I love TOMs but these were not the most comfortable. I prefer the jutti flat by TOMs.

Too narrow and rubbed the top of my foot. Very uncomfortable - returned.

Sooooo uncomfortable. Can’t wear for more than an hour or two. I have the exact same pair in a lighter color and they are great. Not sure what happened here.

These were extremely rigid and uncomfortable. I am returning.

Love the style of these, but they gave me huge blisters the first time I wore them. I don't think I will be able to wear them again.

These soes are very cute but extremely unfortunate. They feel hard on the feet, quite surprising for Toms. Sending them back.

These shoes arrived yesterday. They look like they’ve been worn, and have a scuff mark on the toe of the right shoe. There was no packaging inside the box and they were rattling around the box, possibly getting banged up in transit. I think I received someone else’s returned items (hence the scuff mark). I will be requesting Zappos to send replacement pair that hopefully is not someone's returned items. They are beautiful shoes, comfortable and stylish, but for almost $90 they need to be in new (unscuffed) condition.

I got the black with blush bow. In the picture, it looked really cute. But on my feet, the bows looked literally funny. They made me look like I was wearing small sacks with bow as shoes. I had to return. The quality was your usual toms.

Love the look of these shoes, but when I walked they slipped off. I'm a solid size 6, and feel a 5.5 would be too tight. I had to return b/c of the slippage.

Bought this pair in the black style. Really didn't like it. Very open, which I was expecting, but it didn't fit properly and I was concerned it would just fall off my foot. Really looked so cute online but fell flat when they arrived.

A rare miss for Tom's, which are usually so comfortable. I wore these for two hours yesterday and my heels were completely destroyed. Bloody, blistered feet that hurt like crazy now. I really wanted to love these.

These shoes are very cute, but they definitely run at least a half size large. I ordered down a half size and still had to stuff them with Dr. Scholls inserts under the ball of the foot and at the heel. The first time I wore them I had them on for about 4-5 hours and they grew during this time. Unfortunately they don’t fit at all now even with the inserts. Not sure if this is bc of the style of the shoe or what. Either way these have been a bummer.

Toms are not for me. No support and too narrow.

These shoes are very cute but very uncomfortable! They felt a little tight around the top of my foot when I tried them on but if I went another size up it would be too big, so I kept them. Wore them for a day in the office and by the end of the day my feet were hurting so bad from the material cutting into my foot. I wouldn’t recommend these at all. The black ones run way smaller than the gray and brown ones.

I have a few pair of TOMS and I've never had issues before this pair. The part at the heel completely tore my skin apart. Within 30 minutes of wearing them, I had two huge blisters on both heels that took weeks to heel. The shoes were unable to be worn due to this.

I could see these being comfortable but I just didn't like the style. They kind of look like you're barefoot but with a weird triangular cap on your toes. I was hoping these could be professional flats but they're not going to work, so back they go!
