i'm a 8.5 average foot size. I ordered both the 9 & the 8. The size 9 was way to big in the straps over the toes. I'd go down the half size if you are considering ordering this very stylish comfy shoe!

Oh man did I want to Love these. The ankle strap was too short for me to fasten; I feel like I have average width ankles. The footbed felt like it would so comfortable. They’re so cute! Too bad they wouldn’t work for me.

Had a similar pair of Chaco’s a couple years ago that I loved and wore literally to the death of them. These are the best shoes! Form and function in one! Love the look and comfort of them! Feels like hiking shoes looks like adorable strappy sandals. The ankle strap is a little short for my ankles so I have to use the last hole for the buckle.

I fell in love with this sandal because it looks very cute, I can wear it with all my clothes, and it actually has a sole that supports my foot when I’m out walking around all day - which I do a lot. I was worried that the strap between my toes would bug me, but I honestly don’t even notice it, and these sandals look great! I have a long, narrow foot (I usually wear a size 12) and they fit wonderfully. Such a win.

I love Chaco sandals but this is not one of my favorites. The red leather looks cheap and did not feel soft.

I have a smaller forefoot Which is why I have always chosen Chaco in the past, with all of the straps adjustable. However, that is not the case, obviously, with this style and it just did not fit my fat properly. I feel it would probably be perfect for the average foot.

Slightly large & wide

Cute sandal but have to return them. The strap between the toes pulled in a odd way that caused pain. So very uncomfortable to me.

I am debating whether to return or not. The holes to put the stem into are too small. So, my husband will either need to make the holes bigger in the leather, or I will return them because at this point I am not able to even get them on properly. But, it is a super cute sandal, so I am torn.

I typically wear a size 10 and have narrower feet. These were much too wide and, since there is only an ankle buckle, could not be easily adjusted. Way too wide for me.

Comfortable shoe, but the straps are apart.

This sandal is good, but not as nice as earlier renditions from Chaco. My biggest issue is that the material that touches the bottom of your foot is made out of a plastic/synthetic material. When I walk it makes a lot of sound because the material sticks and peels away from your foot. The material on the toe of the shoe started to fray very soon after I bought them, too. They just don't seem as well made as previous versions. They are comfortable and look great; I just wish I wasn't so self-conscious wearing them because of all the noise they make!

Loved the look of this sandal. The arch support was adequate for me, but may not be if you have particularly high arches. Medium cushioning; not hard, but certainly not squishy. Leather wasn't too stiff; comfortable without needing a break-in period. For me the negatives were: several of the holes in which the buckle tongue is suppose to penetrate were not patent; the "strap" between the toes was angled such that it was uncomfortable on my foot, esp. the right; leather seemed to scuff easily given it's a shoe; and the cost was more than I felt the quality warranted.

Unfortunately, I had to return these. I am a true size US 10, and these fit very loosely on my feet. I didn't find the style nearly as appealing in person as the pictures seem to present. I love my classic Chacos, and was really disappointed that there was (in comparison) basically no arch support (I have high arches).

I wanted to love these shoes but my toes are too long and the piece between the big toe is too shallow on the edge of the shoe thus making my toes stick off the end. I really have tried every Chaco "nicer" sandal but each one has this problem for me. Unfortunately, these were returned. If you have normal or short toes, these would be a great shoe!

This sandal looks really great and feels good on my foot. However, as someone with large ankles, the strap didn't even come close to being able to buckle. What a sad! Going back.

I think you would have to have the perfectly sized feet for these to work. I tried my usual Chaco size, but the fit was pretty sloppy on my “medium but on the narrow side” feet. The support wasn’t as pronounced as the usual Chaco rover sandals, but still gives a little boost. Will work terrific for someone, just not me.

Very large and wide

These did not work for my daughter's foot. They were far too narrow. Sad they don't come in wide.

Very sad to return these cute chacos. But the ankle strap was tight just going around the pastboard shoe form it came in. No way does it fit around a human ankle.

The foot bed is covered in a material that looks like pleather. They comfortable, but won't last. I'm so disappointed.

Fit well, looked cute, but I would echo what other reviewers have said, which is that there was SERIOUS, obvious wear after a short walk around the block. Really disappointed in the quality of this shoe.
