I loved how soft the straps on these Chacos are. I don't think I would have any problem with rubbing and/or blisters. Unfortunately, they just did not fit my foot correctly. I ordered a size 12 and they were still too small. Width was good, but length and where they hit my arch were all wrong. Unfortunately I had to return them and will be switching back to Tevas: Tevas just fit my particular foot better. But the show could have been amazing if it had lined up with my foot properly.

I usually love Chacos. I own at least 5 pairs and have never had a problem. These, however, didn’t fit right and the strap on the left shoe could not be adjusted to make it lay down. It was either way too loose at the toe, or bowed up in the center. I’m disappointed because I really wanted these, but I guess I’ll just stick to the other Chacos I already have. I ordered these in my usual size. Thank you to Zappos for the quick refund.

These were cute water shoes, but the fit for me was poor. You can adjust the back straps for the ankle and heel, but not the strap across the toe. The strap across the toe fit loosely and with no way to adjust it. I had to return this shoe.

The arch support was way too high. These are not comfortable as a result. Returned!

The non-adjustable middle strap was so short I never got my foot in the sandal. I don't have thick feet and am at a loss to explain this. I was very disappointed. I ordered my usual size and when I took them out of the box they looked huge. I thought they might be too big. Alas, no. I love the design. They seem well made except for that major flaw. I do need a walking sandal I'll just need to look further.

these were so cute but the strap cuts across the foot at weird angle & makes my toes scrunch together like i'm wearing heels! very strange. someone needs to adjust the stitching & angle

Had a really weird strap that goes across the top of the foot that does NOT adjust therefore was way too much of a gap. Ended up returning.

I love the fit and look of these shoes but the strap is too small for the top of my foot. I adjusted it as large as it would go and it was still tight. I also had my daughter try them on and they were tight on her too. I'm sad to send them back because if there was a longer strap I would love them.

disappointing, Love the wider straps, style is adorable. Too narrow and had to return. I have average width feet, I do wear regular width in birks, but I was at least a 1/4 over the sides of this sandal. wish they came in wide width, even though my feet are petite and not that wide.

I find the sandals hard to adjust for fit. It's hard to make the straps not too tight and not too loose. Since it is a continuous strap, altering it in one spot, like the instep, changes the tension across the toes, so you have to readjust everything over and over. Also, the heel strap is not adjustable and is too loose. Acceptable for rainy days when you are going through puddles.

I really liked the look. The color, straps and buckle were nice features, and just what I was looking for. I tried two sizes; the 8 fit great in the arch but were too long overall. The 7 fit terrific in length but the arch hit wrong and was very uncomfortable. Disappointed, I had to return both pair.

Love Chacos but can’t wear them because after two kids my feet have gotten wider and I can’t wait then due to how narrow they are. Had to return the shoes. ??

I thought I would love these - the footbed and straps are quite a bit softer than my other Chacos. The problem is that the straps don't stay put. As you walk, they constantly tighten up no matter how much you adjust them. So disappointing.

They fit fine and I loved the style and colors of these Chacos. However, the nylon fabric of the straps were rough, harsh, rub my feet and I ended up with blisters So I am sending them back after only wearing them 2 times.

This did not fit my feet at all with the toe strap. I felt like my foot was being suffocated all around besides the toe strap which could have fit another person in it. I was very excited about this but sadly it is a return. The sole was very comfortable though.

I normally wear a 8.5 so I ordered up to a 9. I couldn't get my feet in either sandal, even with adjustments. A big bummer, because I think they're cute shoes and I was looking for something supportive for hot weather walking.

Impossible. Center strap is unadjustable couldn't even get my foot under it. Incredibly stupid design.

I will have to return them because they are at least one size and maybe two sizes too big. I normally wear an eight and I really cannot tell if I should be getting a seven or six and I can't tell because they're so big if there is any arch support.

The straps were not able to be moved. I even had my husband try and they are stuck, all but one. I ordered other styles which moved easily. So I’m thinking it was just this pair that would not budge. I watched the tutorial on the Chacos website on adjustment but there is no way the straps would budge. Other reviews on their site had the same issue.

Everything was right on and first class customer Service!!

Sent me a box that had size 11 on it but the shoes were size 8!
