i have a pair of bogs boots - mid calf - that i have loved for years, and hoped these would become a new favorite..they run smaller, so i had to replace with an up-size..but they are not as easy to slip into as the higher boot - and the loop at the heel needs to be a bit longer to really be of value..i am hopeful, that in time, they will break in and be as comfortable as my original pair..i remain hopeful.

This is a great rain boot. Essentially waterproof Blundstones. (Rossi's are better than Blundstone btw) I do recommend getting these. With that said, I have two big improvements that could be made. 1. The pull tab. Are you kidding me? Has anyone ever actually successfully used these pull tabs? What are they, made for ants? Just put a big loop on it. If you can fit two fingers through it that's about right. Look to Blundstone/Rossi for inspiration. 2. Do away with the over the top insole. When I was trying them on, they were WAY TOO TIGHT on my foot. The sales rep and I both agreed these boots were just too tight for my feet. After moping around the store dejectedly resigning myself to just enjoy my newly purchased Crocs, and Crocs alone, I decided to give them another shot. I removed the insole (ridiculously thick!) and put the boot back on. Turns out my foot could actually breathe. The sales rep gave me two "shim insoles" for each boot to give me the right amount of fit in the boot and I was all set. So, Bogs, love your product, please just give us real pull loops and trim the insoles down to about 1/2 thickness. Thank you!

Great product. Fits well, comfortable. Shipping process was a bit suspect though. web chat would be helpful but angents don't seem to be on often to reference order. Would buy again though.

Perfect outdoor gardening work boot

Very comfy. I was surprised to find my feet weren't a sweaty mess after wearing them all day. Snug at the ankle and ample toe box. I have 9.5 size feet and the size 9 boot fits just fine.

This is a great boot for work and around the house. I've owned BOGS before and they never disappoint.

Bought these for inevitable rainy autumn in Maine. They're beautifully made, seem durable and reasonably stylish. Unfortunately had to return/exchange them as they were too small. I have a whole closet of size 10 boots and shoes but could not even get the Sauvie on my foot!! Save yourself the hassle and order one size up.

Great boot for in wet/cold conditions. I need a boot hook to get these on so not a 'slip on' as indicated. Great ankle support boot.

Comfortable and durable. I wear them every day for chores. Customer service team is spot on.

I bought these to wear on sloppy in between snowy and rainy days. They work well and are insulated enough to be comfortable. They also feel fairly supportive and do have great tread for icy surfaces. They do feel a bit narrow for folks with wider feet but perhaps they'll break in a little over time. They are just a bit harder to get on than I'd anticipated but that equates to a good snug fit while wearing them. Pretty satisfied so far and these boots have been great for the 2 mile walk to work, walking the dogs and even mucking about the ski hill before and after skiing.

Use for work and are just a little uncomfortable to begin with.

Really like these boots. I've found them to be easy to pull on and off. My only complaint is that I have wide feet and these run a little narrow for me. I usually buy women's 10W shoes and have often found men's 8 to be fine. But these are still a little narrow. I'm hoping I can stretch them out a bit. We'll see. So far I've worn them on the farm for hours at a time and had to pull them off a couple of times to give my feet a stretch. Wearing them for an hour is fine though.

Other than a very small pull-on tab, the boot is exactly what I want/need.

This is the first time to purchase this product. We purchased this boot to try it for comfort and performance. The Carson boots that we have purchased for years do not hold and have to be returned for replacements.

Super comfortable and warm. Style/material makes the boot look cheap once my opinion, but definitely feels sturdy and well made.

I am happy with this boot. The fit is excellent, The boot is comfortable. I bought it as casual winter shoe for Maine winters. I have taller, heavier boots for the worst conditions. If I had my druthers I'd ask for a stiffer sole.

It was anything but slip on. I couldn't get them on. I exchanged them for a mid length pair.
