True to size. They are very comfortable.

Excellent shoe true to size, very comfortable. Took them out of the box and wore them; sure to get more comfortable the longer I wear them. Usually wear running shoes but these are nice for a change. Still padded, more support and a better look.

I have been a loyal Sperry shoe consumer for decades. This shoe has superior quality materials and craftsmanship. This shoe works with jeans and dress slacks.

I use these for running to the store or doing errands. They look good and feel good and true to size. For going out or appointments I wear one of my Gold Cups. The handmade in Maine are my favorites. But what do you expect at that price point. I love all my boat shoes.

Been wearing these a long time and this is actually my 5th pair. By far these are the nicest most comfortable Sperrys I've ever owned. They have everything I like in a Sperry all wrapped in one with this shoe. I love the dark 2 tone color of the soul And the amaretto color of the shoe matches perfectly. I'm telling you the amaretto is the perfect color for this kind of shoe, simply beautiful. The extra padding in the heel you talk about comfortable...OMG!! Don't know if I've ever rated anything 5 stars across-the-board. But these shoes deserve it,they are that nice.

I have purchased this particular style/model repeatedly over the years because of quality, durability and style/color and will continue to purchase this item when needed because I like it. I generally have two pair at once. My Beagle ate most of the last pair I had.

As I need a narrow shoe, this is one of the few shoes I can wear. It is a great traditional style, perfect for a casual shoe.

I own 3 pairs of this model because it is available in wide width and I like its good looks and quality.

Replaces a prior version that finally wore through the sole at the heal. Prior version had cushions at the back on top. Better than current because it reduces heel slippage. Still delighted to find a shoe that was broken in with just two weeks of regular wear.

As always Sperry offer the best boat shoes!

These shoes never seem to vary in size. Every new pair I buy fits just like the ones before, and I've been wearing this style of Sperry for over 10 years. In fact, I put these on as soon as they arrived then wore them for a day-long outing and they were just as comfortable as a pair I had worn for four years. The only reason I gave them a one-point deduction in "quality" is that I'm hard on shoes and once they are a few years old I will wear them for outdoors and work purposes. Used in this way they will eventually split at the side seams and the sole will separate from the uppers.

I have worn Sperry's for years and although not inexpensive, have found them to be a good value. Because of the Wisconsin weather this time of year, I have not had a chance to put many miles on them but I am expecting that they will perform just like all the other Sperry's I have had in the past. This version seams to be constructed of a little sturdier leather than the typical variety so I am thinking they may provide a bit better support. The thing that really sold me though was that they are available in a narrow size. I have narrow feet and find it very difficult to find a really good fit width wise. I am looking forward to getting a lot of use out of these shoes as soon as the weather gets better!

I've bought Sperry topsides for years and I've never been disappointed ! This is the first time I've gotton this style . Same results !

Great boat shoes, durable, elegant, stylish but mostly comfortable. I can not wear anything else even if other brands match Sperry quality. Tom

We had gone to several stores to try similar sperry's on before ordering online and the styles we tried seemed to run narrow so we ordered a 8.5 wide for my father who is usually a 8.5 medium. When we got them in they felt too big so we are trading them in for his regular size hoping they fit. Otherwise these shoes look like they are great quality and will last a long time :)

I always have Sperry boat shoes. They were referred to as Top Siders when I bought my first pair. They're terrific shoes for nice casual dress with slacks; when you're wearing shorts; or dashing out for a quick errand. I also love wearing them around the house. They've always been really well-made. I walk pretty hard on my shoes and the boat shoes typically last me a couple of years. In short, I've had these as part of my footwear for years! Try a pair and enjoy!

I've been wearing Sperry's since 1970 and have owned many. I can honestly says this is one of my new fav.

This is the only boat shoe I wear. With all other brands of boats, the durability and comfort is not there.

I bought it as a gift to replace probably pair number five.....he owns different colors, same style......the beige ones need replacement
