Chaco is one of my favorite brands for sandals because of the quality and comfort. I ordered both the rust and black colors in sizes 9 and 10. I'm usually a size 9.5/10 but found the 10 to be too lose as I have narrow feet. Strangely enough, I had to order 3 pairs in the rust color in the size 9 because I found the size to be off compared to the black which was true to size. I ended keeping one of the size 9 in the rust color. Keep in mind that this sandal is a dual color so if you're looking for a true all black, you won't find it here.

I absolutely loved this item, but after wearing only a couple times the wear and tear is very apparent. I live in Kansas so the summer season has just begun and these shoes have already begun to fall apart. My impression was always that chacos were supposed to be an extraordinary and lasting product - so in that respect I am less than thrilled.

I LOVE these sandals! So cute! So comfortable! I walk 5-10 miles a day as a tour guide on the East Coast. and these sandals keep my feet and back happy all day long. Only issue, is the front lip didn't hold up well - like, the first day out it was already scuffed and worn looking :/ But the sole and straps are holding up excellently! (100 miles later!)

These shoes are gorgeous and comfortable but they have only been worn for 2 hours and the front of them is already scuffed and looking ruined. I am so disappointed!

Really cute, comfortable sandal. I wear an 8-8 1/2 M and the 8 is fine. I got the black, which doesn't look like a true black. It almost looks like an odd shade of dark brown, but it does looks okay with my black jeans/shorts. The buckles are a little challenging for my "old" eyes, but they are really comfortable and stylish for Chaco, so I am keeping them.

I almost kept these and i still might go back for them. they are so much more attractive than regular tevas or chacos. and so comfortable. they still have a little bit of that "hiking shoe sandal" look but not nearly as much. even though it says they're black, 2 straps are a dark brown.I think if they had been 100% black i would have kept them. I bought a size 8 and they fit well. The back strap did pull on my heel in an uncomfortable way but i wonder if with a couple of wears they'd be ok. for reference I have long toes and narrow feet and medium arch. i used to be an 8 in sandals but as i,ve gotten older i'm becoming more of an 8.5 and am also size 39 in many euro sizes- though i'm probably becoming more of a 39.5.

These were very comfortable but not winning in the style department (otter color). I was hoping for a gladiator type look with some support for my high arches, but these really just look like sport sandals. If they could figure out how to make the sole a bit less plastic looking, there could be potential but sadly these went back. I'm a 7.5 and I found the 7 to fit perfectly. For a heavy walking type of trip or adventure, they would be great.

I usually wear a solid 7 but had to get a 6 for this one- perfect fit in 6!

This is a very comfortable sandal as well as very nice looking. I have a severe case of plantar fasciitis and these have been an amazing relief for my foot. I have been wearing them nonstop since th moment I opened the box. I would recommend these to everybody. So soft and pretty.

Beautiful sandal. Dressier than classic Chacos. They run big! I am typically a size 8 in Chacos and will need to return for a size 7. Order a size down but definitely worth the price!

I almost always wear an 8.5, sometimes 9. In Chacos, I wear an 8, and these fit perfectly in an 8, as Zappos' size suggestion said. I got them to replace a pair of Chacos that I loved and wore to death. Pros: These have a smooth footbed instead of a textured fabric with things sewn on to rub and wear away. I was worried it would be slick when my feet got sweaty, but because it's leather and not plastic, it had at least a little grip on my feet. The padding is great and supportive. The soles grip wet pavement. I love that the outsole wraps up behind the heel just enough to keep my heel strike from wearing out the whole shoe. The Tan color basically disappears on my foot, which is what I was looking for. I wore them for the first time for 8 hours of active work, no breaking in, no problems, even between my toes. And it's nice they have the 15% recycled rubber in the sole. Cons: My old Chacos had a more shaped footbed that gave tons of arch support. These are mostly flat, with minimal shaping, which isn't as good for my super high arches. The lining also seems thin, and I'm not surprised to see other reviewers quickly scuffed and wore. The recycled material is all well and good, but shoes that last longer and don't have to be replaced as often are the better environmental option. I love the comfort and like the style, but for the money, I'd hope for more durability.

I love these sandals so much I ordered a second pair except I thought I was getting a black sandal! Not, this sandal is a mixture of brown & black straps with a grey base. Way too much going on, Chaco, can you please make these in black only!

I love the style and comfort of this sandal! However, buyer beware-- they scuff sooo easily. The front of my sandals, after 2 wears, are scuffed and it is super noticeable. Really unhappy about this, given the price. Very sad.

I love my Chaco’s! I typically wear a 5.5 or 6 but after reading previous reviews where it was mentioned they ran a bit on the large side I purchased the size 5 and they fit perfectly on my feet. They are comfortable and stylish. When deciding what to wear for work I’m always thinking of what I can wear that will give me a reason to wear my Chaco’s.

These sandals feel great! Perfect for all day wear.

I just love this sandal! I have had an issue with my feet over the last few months and this sandal checks all the boxes for comfort. True to size and so comfortable. I love the thong style and the heel support. I wish they came in navy too :)

I have the Chacos Maya sandal in size 7 and love them, so I originally purchased the Juniper sandal in the same size. However, the Juniper in 7 was markedly too big for me, so I exchanged for a 6 which fits well (I think ideally I’d purchase a 6.5, if they made half sizes). Haven’t thoroughly broken them in yet so the heel straps and toe thong are still bothering my feet, but it seems to be getting more comfortable with wear. Arch support is good and style is very cute.

Bought these sandals last year, and wore the heck out of them. They're the perfect sandal-- comfortable enough to walk in all day, innocuous with jeans, but also elegant enough to wear with a pretty dress. A true multitasker. My only sorrow is that I've loved them literally to pieces. I took them on vacation with me in February and was sad to discover my feet were starting to hurt when I wear them, and then one of the straps snapped. I Macgyvered a fix, and actually still wear them because I love them so much, but all the arch support is blown out by now, and I need to face facts and get a new pair. Given the price and the quality I usually expect from Chacos, I kinda expected them to last me longer than a single summer, but then again, I DO walk a lot...

I love these shoes so much! They’re incredibly comfortable and so cute! I usually wear a 7 1/2 but a 7 fits perfectly. My heels don’t get sore after standing or walking for long periods, and the straps are a nice soft fit on my feet. I highly recommend these shoes.

This sandal is so attractive. I wanted it in the worst way. I really tried- tried a 8, because sometimes an 8 sandal is perfect. This was- except for the placement of the toe strap- too tight, and no way it was ever going to break in to be comfortable. The footbed was PERFECT. So I ordered a 9. Just too big. They don’t make an 8 1/2. So I ordered a different color 8- just in case- the red is awesome- and sometimes it works- but not this time. Footbed a dream, toestrap a nightmare.

I ordered these in the brown and love them. I usually wear a 42, 10.5 US. But these are a 41, 10 US, and are just right, my toes are not clear to the end. I do wish they had a little more arch like the hiking Chacos do. But after all, these are not for hiking. Great with shorts, capris, skirts and jeans.

I love these sandals, I’ve bought two pairs. They’re great to walk in all day, even for 20,000 steps. I like the leather straps, looks nice enough that you could wear into a nicer restaurant. I also like the soles, comfy like classic Chacos.

These are super cute but comfy. They are a little more dressy than the typical Chacos but the same great support.
