfectly, but I wouldn't be able to fit a lot underneath it. If you want to layer, order up.

I sized up one size as other reviewers suggested and it fits very well! That made it loose enough for active use - armholes are loose enough to bike, etc. It has nice long sleeves with velcro closures so you can tighten them in heavy rain if desired and a flattering fit due to seaming along the back giving a raincoat which often is shapeless a bit of an hourglass shape. I love the length - long enough that I don't get soaked below the waist but not too long so as to get in the way if riding a bike or other activity. I am taking this on a long trip to Europe this summer because the style looks appropriate for more formal activities and it also works for outdoor sports. I ordered the color "Sea Salt" - be aware it is not a true white, it is more of a cross between very very pale taupe and very very pale grey, however I think it still looks nice with white clothing and is great for summer. This color has the strippled effect of tiny dots on the fabric although it is subtle. I mention it because the stipple pattern not as apparent in the online photos in the Sea Salt as in the other colors. The fabric is not too plastic-y feeling but feels more like true fabric, and is comfortable.

I LOVE this waterproof jacket. I am 5’9” and 140 lb. i ordered the medium but decided to retirn it for the large in case I wanted to wear a yoga jacket under it. The sleeves are long and adjustable and although i could have worn a M the large is great for the option of a sweater underneath. The hood also has adjustable strap of Velcro and covers everything well and stays in place.

This jacket is perfect for what I needed!! it's a slight upgrade from the Acadia jackets with snaps (vs velcro); double zipper (vs one), length of jacket goes a little below my bottom (vs above). All of these things make the increase in price definitely worth it. Highly recommend.

This raincoat is perfect. I live in the Pacific NW where it rains a lot and this raincoat delivers. It is waterproof and well designed. I do suggest ordering up one size if you want to be able to wear a hoodie or sweater under it. If not, then your regular size should work fine.

I wanted a longer, totally waterproof, but breathable jacket. I looked online at many companies & styles. I came back to this Columbia jacket because it had everything I wanted. What I didn't notice when ordering, is the short horizontal band stitched across the mid-back that gives this jacket a more feminine look and feel; this is a great touch! The jacket rolls up neatly for packing & it's not bulky or weighty. Plus, the price was great! This jacket is perfect for me.
