I've been wearing Topsiders for 20 years........love them.

I purchased a pair of makos 3.5 years ago. I still wear them almost every day. They are the most durable and well-made sperry I have ever seen. You can literally wear these shoes through any conditions and they still look the same. I wore them in sand, mud, clay mud, fresh and salt water. I have walked miles in them in cities and the outdoors, worn them casually and business casual with everything from gym shorts to khakis. They go with every outfit I wear except for a suit. I literally was wearing them around a farm over a weekend and wore them with nice pants and a button up in the office on Monday and they looked as good as ever. The soles are much more robust than normal topsiders. Just ordered another pair today and will continue to wear the old ones as a pair that I can beat up and not worry about. I'm sure they won't fall apart any time soon though. By far the toughest boat shoes ever made. They should make all of their top siders this way.

Wolverine has a nasty habit of buying shoe companies and then cheapening the products to the point where they're not good quality anymore. Clearly they haven't gotten around to goofing up the Mako yet because it's still great quality and pretty comfortable too, even for my wide feet. I'll have to buy a couple more pair before Wolverine screws this model up like they did the entire Sebago Docksides line.

Comfortable out of the box and more supportive than less expensive Sperrys but worth the extra few dollars.

Excellent show, but wish there was more shoes in Narrow Widths to choose from. You and most manufacturers have chosen to almost completely ignore the narrow market. I am forced to shop by size rather than style. If I'm lucky, once in a while I will find something with some style in a narrow width.

I bought them for my husband and he loves them! The fit is great; the color is perfect and he will wear them every weekend.

I'm a huge Speery boat shoe guy and this is my 3rd pair of Mako 2-eyed Canoe Moc shoes. The comfort is amazing and I won't buy any other...period!

I purchased the shoes for a gift. He had a pair like them and I bought another color. He really like the new color. I was extremely please with the quick turn around. I don't know how you could have sped the delivery. Excellent service. It was great not having to get out and shop the malls.

I have been wearing boat moccasin-type shoes for years. It's been harder and harder to find this type shoe in a narrow width. These shoes are high quality and are available in Narrow size. Ijust wish the narrow was available in the Gold Cup line.

I bought this pair of shoes in anticipation of a trip to Paris. I wore them a few days before the trip but wore them exclusively for 7 days in a row. They were stylish enough for dinner but also casual enough for shorts. I walked a zillion miles seeing the sights of Paris. I was comfortable even after 12 hour days of travel. This is the best shoe I ever wore. I have hard feet to please when it comes to shoes. But I think I have found the right fit and plan to wear these the rest of my life.

Bought these for my fifteen-year old son. They're THE thing to wear at his high school. More important, though, they were comfortable right out of the box. They fit true to size and look like they'll stand up to heavy wear.

This product is great year round. Winter, spring, fall and summer. Looks great with jeans and casual dress pants. Highly recommend these shoes.

This shoe is very comfortable and it's good looks make it a perfect choice for any casual occasion. I would prefer, however, that the Sperry name not be shown so boldly on the heal.

I purchased the Oak colored ones and couldn't be more satisfied. They fit perfect and as I already said, they look and are made exactly as described in their advertisement. If you are interested in buying these shoes, you won't be unhappy if you buy them. GRD

This is the best fitting, top quality, durable casual shoe I have bought in a long time. I put these on and I haven't wanted to take them off since. They don't seem to require a break-in period to be comfortable. Good looking pair of shoes too.

I already love this shoe, first couple times leaves black residue though. I would advise not to wear these right off the bat without socks at least until they have been broken in. Looks great with just about anything, I have already worn them in casual wear and as well with my dress pants. You can wear them in inclement weather and even on sunny days. These shoes are the most versatile shoes I have ever worn.

Some reviews indicate this shoe is larger than indicated size, and that leather is stiff. Not my experience at all with the "oak" color model.

As an avid and often boater, I love my Sperry Topsiders. I own several pair, and these Mako's are another addition. Love the style, fit and feel of the Mako's and enjoy wearing them on the boat or when I'm just knocking around.

I have been wearing Sperry Topsiders since the late seventies. Occasionally, I'll try another "lookalike" brand but will always come back to the Topsiders. In fact, I've come back to this particular shoe for the third time. They wear extremely well, especially the sole. With a little cream conditioner occasionally, they remain shiny and attractive. And they are truly all season. Sans socks in the summer and with the best of winter shoes during the winter months. They may cost a little more but they are so much more shoe. Keep in mind though, they are a little heavier than the traditional Topsider and they do run just a little large. Not a full size larger though, so don't move up a even a half size when you order. Order what you normally wear.
