the fit and size ran true to size. i like the wide straps.very comfortable. in the end i sent them back because i wanted solid black and this model was not available in black

I have narrow feet but these bands were too tight even for me. And they are not all adjustable. Overall these are very cute, and likely comfy for someone, but I had to return. Very disappointed.

I have a 2yr old pair of Chaco’s that feel fabulous for arch support and comfort. The toe strap seems to synch up as the day goes on, so I have the straps very loose and wear them more as slip-ons. I was so excited to see that they have styles now that don’t have the toe strap. The wide straps are cute and comfortable. I was so disappointed to find that the new models are slightly narrower. I have normal to narrow feet so was really surprised. I know this will bother me over time so I am reluctantly returning them.

I really wanted to love this sandal, but it did not work for me. I actually loved the look and feel of the wide straps. My foot felt very secure without being tight. The straps were soft and worked beautifully with my slight bunion. But they were much too long for my low volume feet. I tightened them as much as possible and at least two inches of the end dragged on the ground. I contemplated having the straps repaired until I realized the side straps dug into my low ankles a bit and I worried about feeling that all day. I also found them a bit heavy. But I would still recommend them to others!

I really like these shoes. I bought them for the summer to have in water as well as walking/hiking. They will do the trick! I used to have a pair of chacos that wrapped around my big toe and I couldn’t wear them because the straps would shift and cut off the circulation of my toe. These doesn’t seem to shift at all during the day. I am usually an 8.5, but the 8 fit really well.

Super cute. Pretty comfy. Wish the footbed was softer but it isn’t uncomfortable. I really could’ve used the wide width but this pattern wasn’t available in wide.

The 10 was too big so I reordered a 9. Not much difference, but they’re fine. And why would you call a shoe “blazer navy” if the webbing is reddish pinkish?

I usually wear a size 7.5, but ordered a 7 based on reviews of the shoes telling you to size down if you are a half size. I have not had much chance to walk in these sandals yet, but I expect they will be comfortable. I think they seem like nice quality and the straps seem soft and like they fit to your foot better than other sandals.

So close... I was so hoping these would work, but sadly, I have a small bunion on my one foot. The strap hit above it causing pressure. It was perfect on my other foot (no bunion). I usually wear a size 7 1/2 and the 7 fit perfect. My feet are wide in front and narrow in the heel. The straps were wide and soft, looked good on... just wish I didn't have that darn bunion!

I love Chacos! I returned these because I prefer the regular width straps. Would probably be perfect on a larger foot.

I have another pair of Chacos in this style. They fit well. The straps across the top of the foot in the pair I am reviewing run quite wide. Does Chaco have an issue with consistent sizing?

Love this latest version of Chacos. The wider strap and Cloud footbed are an improvement in comfort from my previous pairs. This is the best active-wear sandal I’ve found that secures and supports my narrow high arched feet. I chose to return them because I’m not keen on the choice of colors available. I hope to purchase them in the future should more color choices be offered.

I have worn these two days in a row and so far I am pleased with these chacos. I had a pair of chacos I wore all through college and then I kind of forgot about them. I started wearing very minimalist shoes for many years and every time I put those old chacos on, my feet hurt. They stunk to high heaven and I could no longer adjust the straps and honestly I think I had the wrong size all those years. Eventually they ended up in the back of my closet, forgotten, till I lost them during a movie at some point a few years later. When I started looking for 'outdoor sandals' I was dismayed by most that I tried. ALSO I have feet that are as flat as ducks and as narrow as kangaroos, so my feet tend to slip in most sandals or there is waaaay too much space. I tried on several brands and also several models of chacos before these with out any luck. Most 'outdoor sandals' are clunky or poor quality, and I eventually circled back around to chacos and discovered the 'mega' version. I figured wider straps that are easier to adjust and keep my feet in place. Also I had read about the 'mega' having a narrower foot bed. I went with a size 8, my foot is probably like 8.25, and the straps keep my foot in place without slipping or being too tight. It took me a while to really like the design but now I am actually quite happy with the design now. Also I plan to clean these regularly this time.

I wanted to love these but the straps are just too short, the buckle sits on top of my foot. Arch support was excellent

Love this shoe! I typically wear a 6 but the 5 fits perfect. It is so comfortable with great arch support. I am on my feet all day as was able to wear these day one without blisters and achy feet. Will definitely be purchasing more!

Footbed is extremely comfortable. Strap width is also very comfortable. However the heal strap is higher than other chacos, causing rubbing on the ankle bone.

Like the Classic I tried, this has a good footbed that is firmer than the Classic. The straps, however, are the same thin, scratchy, cheap construction. The method of tightening and loosening them is so difficult as to be ridiculous--pulling here and there, figuring out which part to pull to loosen one thing or tighten another. I gave up on the straps as well as the sandal, which is quite overpriced for what you get (Chaco spends a lot on marketing).

The straps seemed very stiff and the color wasn’t as depicted online. I have a pair of this style from several years ago, but these just don’t seem the same.

I have another pair that is the same size but these are super tight to put on even though my feet are narrow. Maybe I got a defective pair?

One problem: no way to secure shoe to toe, so I kept tripping because of the gap between sole and toe. I wanted something I could wear through creeks in summer. My Ecco sandals became slippery and unreliable when wet. Sadly, the trip factor wasn’t the journey I was looking for.

The toe box strap isn’t adjustable and I could have slipped a small book between my foot front and the strap. Otherwise, the fit and felt great.

I love this brand but you aren’t able to tighten the strap that goes over your arch/toes. There was a big gap! The style which has the strap over big toe fits better.

I have a friend who loves Chacos, (I have always been a Teva and Birkenstock fan in sandals) so I decided to order a pair as I really liked the color and style on-line. However, the Chacos did not seem to be a good choice for me; the overall fit on my feet was not comfortable and they had a chunkier appearance than I expected. So, the Chacos have been returned but I always appreciate Zappos so very much in that I am able to try footwear and so easily return if they not fit right. Thank you Zappos!

Too tight for high arch. I have high arches plus one foot has three fused joints. While these had great support they were too tight on my arches and the strap wasn’t adjustable. Going back.

Well I must be the princess and the pea bc right away I could feel the inner strap part by the inside of my ankle. Within minutes my skin was rubbed red on both legs. I even made one looser and one tighter in an effort to make it work. Please Chaco use a different material!!
