Very comfortable, very rugged good quality, I've had Sperry shoes previously, fit was true to size. Very sporty but also very dressy.

I've been buying the same pair for 10 years. This model stands the test of time in Chicago Winters. On average they last about a year with nearly daily use in office environment. Absolutely love these shoes. I hope Sperry keeps them as a mainstay for years to come. I've been buying Sperry's since a kid and everyone should own a pair for casual attire going out or work. They go well with denim or kackey.

Really like this shoe. Very versatile style. Especially like the color, detailing, and the dark soles.

First couple of times you wear them they are not comfy. You have to wear them a few times before the comfort comes.

Over the past 20 years I have had a pair of Sperry shoes because I think they are the best of their kind and they have always been the style that I like, the quality is unsurpassed and they are really worth every dollar they cost

I have hard-to-fit feet. My true size is 12A, and for years I wore boat shoes from another company. That company changed ownership and no longer produces an A width. I have long admired Sperry's boat shoes for the impressive grip of their unique soles, but every time I tried on a pair in a shoe store the fit was much too wide. No store I visited carried the shoe in a narrow width so I assumed Sperry didn't offer them. Thank goodness for the Mako model and the Sperry online store! My new shoes arrived today and I'm delighted with the fit and quality. I choose to wear boat shoes for function - the grip is essential on our sailboat - but I also think they're handsome.

I just keep reordering these every few years because I know they're going to hold up to the daily abuse I put them through. These are my 4th pair over the last 15 or so years.

I bought my first pair of Sperry Canoe Mac Boat shoes and enjoy everything about them. Comfort, Style and craftsmanship. Yes, I would buy these shoes again or recommend them to anyone. Thank you again.

Very nice looking and comfortable. Excellent quality. I am having a bit of trouble with the size because due to diabetes, my feet are slightly swollen. Am trying to find the size and width that will work for me

These are well-built boat shoes...stronger than others. They have reinforced backs and sides. My son wears them everyday for school and they hold up well and give better support than other pairs. We highly recommend them!

Perfect fit for me and very attractive so I wear them frequently

This shoe is light years more comfortable than the traditional original boat shoe. It's like wearing an American eagle on your feet, you will float away in the wind listening to the star spangled banner with these awesome shoes on your feet!

The sole was supposed to be the razor cut but it it not and the shoe is a stiff when walking. I bought this shoe because of that feature from my past experience with Sperry shoes. I recently bought a pair of Sperry Gold Cup with the razor sole and they are awesome shoes. I hope this new pair will break in some so they can be worn without socks.

It's nice that Sperry offers some of its line in a wide width. The shoes look and feel great. I've just have to break them in to get the distinguished creases to make them look like the leather shoe that they are vice a cheap synthetic imitation.

Great shoe. Very comfortable. Been wearing Mako's for years as everyday shoes and for sailboat racing. Love the way the back of the shoe hugs your heel. Never slips off when hiking out like many other boat shoes I have owned in the past.

I've worn Sperry boat shoes for years, but strayed from the path for a while. The other shoes I tried were less expensive, but they didn't hold up nearly as long. Some barely lasted more than a year. This particular shoe feels well made from the moment you pull them out of the box. They're comfortable, well built, and seem durable enough to last for years. I'm back in the Sperry camp, and I'm not leaving again!
