The fit was off for me. I ordered a 7.5 by accident and re-ordered an 8.5, my regular size in a flip flop and or sandal in most brands are 8 to 9 depending on brand. However with this shoe, the fit of the 8.5 was odd, small for one and large for the other. Granted my left foot is slightly smaller than right(dominant) but I haven't ever seen such a stark difference in fit and feel. Honestly the arch support was what I was most excited about and it did feel like it would help, but the thong part of the sandal hurt between my toes, and the odd sizing had me send the shoes back. Maybe you'll have better luck? I would love to see maybe more styles from this brand with the whole low profile heel and arch support concept.

These sandals are so cute! Unfortunately, I had to return them. When I adjusted the strap on the tightest setting they still felt floppy. They did not hug my foot.

If you order a wide width, maybe order a half size smaller, or maybe don't order wide width at all.

For some reason, the left shoe felt very sloppy and the right shoe fit fine. I sadly had to return them because of this. I was afraid I was going to fall because of the way my fit slid around inside the left sandal. I love the style and the support but it must not be the right shoe for me.

Arch was exceptional but did not hit my foot dimensions in the correct area so it made the shoe uncomfortable. Unfortunate because it is a soft supportive shoe just supports me in the wrong areas.

This is a very cute sandal. The arch support was nice. However, they are very sloppy when on. My feet would not stay on the actual bed of the sandal while walking. I walked around my house a bit and as much as I wanted to love them (so cute), these are a sprained ankle waiting to happen. Maybe it is just the way I walk....

I really wanted to love these sandals. The style was exactly what I was looking for but sadly they went back. As other reviewers have said they are kind of floppy and the heel doesn’t stay in place when you walk and slides side to side. I have a shallow foot and even on the tightest joke of the strap my foot just didn’t stay in place.

I thought these were really cute, but unwearable for me. The bottom part of the sandal beneath the ball of the foot (toe area) left too much of a gap when taking a step (lifting the foot) which made me feel as though it could catch and I could trip easily. The only adjustment area was the back of the heel and I had it in the tightest hole. I bought both sizes the 7 and 7.5 and both did the same thing, so it is really the style not so much the size.

Such cute shoes! The arch wasn't quite in the right place for my foot, and I couldn't get them small enough to fit snugly on my feet. *sad*

The base of these sandals is a good fit, however, as others have noted, the upper is loose, causing the sandals to flop around too much on my feet. I'm returning them for that reason.

The arch support and footbed are good in this shoe. The band does adjust to be tight enough for a narrow heel (I have narrow heels), but the ankle strap is not anchored well, so there is a lot of back and forth motion in the heel, which causes you to easy step off the sole of the shoe. They are very pretty, but I had to send them back as I already sprained my ankle this year stepping off the sole of my shoe.

The ash support sits too far back so it's not very comfortable. Cute style, but not right for my foot.

i really want to like/keep these shoes. purchased for a cruise, with activity level still yet to be determined, i wanted a summery pair of shoes that i could walk in. the problem with these is that the toe stopper thingy is too far forward - and i have average to short toes! while the foot bed is a perfect length, my foot keeps rolling out the front. i'm still pacing the hallway trying to find a way to walk that my feet look super cute and no toes broken :-/

Loved the look of this sandal! I bought them specifically for upcoming travel and to wear as a dressier daily shoe. Unfortunately, even with my high arch, the shoe was so loose that I did not feel comfortable while walking around wearing it. Today, my knee hurts from the way I had to walk in them. And, I had the strap buckled to the tightest position. I'm very disappointed to have to return these sandals.

I normally wear a 7 or 7.5 in sandels but these were huge and like the other reviews these do NOT fit snug. In fact they seem too loose for the style. Sending them back and hoping that the 6.5 will work. They are super cute but who is sizing these!?!

Loved the look of this casual sandal - just not on my feet. This shoe is quite wide and felt a half size too big although provided excellent support. The part that goes between your toes is very comfortable though! I just didn’t care for how wide the shoe was. It just didn’t do anything for my average to wide feet.

These sandals have great support and were comfortable but ran big in my opinion. I have ordered a half size smaller to compare in hopes that they might work. The sandal has a lot of support, including arch support which is hard to find in a sandal, but it was long on my foot so I hope the smaller size will work.

I liked the design of the shoe, however, the arch support was to high for me to find comfortable. Also, they ran a half size too big.

I have wide feet on the "bony" side, with a narrow back heal. These size 8.5W Length and width were fine, however, the strap and top of the sandals were so Loose. Tightening the strap at the ankle did not help as the front/top part was loose as well. When walking in these, the sandal flop around and my feet did not feel secure. Returned these. Good looking sandals with great support...so wished these fit.

This is a really cute looking sandal with decent arch support--however--it just flops/flaps around on my foot. No way to adjust straps for a snug fit. It fits me size-wize (length/width) so it really has nothing to do with sizing up or down to get a good fit. The nonadjustable side straps and toe strap are just too long. I didn't even want to try to walk in them for fear of tripping and falling. So must return..bummer.

It was hard to reach the buckles. They were towards the back of my foot so I could not see them to buckle them I returned them.

This shoe is cute and I can see where it would be super supportive to people with a high arch (or even regular arch). I have pretty flat feet so the arch support felt like it was forcing my foot into an arch and was therefore not as comfortable as I had hoped. A positive is that they were very wide - no issue with my toes slipping off of the side or my entire foot not fitting in the footbed of the sandal. If I had a regular arch, these would have been a winner for my upcoming trip where I expect to walk quite a bit. As they are, they just won't work for me. Back to the drawing board!

I really appreciate that Vionic is available in a wide style. I have boots by this brand and they are well made. I typically wear a 9 mostly because of my wide feet. In this shoe I ordered 8 1/2 and 9 due to reviews and would have kept the 8 1/2. The problem I had with the shoe is that though it appears well made, cute and comfortable, it slips around too much for me to keep the base aligned under foot. In appearance it is exactly what I'm looking for in order to take minimum shoes on a trip that will involve a lot of walking and will work with casual and dressier outfits. Sadly they're going back do to inability to stay put.

I bought this shoe in a 7M. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8. Arrived quickly - love Zappos - and I put them on and ran out the door. Loved them! By the end of the day they felt a little floppy. The next day more floppy. I tried to adjust the strap to make them a little tighter but to my surprise they were already on the last hole. Great. So now I’m stuck with this essentially brand new pair of shoes that feel too big on my feet. Frustrating.
