I really liked these d'orsay flats more than I expected! The fabric and leather are both of a nicer quality than they appeared to be in the photo. As with all Tom's shoes, I found them to be super comfortable. Fit was pretty much spot-on and these will definitely be a go-to shoe for summer and fall.

Super cute but they run really small. Go at least a half size up.

These shoes are every bit as cute as I'd hoped they'd be and comfortable, too. Great for dressing up a t-shirt and jeans. I love them. I only just got them, so I don't know how well they will hold up, but they do feel well made. Very happy I bought them.

Wow, what a shoe! I have not been wearing flats for the past few summers due to a case of plantar fasciitis. But I had to try this shoe and it is as wonderful as it looks. There is cushion in the footbed so that helps with comfort given there is no formal arch support. I wore these right out of the box for a full day and had no discomfort, rubbing or blisters. I wear a 7.5 in almost every brand and this was no exception. I would say that if you have a very wide foot, this shoe may not work really well but other than that this shoe is perfect. I bought the grey/black and received many compliments. I am buying a spare pair.

These are so cute and can be dressed up or down. The heel slipped a little but a heel-grip insole helped.

Love TOMs! We are wearing these for our wedding. I can’t wait. So comfortable!

My TOMS Jutti D'orsay shoes arrived a few days ago, and I wore them for the first time yesterday. I love them! They are very comfortabe, and they're so cute! I wore them with jeans, and they really dressed up my outfit. I can see myself wearing these shoes a lot this spring and summer.

Beautiful, comfortable shoe, but my big toe is always a problem with this sleek look. If you can wear them, you'll like them. I found the 1/2 size up was a better fit.

LOVE LOVE LOVE! These are so comfortable and adorable with jeans. The interior color of the shoe wore off on my toe nail polish but they’re so comfy and cute that I don’t even care.

LOVE these shoes! I switch between sizes depending on brand and cut but went with the higher size for these. They are well made with a strong structure and so cute. I may be ordering another pair in different colors soon!

Love the look but super tight. Ordering 1/2 and whole size up to see the better fit!

Ordered a size up than I normally get based on the other reviews, and they're perfect!! Super cute, feel very sturdy, comfortable, but no arch support (not anything new for flats, though!). Overall recommended!!

I LOVE the aesthetics of these flats but the fit did not work for me. I have worn Toms shoes for years, size 5, and these were just the slightest bit too big and since there is not a smaller size option I must return. They were also rubbing my feet the wrong way in the front and had no arch support or cushioning at all. These had all the style but lacking substance for me.

I usually wear a 9, these were short for my foot. (No time to reorder.) No arch support. Very pretty though.

they feel a half size too big, but I did keep them. figured a half down would just be “too right” so I would consider it snug lol. cute and comfortable

Absolutely love these. They were very comfortable right out of the box. However, they scuff very easily. Wore them one time and they already have several noticeable marks on the toe area.

I love these shoes but they kept rubbing against the base of my toes. I loved the feel of the animal print. It had the texture of real fur. Totally bummed about having to return them.

These shoes are very cute and fits true to size. The ankle area is stiff and high and walking around in the office has caused some blisters to form on the sides of my ankles. I plan to insert a shoe pad that hopefully will remedy this. The shoes are very stylish and they look great on my feet.

I like this style, and I like TOMS. The shoe seemed comfortable and well-made. I really liked the front of the shoe. I wasn't totally crazy about how the back of the shoe looked. I think the back could look a bit more stylish. I wish TOMS would make this shoe in all one color. I really liked the front in grey suede but I didn't care for the white back which didn't match the front fabric or color. I don't wear white shoes unless they are tennis shoes because white shoes look tacky to me. So I would have preferred if the backs were grey like the front of the shoe. TOMS sometimes gets a bit too crazy in their patterns and materials for me. I don't want sparkles on my shoes either. I wish they'd make these shoes in a solid grey or green or navy.

I am usually a pretty solid size 7.5 but in this shoe it was too tight. I ordered another pair of Toms that I am returning for the same reason. I'll be re-ordering these in a half size larger. They are adorable though I do agree with other reviewers that they felt a bit stiff.

I first ordered an 8 in the leopard print. The front of the shoe fit perfectly, but the shoe itself was an entire inch too long at the heel. I reordered a 7.5 and the shoe fit beautifully, with the heel snug in my narrow foot and the toe box plenty wide. I have bunions and the shoes are still comfortable although I used a small amount of stick on moleskin inside so it wouldn’t rub. The sizing of the shoe is odd, so you may want to consider getting 2 sizes and returning what doesn’t work. I can’t assess the size as true or not, just unusual with mismatched toe and heels. Zappos stellar and helpful service makes exchanging very easy to do. I ordered the first pair on Monday, it arrived on Tuesday and the correct pair arrived on Wednesday after a quick and helpful chat. The shoe is adorable, the colors are exactly as pictured.
