I love Vionic sandals but these were too loose on my foot. Sadly I am returning.

My daughter loves these shoes. They are great for her collapsing arch. However, we have returned two pairs already due to the elastic by the buckle breaking or stretching out. Her third and final pair just broke too. Zappos has been great about exchanges, but after 3 tries, we're out! A pair of $100 sandals shouldn't break like this.

Unfortunately, these sandals are going back. The elastic holding the buckle/strap came damaged (ripped). Nice sandal otherwise and seemed comfortable.

I had these sandals a few days and the strap broke. The elastic is flimsy. Very disappointed for the cost. On a good note Zappos has the best customer service in the world!

I wanted to try Vionic because I had a pair of Orthaheels before they became Vionic and the arch support was really nice. These shoes are cute, however, they are not secure on the foot at all or supportive in the arch. I was hoping for a lot more for the price of this shoe. These were returned.

The elastic band that holds the heel strap and the buckle together is poorly constructed. The elastic band started fraying after wearing the sandals only a few times. The elastic just kept getting weaker and weaker and more stretched out. And I don't have fat feet. I have purchased many pairs of Vionic Sandals. Usually they are very good and last a long time. The foot bed is fabulous. But the elastic band on the Kirra is not good. I had to return these sandals.

Honestly, I think the pair I got was mis-marked. It was at least two sizes too large.

The sandal could not adequately keep my foot from sliding around on it. It felt dangerous to wear. Returning. Too bad, because the style is great.

Ordered these in my regular (closed) shoe size, and they were enormous! Probably a full size too long, and really wide. The feel of the fabric tape that goes between the toes was very rough, so even if they fit I would not have kept them. I don’t understand how the size could be so far off, though! Getting the top of a sandal in this style to fit the foot perfectly can be difficult, but you would think the length and width of the footbed would be close to standard. It’s annoying.

Unfortunately this was a bad experience with Vionic for me. I purchased them for vacation thinking I could pack 1 pair of simple sandals that would match pretty much anything. They stretched out a ton during just the first day of wear. Normally vionic are such great quality but I got one maybe 1.5 uses out of $100+ sandals.

Not worth the money!

The metal pieces that connect the top leather portion of the shoe to the strap dig into my feet so bad that I cannot wear them. They are law edged metal - not at all what you would expect from Vionic.

I had really high expectations for these sandals. They look really cute. Unfortunately, the sandals fit so loosely, that they practically fell off my feet. The sole was the correct size for my foot, but the upper straps were strangely huge.

The buckle was very difficult to use, so I'm sending them back.

These sandals are super cute, but they run huge. I purchased a size 5, which is the smallest size, and the are way too big everywhere. There was a big space between the top of the sandal and my foot and I couldn’t even tighten the strap behind the heel tight enough before it ran out of holes and hit the side rings. Very disappointing because they are nice. I have other Vionics in size 5, which is a whole size smaller than my usual size, snd they fit fine.

SO SAD I'm sending these straight back. :( I'd read reviews that said they were "floppy" on your feet and boy, they weren't joking! They flop ALL OVER THE PLACE. Poor design. Too bad because they're really pretty and the footbed is amazing (although it might take some time to get used to as the arch support is pretty high and doesn't fit exactly under my natural arch).

This is my third pair of Vionics. The other two have saved my life on vacations where lots of walking was involved, which is why I bought these - to do lots of walking on vacation. I wore them around the house and they felt wonderful, as usual. But when I actually wore them on the street, I kept falling off the sides of the sandal. I tightened the strap and the same thing would happen. I tightened again, to the point that it really wasn't comfortable between the toes and still fell off the sides - both feet! I'm very disappointed. There is just something wrong with the design/construction.

I have worn Vionic before and liked them .These wet a epic fail alll the way around .Dint like the souls my foot flooded all Around even ordered 3 different sizes .For $99.00 The were terrible.

This is the first time I've ever been disappointed in merchandise I've received from Zappos. These shoes arrived in a plastic bag and appear to have been worn before? I was very surprised. You're quality control is usually excellent.

I love Vionic and have many different styles and pairs. That being said, Wow did they miss the mark on this one. The round metal ring has so much movement that my entire foot pushed forward the moment I stood up. The heel of the sandal was empty and my toes were on the floor. They are so bad that I'm wondering if the ring was suppose to be immobile and mine were just defective? Anyway, obviously they are going back. PS I'm trying to submit but Zappos is requiring me to grade comfort & style. I never had a chance to even walk in them so I had wanted to leave that part blank: I'll just put one star on each.

this is a very cheap shoe- the straps are loose and do not hold foot in place, the footbed has no contour to hold foot either. After one wear, the straps were showing loose threads. Sending back and hoping for refund.

I thought they were made out of leather. No, its completely manmade materials. I didn't even try them on because of the chemical smell. They are on their way back as a return.

These shoes were huge! They were almost 2 inches longer than my foot. Couldn't tell if the arch support would work because they were just way too big. Didn't feel that comfortable to me. These were recommended to help with Plantar Fasciitis but they were so hard they actually hurt to stand on.

These sandals are way too big and I hate the foot bed. You can feel the dots all over the foot bed.

Top V shaped strap larger than pictured. Did not fit snugly on my foot. Quality of the leather straps not good. Am returning.
